Soho Boutique Hotel

Travelled for leisure ... a stopover enroute to Ooty for just one night. Headed to Nanjangud temple the next day. The stay was very comfortable and the staff at the reception was very prepared for our check-in. Very good and clean rooms, supportive staff and adequate breakfast spread.

I loved the convience and the parking option and loving staff, they shared with us tips and tricks of enjoying excursions in Mysuru

They cafe was not active and took me a while to get a coffee at the front area

Clean room, great location, a quiet atmosphere, and a lovely coffee area right in front.

Breakfast was quite simple.

Room clean, comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was good. Travel/taxi service attached to the hotel for ease of travelling in and around Mysuru.

The hotel room was spacious and clean.

Service. The service requires much improvement. No one took the calls to the restaurant in the evening or in the morning. In the morning, someone took the call made to the second number to the restaurant. But I was told it will take half an hour for a cup of coffee. This was at 645AM. They don't have the menu in the room. We have to Reception, who sends a person with a QR Code to the Menu. If the aim is to save paper, send the QR Code of the Menu on phone to guests, no?

The hotel location was very good & the property was of good standard. The rooms were also well kept.

There was lot of noise / disturbance from above floor . It seems it was due to the furniture movement in the meeting room. The matter was reported to the staff at the reception.

Breakfast was ok. Staff was polite and nice. Overall it was a very decent experience. Don't mind going there again.

There were some (water/soap) stains on the counter next to the wash basin in the bathroom. Not a good sight. AC-cool was directed at the face from the ceiling. Not easy to sleep through the night despite changing the temperature more than once. Must be a room issue and may not be there in all the rooms.

Good service by the staff, we had a safari booked into the early morning and that meant that we would miss breakfast the staff was so good that they kept the breakfast more than their usual time just so that we could eat something before our check out time, they understood our requirements and made our stay as pleasant as possible, would absolutely recommend this to everyone.

Breakfast could have more continental options, with no spice

The hotel location is not at the central area but it was quiet. Parking was available, but around there was no other good restaurant or coffee shop. The breakfast was basic, not many options, but acceptable.

The room was very small. There was a nook but not usable. Our room looked out into another building. The bed was not supportive if you are elderly and have back problem. Food options at dinner was limited.

It was quite good hotel comfortable for solo travelers like me....❤️

Prei Leistung war absolut fantastisch, das Personal nett. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet, ruhig gelegen mit dem Tuk Tuk in ca 5-10 Minuten in der Nähe vom Mysore Palast. Gleich nebenan befindet sich ein Reisebüro über welches wir einen schönen Ausflug gebucht haben.

Hotel...lovely property with nice touches, small garden on the ground floor and quiet sitting area on the first floor, nice big room with mini fridge, shower cubicle, arm chair, work table, quiet and clean local area in a great location, very central and convenient, walking distance to city centre, lots of food options around, also nice in-house restaurant. Value for money, stayed three nights, my choice if in Mysore again

all day noise from above of people dragging furniture, moving heavy equipment, as if some industrial activity going on, thankfully it stopped by about 11pm. Reception was cold, could have been better, too much ego on display

Housekeeping staff could be a bit friendly and welcoming.

Amazing breakfast & location central to everything.

In-room facilities could be slightly better eg no shower gel in the bottle, bath towels had to be asked for.

Good room size; well maintained property; nice restaurant with good spread for complimentary breakfast.

The reception staff can be a bit more smiling, receptive and communicative. The equipment in games room needs improvement. We had a SUV and decided to park in front the hotel than using the basement parking lot. But parking in front was available for us.

Chambre pas très moderne, pas très propre, climatiseur mal placé donc inutilisable, hôtel qui n’a rien de « boutique » en termes de décoration, confort, etc..

Éloigné du palais et du centre. Il faut prendre un rickshaw chaque fois hotel bien dans l'ensemble mais très excentré

I liked the room - spacipus and clean. Breakfast was sufficient

I found the staff unfriendly, except for the gentleman at the front gate - he was the only person who smiled. Whilst other staff responded to my questions they were very cold in manner.

Dit hotel is behoorlijk professioneel. Het personeel weet goed hoe ze hun gasten zo comfortabel mogelijk kunnen maken. Het ontbijt was erg goed, wat ook geldt voor het avondeten. De bedden waren comfortabel en de kamer is zeer schoon.

Helaas waren er andere gasten in het hotel die nogal luid waren in hun enthousiasme met het spelen van tafeltennis. Ook ging het afrekenen in het restaurant voor wat flessen water bijzonder lastig (uiteindelijk niet eens kunnen kopen daar).

Excellent breakfast. Good and large modern rooms. Nice rooftop cafe. Bathroom has a shower cubicle which is excellent.

Nothing major. Rooms will likely need a bit of a touch up at some point.

The commode was very low. Also, there was no grab handle both near the commode and bath area. We, senior citizens need that grab handle to get up and move. Also, the bed was bouncy and uncontrolled. I need a flat bed

Ristorante al quarto piano eccellente così come la colazione a buffet. Reception cortese e disponibile a stampare da e-mail. A fianco c’è una ottima agenzia viaggi per ogni tipo di richieste,

Clean, comfortable and good location in Mysore

This was my 5th or 6th stay at this place. The rooms as usual were neat and well maintained. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was as always excellent with a good spread.

Very clean, comfortable rooms with high quality mattress and bed linen (including a very important mattress protector); bed linen smelled sweet and fresh. Location was very quiet, away from heavy traffic and noise: perfect for a good, relaxing night’s sleep. Dining room was clean and airy, with a nice choice of breakfast and welcoming staff. Friendly and professional staff throughout the hotel.

Nothing, it was all good and we will definitely return when we are next in Mysore.

Everything was terrible, from the disorganized staff to the truly awful room. I booked an airport shuttle service, but the driver didn't show up, and I ended up having to pay for a taxi as well.

The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Our first room had a weird smell so we asked to be moved and the staff kindly agreed. The breakfast buffet is great and we ended up eating at the hotel restaurant for most of our stay.

Not really an issue but the TV’s are a bit old so you cannot stream anything.
