There was no handwash in the washroom. The telephone was not working and even after complaining it didn't work. Nor the tv worked.

It great location and nice in house restaurant decent food and free breakfast option. Very close to mysore palace. Facilities are good and room also of large size with a balcony and sofas to sit.its a commercial Street with less grocery or other shops or restaurants but if you walk a kilometre there could be more.

As per booking.com website the room expected to have another Futon bed to fit 4 member family but they did not offered it so one of kid had to sleep on sofa. Hotel staff saif this is the we chose so it had no extra bed. Basically we had one bed of 6 feet where we 3 adjusted and 4th member to sleep on sofa.

Cleanliness Kettles were not working, sockets were broken/ loose and unsafe Bed mites on the extra bed were provided. Poor bed making

Parking is difficult. Bath towels given was torn and not clean. Later it was changed on request.

The hotel and the room was very clean and tidy. The staff was courteous throughout.

Staff are not responsive.No parking available so that I have to park my car whole day and night outside on the road. No cleanliness.Rooms are big but not properly maintain.AC is not properly maintained and throwing bad smell when you on .Room is also little bit smelly

Management has changed. No proper facilities. House keeping trying to escape. Bathroom safety facet very bad… leaking. Phones not working. Food not good.

Room is overpriced for the quality, no clean washrooms. No towel and had to wait for hours to get one. Not worth 5k .

The girl in the reception was very pleasing and service minded.. But power supply inturupted frequently and it was an inconvenience and using lift was scary

Great location to the palace and markets Huge room Huge comfortable bed Air con that works and is COLD! It was busy outside but you couldn’t hear it The food was GREAT

The bathroom was small and although clean it felt dingy and cramped. Needs more light I booked with an extra bed, it was just a mattress on the floor and they didn’t have a duvet. Just a mattress sheet. The air con leaked water on the floor.

Das Bett war hervorragend für jeden zwei Kissen. Großes Fenster mit Aussicht, aber nur auf Nord oder Südseite. Ansonsten guckt man gegen die Nachbarwand.

Die angegebene Terrasse war eine Katastrophe und nicht zu benutzen. Die auf dem Bild angezeigten Möbel waren nur im Familienzimmer zur Verfügung. Das Personal war nicht gewillt oder in der Lage uns eine Wäscherei zu vermitteln oder ein Fahrzeug morgens um 5 Uhr zu besorgen. In der näheren Umgebung gab es eigentlich nur Baugeschäfte.

Perfect for a couple of days. friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance from Mysuru palace. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The breakfast could use some improvement. It seemed like the food had been sitting out since early morning, also they offered the same South Indian breakfast every day, which became a bit repetitive.

Bathroom lock was broken. They should have checked before giving the room. Service was little delayed due to strength of staffs, otherwise staffs were good. Complimentary buffet was ok ok.. they should include more north indian and continental items

Colgate, brush not provided. Only single towel provided.

Bon emplacement pour visiter la ville

Juste un matelas au sol pour la 3eme personne alors qu'un deuxième lit était annoncé . Personnel à l'accueil pas du tout présent pour nous aider et répondre à des demandes d'ordre pratique comme où faire laver nos vêtements sales et trouver un billet de train
