Did not serve buffet breakfast in the morning and the reason given for it was low occupancy. The price which they are charging is not justifiable for the service and facilities provided.

While leaving the hotel, my car tyre broke; however, the support staff quickly repaired it, ensuring my safe travel to Hyderabad. I truly admire the people and their hospitality.

1. Excellent location - it's 1km away from the temple, and the rooms oversee the most beautiful view. 2. Atmosphere - very helpful service, we were greeted graciously and all the staff were very nice. 3. Value- the rooms and services provided with it are worth the money, but the food is overpriced. Also be prepared for a solid waiting time after you order. 4. The rooms are clean and pretty well maintained. Once in a while we experienced some electrical issues, but they have a back-up generator, and if any other issues persist they have resolved it almost immediately, which is great :)

I cannot recommend Hotel Aurum Subrahmanya enough! I booked our stay while still in the USA, and even when I had to reschedule, the staff handled everything smoothly and professionally. Upon arrival, my wife and I were greeted with warm hospitality. The staff are the highlight here—extremely polite, efficient, and friendly. They even provided excellent guidance on the best times to visit the temple for a smooth experience. The Highlights: * Cleanliness: Both the room and bathroom were impeccably clean. * Design: The bathroom was modern and ergonomic, and the bed was very comfortable. * Service: World-class coordination from booking to checkout. If you are visiting Subrahmanya, this is undoubtedly the best place to stay. 10/10 recommendation!

Bedding and towel hygiene must be improved. We saw many stains on the bedding, pillows, and towels. That was disappointing for such a nice hotel.

The worst experience was Aurum Subramanya, the front office people haven't been exposed to people and circumstances, they are very arrogant, carry a lot of head weight, and they being in hospitality industry they don't know what is being hospitality, they are frogs in the well.

Its a new hotel and we were excited for our stay. However, it was not suitable for people who go to the temple for Pooja. They have a strict check out at 11:00am, but the unyielding staff at reception didn't grant even a small extension. If you cross 11am you get hit with penalty. Choose other hotel if you are visiting the holy temple. Additional: Locker did not work Room bell does not work No Local TV channels Toilet flush did not work - Dinesh

Very friendly staff, organised food and driving service at 5 am which we needed for a trek. also allowed us to use facilities even after check-out. beautiful view and great food!

Food options, restaurant menu could be better for the expensive money that is being charged.. Everything is changed three times higher than even other reputed restaurants

Hotel need to re-consider their check in and check times. In the temple the daily day pooja rituals gets over around 12 noon while the check out time is 11 am. By the time we finish the pooja rituals and reach back hotel along with the family ( 2 rooms, 4 people) it was around 12:30 pm and we immediatley checked out around 1 pm. Hotel authorites charged us for the the extra hours despite the request to waive off as the pooja got over by 12:30 pm ( which is known to everybody who comes to Subramanya as the temple authorities have published it).

We booked a suite with two queen beds for a single night. The rooms were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless with a separate shower area featuring an excellent rain shower. Our corner room on the 5th floor offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and lush greenery. The staff were courteous and attentive: special thanks to Dhivya, Harshita, and Abhishek for taking such good care of us. While we skipped breakfast since it was available at an additional charge, we did enjoy dinner at the hotel. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The temple is just a 10‑minute drive away, and the hotel itself is easy to locate, situated by the river. There is also an outdoor pool, though we didn’t have time to use it. For guests arriving by car, the hotel provides basement parking. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and will certainly return if we are in Kukke Subramanya again.
