First, say that the stay was very pleaseant, comfortable, clean and service was very attentative. The room, in which we stayed (Santorini), is amazing for couples and for that we recomend Epic Suits highly. But somethings I must say as a critical review for the future guests.

Maybe it was that we were in the low season, or other reasons but if you present yourself as a luxury hotel, there are some minimums you must cover. Starting with the animals, I know is a personal decision from the ownership, but the hotel is full of cats and street dogs. Every night we listened some cat fights and barking for hours , just outside the room. I guess other guests don’t mind , but if you are afraid of wild dogs , maybe it would be nice to describe it in the Hotel description. Another thing is that, again if you are already paying a luxury price, you should include basic things on the fare. For example, in the breakfast, even a latte coffee means an extra fee. Also we rented a scooter with other vendors- because theirs is more than double the normal fare- and our parking was outside the hotel parking in front of a wild dogs refugee, near a fire trash pile, not very good image for a Luxury hotel. Finally the service is great, but not in a “luxury” level, they are very slow, sometimes they forget the order or the task at all, I know that maybe those things just happened to us and are outliers, but it is what it is… Moreover, they keep on offering to hire some activities with them, at your personal number, such as fish catching, day tours, when you have not asked for that info. Summarizing, the experience was awesone and great and I would repeat but not at that price.

Epic suites is amazing place to be! I have travel around the world, but nothing can compare to this place. Rooms are clean and really nice! Views are breathaking. Good is excallent and they serve so many types of dishes from Asian good to tacos and stakes. Btw easily best tacos I have ever eat in Asia. You defenetly should use room service since it's reasonable priced and can really make your holiday so relaxing! Also I highly recomend their massage service and nail spa! Nails where same price than near alona beach, but quality 100x better and massage the best I have ever have. If you want to have excallent holiday and that everything is perfect look no further and choose this place!

La habitación estupenda, limpia, amplia y la piscina una maravilla con vistas al mar. El desayuno con opciones buenas, ricas y muy contundente. El personal encantador, siempre amable y atento, incluida la dueña que siempre nos trató maravillosamente. Le da más encanto que tienen muchos perros y gatos que rescatan, que nos pareció estupendo y completan la estancia. - un saludo a mama cat y a la bebé belly - Uno de los mejores alojamientos que hemos encontrado. La ubicación, tranquila y algo alejada, aunque con coche/moto, no tardas nada en llegar a las atracciones de Bohol y Panglao.

Everything perfect!! Probably the best hotel / airbnb we've ever been to. Way above our expectations from what we saw online. Restaurant is delicious with an amazing view. The rooms are incredibly spacious, beautiful with a stunning private pool and view (see epic sunrise photo attached). The staff are super friendly, professional and caring. Special thanks to Joy who went over the top to prepare sandwhiches and ice coffee for us at 5.30AM before our boat tour (before breakfast usually starts) & to Maxin for the great chat and drive to the ferry. Nice gym too for some productive workouts before starting the day.

This place was amazing, the staff in particular were so friendly and provided exceptional service. An added bonus was the amount of animals around the place that you could see were very well cared for. The room with private pool was amazing and really just added to the experience.

Was slightly out of town which could be annoying, but there are plenty of services available so you can see all the sites through the hotel. We hired a bike and they gave us plenty of additional recommendations.

I was even picked up in a luxury black vehicle, which made the experience feel first-class from the very beginning. When I arrived at the resort, complimentary drinks were waiting for me while the staff warmly welcomed me. They took care of my luggage, escorted me to the restaurant for lunch, and made me feel completely at home. The staff also took the time to recommend local attractions and activities, which helped me make the most of my visit. The room was beautiful, spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The entire resort was well-maintained, peaceful, and had a relaxing atmosphere. Every staff member I met was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about providing outstanding service. It's rare to find a place where every detail is handled so well. The exceptional hospitality and personalized service made this one of the best resort experiences I've ever had. I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend Epic Suites Resort to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable getaway.

Where do I even begin? Do I start with the incredible warm welcome from the staff from the moment we turned up at the door or the incredible warm welcome from princess a delightful little white doggie that was one of the many many dogs and cats that they have rescued as a result of the patronage of the hotel. The accommodation is immaculate. There is absolutely everything you could possibly need…. And then some!!! I highly recommend the steak dinner with Jacuzzi and massage not to mention the highly Instagram friendly floating breakfast. But what truly made to stay, exceptional was the staff… make sure you book your tour through the hotel it will save you being ripped off for abandoned on some random island. You can also book scooters from the hotel and not have to worry about getting scammed when you return them… the food is incredible. Make sure you try the tacos and the burgers. The Filipino breakfast is exquisite as is the eggs Benedict.(ask them to change the ham to bacon if you’re a salt lover, like myself.) And for God’s sake, get up early… he puts on a hell of a show when the sun begins to rise right outside your window.

What I didn’t like about the stay was the fact that I only booked it for three nights and four days. I’ve never felt more stupid in my life. I should’ve booked two weeks.

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for peace, relaxation and beautiful scenery. The resort was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and the staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and accommodating. They consistently checked on us throughout our stay and made sure we were comfortable. A special thank you to Concierge Sheena, who went above and beyond to assist us and made our experience even more memorable. We also joined the Catch and Cook activity, which was one of the highlights of our trip. John and Dave were fantastic, knowledgeable, engaging and made the experience both fun and unforgettable. The views were simply surreal. If you’re looking for tranquility and a quiet escape from the busy city, this is the perfect place. We also really appreciated the adults-only concept. Since the rooms are relatively close to one another and you can occasionally hear conversations from neighboring rooms, having an adults-only environment helped maintain the peaceful atmosphere. We feel that if there were children or large groups, it could have affected the overall serenity of the stay. One thing to keep in mind is that the property is quite far from the city, so arranging transportation can sometimes be challenging. Additionally, food and other hotel services are on the expensive side, but this is understandable given that it’s the only establishment in the area and is located within a local village. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider returning in the future.

The room is simply fantastic. The view from the pool is to die for and everything is spacious and well layed out. The food is also amazing and the prices are reasonable for the quality of the accommodation. All of the staff are fantastic and really go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Absolutely loved it!

Breakfast could be improved, there enough choices but what we had over 3 days lacked of imagination.

We loved this hotel, King Suite with private pool was the best room during our 3-week stay in Philippines (and we stayed in 7 hotels). Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they also rescued a broad selection of animals, including a pearl-white Sky and cuddle-loving cat, who was entering our room and asking for cuddles. The location is 10/10 – with no effort, we managed to do a one-day Bohol trip on a motorbike, which included all key attractions. It takes about 20-25 minutes to reach Alona beach from here, although after being there I don't know why anyone would want to do that. The object is new and it is finished in a designer style, a very boutique form, extremely rare in Philippines. Food and drinks were exceptional as well (you have unlimited supply of water, which is always a plus with Bohol temperatures). It is a perfect hotel, even though it comes with a high price tag. We have never returned to the same place - but now we have a strong pretendent to change this.

Ils sont adorables, pas du tout dangereux, et apportent une vraie touche de vie et de tendresse au lieu. Partager ce séjour avec eux a rendu l’expérience encore plus spéciale. One of the best places I’ve stayed in terms of service. I can’t even single out any particular staff as everyone we spoke with here are extremely friendly, very welcoming, and wonderfully friendly. We stayed in the room called St Tropez, which is their newest room. It may be smaller than the others but it didn’t disappoint. Floor to ceiling windows give you an epic view over the water, which was particularly lovely of an afternoon. The pool was large enough to cool off in. Shower was one of the best I’ve had in Asia, great pressure and temperature control. A little way from shops and restaurants, but you can easily arrange a scooter, tuk tuk, driver or grab to get places. Alona Beach was only 15 minutes by scooter. Can’t recommend this place enough. We ate at their restaurant for most meals and each was fantastic. We arranged a few day trips with them also which were amazing. English is widely understood by staff and their use of WhatsApp makes getting in contact very easy. A word for those that don’t like cats or dogs; this may not be the place for you. They have many animals here that roam the grounds. They are all very friendly and love a good pat, but if you are allergic or don’t like animals, then you may not enjoy seeing them around the grounds. We loved meeting all the animals and staff, returning each day was like coming home. We will be back. Thank you everyone for an amazing stay! You’ve set the bar very high for the rest of our trip.

Fantastisch luxe en rustig verblijf waar je heerlijk bijkomt op een rustige plek in panglao. Het personeel is uitmuntend en zeker Carlo! Hij maakt van elk moment een unieke ervaring in epic suites. Ik zou iedereen aanraden hierheen te gaan.

Alles was top! Maar het is geen goedkoop verblijf maar het wel waard. Hou rekening met 10% extra fee over de kosten die je extra in het verblijf maakt.

This was hands down the best value-for-money hotel of my entire trip in the Philippines. I absolutely do not regret staying here. In fact, I liked it so much that I even changed my itinerary to come back again later during the trip. The staff is absolutely amazing, always kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. The owners clearly have very big hearts, and I was especially touched to see how much they help the animals on the island. It is such a pleasure to see animals finally being treated with kindness and respect. The private pool in the room is just great, and the room layout is extremely well thought out. Everything feels comfortable, practical, and nicely designed. The dishes at the restaurant were also excellent, and the team was incredibly responsive on WhatsApp, which made everything very easy and smooth. The only small downside, and honestly the only thing I found very unfortunate, is the breakfast setup regarding drinks. They do not offer fresh fruit juice such as pineapple or mango, and on top of that, you cannot order both a fresh juice and a coffee. Considering that a coffee costs almost nothing, this feels a bit unnecessary. They could easily increase the room rate by €1 and absorb that cost. It is a small detail, but still a real shame compared with how great everything else is. That being said, this is really a very minor issue, and objectively, out of all the luxury hotels I stayed at in the Philippines, this is the only one that truly deserves to be called a luxury hotel.

L’hôtel est sublime, les chambres sont spacieuses et luxueuses. La piscine privée de la chambre avec vue sur la mer est juste incroyable. Le personnel est très attentionnés et a l’écoute. Il font tout ce qui est de leur possible pour subvenir à nos demandes. Le restaurants est très bon. Je recommande sincèrement. L’emplacement est top, calme et à proximité des commodités. Un grand merci à Joy pour son accompagnement tout au long de notre séjour et un petit clins d’œil à Ford à la restauration qui est très gentil et serviable.

After traveling to so many countries, I have never been so compelled to leave a review for a hotel. Situated right on the Bohol Sea, overlooking a beautiful rocky shore and seagrass beds, it offers a peaceful escape away from the hustle and bustle. The views from both the room and the restaurant above are absolutely breathtaking. The service is beyond perfect, and the food served at the restaurant is simply amazing. If you plan to stay here, I highly recommend booking a room with a private pool so you can enjoy the spectacular sunrise and have breakfast in the pool. The only minor downside is that transportation isn't the most convenient, as Grab isn't always available. However, the front desk is more than happy to call a tricycle for you. I strongly suggest staying here for at least two nights without booking any outside activities—just purely enjoy the room, the food, and the serene atmosphere during your whole stay.

Das Zimmer mit dem Pool war ein Traum, tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Es hat im Zimmer an nichts gefehlt, wirklich sehr, sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr lieb und aufmerksam, sehr gut geschult. Massage war auch super. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wenn man europäischen Standard sucht ist man hier richtig. Wir hatten ein Auto gemietet,, so konnte man auch gut die Insel erkunden, das Hotel liegt sehr abseits. Aber kein Problem. Wer keine Katzen mag ist hier falsch, ich liebe Katzen und finde das Projekt toll.

Im Restaurant sitzt man in einem klimatisierten Raum, zwar mit großen Fenstern und Meerblick, aber eben drin. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse, aber die sah ungenutzt aus. Insgesamt könnte es um das Hotel etwas schöner sein, der „Garten“ sieht etwas ungepflegt aus, passt nicht zum Rest. Zum Frühstück eine halbvolle Tasse Kaffee fand ich auch etwas dürftig. Sind alles nur Kleinigkeiten, stört nicht wirklich.

Ich habe schon über 100 Hotels auf der Welt besucht und Versuche immer die Bewertung im Preis Leistungs Verhältnis zu schreiben. (Mann kann in einen Hostel halt nicht das erwarten was man in einen 5 Sterne Hotel Erwarten darf.) Nun zu diesem Hotel: Wenn ich eine 12 geben könnte würde ich das machen . Wirklich !!!! So liebe Menschen dann die Zimmer haben einen Pool mit Blick auf das Meer, man kann im Pool Frühstücken, der Service 10 von 10 und dann auch noch das durchdachte System mit einem Handy auf dem Zimmer wo nur 2 WhatsApp Kontakte sind: 1) Concierge der alles für einen macht. 2 ) Bar/Restaurenat die alles für einen machen. Wir haben songar noch ein Zimmer Update bekommen und beim Check out Kuchen und einen Anhänger. Ich könnte hier noch viel mehr Postives schreiben aber mehr als hier geht nicht.

Was the perfect place to relax after 24 hours of travel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, they set us up with a tour and took care of everything. The view is gorgeous, with beautiful sunrises. The best part about our stay was getting to meet all of the rescued dogs that are kept safe at a shelter nearby. Thank you to Luche (the owner) who was so willing to chat and help us potentially adopt one of the dogs. We think about him everyday. Your place is beautiful and we highly recommend it.

We stayed here for a part of our honeymoon and it was amazing. The staff were exceptional, so friendly, polite and professional, always going above and beyond. The hotel is beautiful and very peaceful. We had a room with a private infinity pool and the view was incredible, especially watching the sunrise in bed. The food in the restaurant was really good. We also loved that they care for the cats and dogs around the property. When we were leaving they even gave us some delicious biscuits for the journey, which was such a thoughtful touch.

This hotel has managed to create a sense of welcoming, wellness and fulfilling of wishes which is very hard to find anywhere else in the world. The room is very comfortable and super spacious, with perfectly working aircon, amazing walk-in shower, and a great atmosphere. The outdoor area with the pool and the amazing view is hard to beat. The restaurant has a wide selection and does not get boring even after a few days staying here - for breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner. The possibility to eat in the room or in the restaurant caters for every opportunity. But what gives this place its positive and welcoming spirit is the staff. Every single one working there was unbelievably friendly, welcoming and smiley. They were super helpful and especially quick, no matter what question, wish or problem we had. Everyone was always happy to chat, took his or her time without rushing or having things to do, recommended a lot to us and made sure all the time, that our stay is the best it can be. We are coming from a country, where customer service is not very high on the priority list, so we are always happy when we go to other countries, where the customer service is important and staff take it seriously. But epic suites truly put customer service on a whole new level of friendliness, feeling like home and having the opportunity to ask for whatever we needed without feeling needy. You have created a beautiful place to fully relax.

We started our trip at this wonderful accommodation on Panglao Island – and it couldn’t have been a better beginning. From the very first minute, we received a warm welcome. The room was perfectly oriented towards the sunrise, which we could enjoy every morning. Our private pool with its stunning sea view was a true highlight – as was the floating breakfast, which we enjoyed three times during our stay. The service was outstanding: whenever we left our room, the staff kindly checked if everything was alright or if we needed anything. Everyone was consistently friendly, attentive and very accommodating. We also rented a nearly new Yamaha scooter for two days, which was perfect for exploring the island’s points of interest. The price-performance ratio was excellent. On request, we enjoyed the catch of the day, including a delicious Red Snapper and lobster – both prepared wonderfully. We also treated ourselves to 90-minute massages at the in-house spa, where the therapists were highly professional. One evening, we had the open-air bathtub prepared and enjoyed a relaxing bath with ambient lighting in the warm evening air, accompanied by a glass of wine. We were able to truly unwind here and would highly recommend this accommodation.
