Absolutely disgraceful experience. Avoid this property at all costs. Don't book, don't book, don't book .. I had a confirmed Booking.com reservation for 1 room and 1 adult. There was no mention anywhere in the listing, policies, or booking conditions that solo travelers were not allowed. After riding nearly 300 km through heavy monsoon rain on my motorcycle, I reached the hotel around 7 PM, only to be told they would not honor my confirmed reservation. I immediately contacted Booking.com customer support, but even after speaking to them, the hotel still refused to let me check in. A confirmed booking apparently means nothing to this property. Instead of handling the situation professionally or showing even basic courtesy, the staff became rude, argumentative, and confrontational. Their behavior was so aggressive that I felt genuinely intimidated and decided it was better to leave than continue the confrontation. Imagine arriving tired, soaked from rain, in an unfamiliar place after a long motorcycle ride, only to be turned away despite having a valid confirmed booking. This is completely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for guests. If you do not accept solo travelers, clearly state that in your Booking.com listing instead of accepting reservations and abandoning guests after they arrive.

Excellent property in a beautiful location. The temple is 10 minutes walk from the property and the road is clean and broad to take a happy walk. Property is clean with decent car parking space. Room is clean and big. All amenities in place. An excellent property to stay with family.

No Coffee/ tea and milk powder packets which is a minus.

Friendly staff, well maintained rooms, great location. A short walk to the Kukke Subramaniya temple. They also offered me flexibility in check out and lots of sightseeing ideas.

This hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms at quite a distance from the temple right in the main road from Dharmasthala to Kukke Subrahmanya. Service is superb, has a dedicated parking space in the ground floor and a restaurant also. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, have working tv unit, blanket is provided. Hot water available 24x7, Room service is also available. So choose this hotel if you are in for a comfortable stay during your temple visit.

They support EV vehicle. Currently they provide 16amp socket, best part is charging is free. Once they install proper charging facility, then they charge.

The front office staff were pleasant and professional. The bell boy was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable about the temple timings and rituals. The room was very clean and neatly arranged. 24x7 availability of hot water was a real help in the cold climate. The restaurant was also clean and good.

Close proximity to the temple and near and spacious rooms.

No complementary breakfast despite higher price than much bigger hotels in that area. If you bypass booking.com and search for hotels on Google you'll find much better hotel in Kukke

We chose a non-AC room. If the windows had a sliding mesh to keep out the mosquitoes, that would be nice, so we could open the windows at night, and close the mesh, to keep out the mosquitoes.
