The room was spotless, and finding complimentary water and snacks upon arrival was a great touch. Breakfast offered a rich spread ranging from classic staples to delicious local specialties. I came to Flims for mountain biking, and this hotel was the absolute perfect base for it.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Unweit von den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Wir haben auch im Hotel zu Abend gegessen und können das Wienerschnitzel sehr empfehlen. Sehr gutes Frühstück und mega freundliches Personal. Vielen Dan an das gesamte Team. Bei der Abreise durfte man ein Wasser und eine kleine Süssigkeit mitnehmen.

Ein schön präsentiertes Frühstücksbuffet wo kein Wunsch offen lässt. Ein tolles sauberes, ruhiges Zimmer wo ich mich wohl fühlte und sehr gut geschlafen habe. Ich bin rundum happy. Danke

Hervorragendes Frühstück. Schöner Restaurantgarten, den man auch beim Frühstück geniessen kann. Superaussicht vom Zimmer mit Balkon.

Die Zimmer entsprachen nicht annähern den Bildern auf der Homepage! Das frühstücksbuffet wurdne nicht aufgefüllt. Sehr kleine Auswahl. Nichts regionales wurde aufgetischt. Menuekarte/ Weinkarte sehr hochpreisig. Wir haben ein Kollegenpaar eingeladen und haben uns für das Zimmer das sie erhalten haben geschähmt! Wir würden es nicht nocheinmal buchen!

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Wir waren total 16 Personen, wobei 7 einen Tag früher angereist sind. Netter Empfang, nettes Personal. Saubere Zimmer. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Auf Sonderwünsche, wie z.B. früher Frühstück wurde gerne eingegangen. Alles TipTop.
Da fällt mir gerade nichts ein. Das Restaurant bietet eher im höheren Preissegment Speisen an, die allenfalls nicht für Alle passen. Jedoch wurden wir, auch auf Hinweis und Empfehlung des Hotelpersonales, in Fussnähe fündig und haben dort wunderbar gespiesen. Danach im Hotel den Absacker noch genossen.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Das Hotel ist gut bis sehr gut. Das Frühstück war "normal", das heisst einfach in Ordnung und frisch. Allerdings war die Auswahl nicht so grossartig.
Am Schluss musste ich noch die Kurtaxe und den Parkplatz (für 2 Nächte CHF 26) bezahlen und das hat mich irritiert. Ich denke, dass diese zusätzlichen Ausgaben im Zimmerpreis eingerechnet werden sollten.

Das Hotel hätte m.E. eine (sanfte) Renovation dringend nötig, das Erscheinungsbild widerspiegelt den guten Service etc. in keiner Art und Weise

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026The balcony view is amazinf The hotel is very close to the gondola. They have a separate storage room which is heated to store ski equipment. They leave a candy after making up your room for the day The rooms are nice and they have a certain charm about them. The value for money is very good for an accommodation in Switzerland.
This is not a criticism, but a suggestion for improvement. Offering an omlette for breakfast instead of boiled eggs would be better in my opinion.

Only one drawback and not their fault: the nearby church bell rings hourly and quarter hourly throughout the night. Torture if you’re having trouble sleeping.

Good choice of seeds, nuts, fruits at breakfast. Parking for the car is convenient. There is a ski room in the hotel, but it is in a separate building across the street and quite small.
Pillows were very uncomfortable. The hotel has a smell of old building.
