Its a simple kind of outdated hotel. More a 3* than 4. In any other country it would cost half the price, in Switzerland everything costs wayy more than it should.

De receptioniste en het personeel in het restaurant waren geweldig. En ontzettend goed met onze kinderen. Nog nooit in zo’n warm en hartelijk hotel verbleven. Absolute 10! Kamers en bedden zijn perfect en de omgeving is super.

Le piscine (calda davvero fuori e coperta più grande), il giardino con lettini e gazebo, la zona benessere, la camera molto spaziosa, la colazione di ottima qualità, insomma tutto!

Nella nostra camera non c'era frigo nè bollitore e con la bambina di 2 anni avrebbero fatto comodo, ma lo staff è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fatto tenere cose nel loro frigo della cucina e dato latte caldo quando ne abbiamo avuto bisogno

L’hôtel était très propre, le personnel souriant et agréable et le petit déjeuner varié et bon.

La piscine intérieure résonne. Le jacuzzi devrait être allumé tout du long et non par intermittence.

Ein unkompliziertes kinder- und hundefreundliches Viersterne-Hotel. Hervorragende Küche, sehr aufmerksamer Kellner, schöner Spa-Bereich mit Indoor-Pool und grosser Garten. Super Frühstück und cozy Hotelatmosphäre. Grosses Doppelzimmer mit Balkon im Soldanella.

Kleine Backoffice-Services scheinen nicht reibungslos funktioniert zu haben. Motten im Flur vor unserem Zimmer.

Servizio lento. Abbiamo ordinato un omelette mai arrivata a colazione. La mattina finivo prima di fare colazione e poi venivano a prendere l'ordine per il caffè. Non va bene. Su booking il parcheggio costa 12 franchi, ma all'arrivo dicono che è un errore e lo fanno pagare di più

Hotel très calme et cadre magnifique. Le SPA est très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuse. La réception était très arrangeante pour un groupe de 15 personnes. Deuxième visite dans cet hôtel et toujours la même qualité!

Die Lage und das Ambiente im Haus sind nach wie vor wunderschön. Ich war schon als Kind Gast im Haus und es hat seinen Charme beibehalten. Mit diesem Personal, lässt sich jedoch leider der versprochene Standard nicht aufrecht erhalten.

Wir haben ein Zimmer unter dem Dach erhalten und bei dieser Hitze liess es sich kaum darin aushalten. Der Service im Restaurant ist eine Katastrophe. Wir haben 1,5 Stunden auf unseren Hauptgang gewartet. Getränkebestellungen wurden erst auf mehrmalige Nachfrage oder schlussendlich überhaupt nicht geliefert. Das Zimmer wird erst am Nachmittag gemacht. Das Personal im gesamten Hotel spricht nur Englisch. Mit so wenig Personal muss man die Gästezahl reduzieren, oder mehr Personal einstellen. Der Aussenparkplatz gleicht einer Schotterpiste, für welche man einen Geländewagen benötigt. Das war mal ein tolles Hotel. Was ist bloss passiert?

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war super lecker und hat eine grosse Auswahl. Das ganz Hotel war sehr sauber und angenehm. Es gibt eine grosse Auswahl an Tätigkeiten im Hotel - Schwimmen (innen Pool), Warmes Wasser (Sole) draussen, Garten, Spielzimmer für Kleinkinder, Spielzimmer für ältere Kinder und Erwachsene, Bar... Wir waren im Nebenhaus (nicht Haupthaus). Dieses ist älter aber wir lieben diesen Charm und es war top sauber und schön.

Die Preise der Getränke an der Bar sind in meinen Augen zu hoch.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone looking for a ski holiday. First of all, the price-to-quality ratio is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to recharge after a full day on the slopes. The dining options are impressive. There is a wide selection of restaurants on-site (3 or 4) but with a bit weird reservation system even if it's not full. We loved breakfasts as well! The pool and spa area is a real highlight. It's well-equipped, relaxing with all you may need: jacuzzi, 20m swimming pool, saunas etc. The ski bus service is efficient and punctual, and the hotel is only a 3-minute ride from the slopes. Hotel is walking distance from "city center". Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. We will definitely be coming back!

I wish we did not have to pay extra for parking + weird reservation system in restaurants.

Wir sind zum wiederholten Male ins Soldanella (Hotel Adula) gefahren und sind nach wie vor begeistert. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber, das Personal ist super freundlich, das Spa lässt sich sehen - besonders wenn das Wetter nicht zum Skifahren einlädt.

Very well located, the hotel, and facilities like gym, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pools are amazing. We just had food jn the main restaurant and the food was delicious! Highly recommended and will definitely go back!

There’s three dinner restaurants. One was booked out the afternoon we got there. Not a negative but something to be aware of

Vriendelijke ontvangst, propere kamers, mooi zwembad, fitness en jacuzzi. Goed gelegen met vlotte shuttle naar de lift.

De restaurants waren redelijk prijzig. De kleine attenties in de kamer werden aangerekend hoewel dit niet duidelijke vermeld was.

Amazing hotel. We stayed in the Annex Saldana but had access to all the facilities. Shuttle bus was very convenient. Spa area was one of the best I have seen.

Restaurant was regularly booked out as due to a lack of restaurants in Flims, you need to pre-book or rely upon room service.

Such a nice hotel. Shuttlebus runs all the time, food is good, room was nice, spa was great. Staff is very helpful and the hotel is beautifully decorated. Really good value for money!

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal. Speziell schön für Spaziergänge im nahen Wald. Zum Caumasee zu Fuss 30 Min. Spielplatz max. 10 Min. Fussweg. Zu den Bergbahnen fährt ein Postauto - Bushaltestelle nahe erreichbar. Poolanlage ist sehr schön. Das Hotel und Anlage sind gepflegt und die Einrichtung lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant ist sehr lecker. Wir haben für Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem nicht vom Schnee geräumten Aussenparkplatz entgegenkommenderweise länger im Zimmer bleiben können und mussten keine Gebühren zwei PP bezahlen. Herzlichen Dank nochmals!

Für das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant muss man Zeit mitbringen. Bis die Bestellung aufgegeben werden kann dauert es eher länger (2x zu Abend gegessen) Muss Koordination des Service verbessert werden oder zu wenig Personal? Im Winter ist der Aussenparkplatz nicht vom Schnee geräumt.

Prachtige setting met luxe wellness en leuke lekkere vibes in de restaurants. Ook de shuttlebus naar pistes verliep super vlot. Kraaknette kamers en goede service!

Verwarring en stress rond reservaties kamers en restaurants , alsook rekening van bar gekregen van meer dan 200 Zwitserse Frank die niet van ons was. Heel vriendelijke mensen wel aan receptie maar mindere taalkennis en verschillende teams zorgden voor enorme verwarring en bijhorende stress. Gelukkig werd uiteindelijk alles rechtgezet

Sehr schönes Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und bietet eine große Auswahl. Der Wellnessbereich ist zwar eher klein, aber sehr schön und perfekt zur Entspannung nach dem Skifahren. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Besonders positiv ist die vorhandene Tiefgarage, die etwas versteckt hinter dem Haus liegt. Die Einfahrt ist nur mit der Zimmerkarte möglich, daher muss man zuerst einchecken - danach funktioniert alles problemlos. Auch die E-Ladestation ist ein großes Plus, sie lässt sich einfach über die Rezeption freischalten und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Shuttle-Service zum und vom Lift. Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und der Service insgesamt wirklich toll.

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und waren ausgesprochen warm. Die Temperatur liess sich nicht runter regeln.

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal, utmärkt frukost och fina faciliteter. De sympatiska chaufförerna som körde shuttlebussen till skidliften var väldigt hjälpsamma och varsamma i hanteringen av skidutrustning. Housekeeping städade två gånger dagligen och var alltid vänliga och lyhörda för våra behov. Trevliga lokaler, härligt spa och tysta rum med väldigt bekväma sängar.

Det var komplicerat att dela nota i hotellets restauranger och möttes ibland av motvilja hos personalen. Det var kallt i Flims under vår vistelse och barn under 16 tilläts inte i bastun oavsett tid på dygnet.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had – a fully deserved 10/10. If you are coming to Flims, this is the only place worth staying. The hotel perfectly combines the atmosphere of a classic alpine retreat with a modern, elegant design. Everything feels thoughtful and refined, from the interiors to the overall ambiance. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful at every stage of the stay – genuinely warm, professional, and always attentive. There are three or four different restaurants offering a wide variety of excellent cuisine. The food is delicious (not the cheapest, but absolutely worth it), and the breakfasts are outstanding. One of the main lobby restaurants even has a DJ playing soft, pleasant music from the morning – a unique and very enjoyable touch that adds to the atmosphere. The spa area is superb: a proper swimming pool with warm water, a beautiful outdoor pool, and an excellent sauna section. It is the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. The location is in quiet street, a bit on the side but the ski shuttle service is flawless. I mean it. It runs smoothly in both directions, with waiting times never longer than five minutes. It is incredibly convenient and well organized. In 3 minutes you're next to the ski lift and after long day of skiing you can feel like a VIP with private shuttle just after you take off your skies. The hotel is great both for groups of friends and for families. There is a dedicated playroom and games area for children, which makes it very family-friendly. Accommodation is available either in the main building or in Villa Soldanella, but there is absolutely no need to worry about that. Everything is connected by an underground corridor, and the whole solution is so well designed that you barely notice the difference. I highly recommend this hotel and will happily return. An exceptional place in every sense with reasonable price as for Swiss Alps and such a quality.

The only slightly odd aspect was the restaurant reservation system. One evening we came in and, despite many free tables, we were told we needed to make an “official” reservation and receive an online confirmation first. It felt a bit over-formal for the situation. When the restaurant was very busy, the staff seemed a little overwhelmed as well. That said, this is truly a minor detail compared to the overall quality of the experience and does not change the very positive impression of the hotel.

Alles Tipptopp, besonders herausgestochen hat der hoteleigene Skibus der den ganzen Tag fährt und der schöne Lobby-Bereich mit tollem Restaurant. Gerne wieder!!

Sie haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Der Garten und der Spa ist traumhaft, das Personal ist sehr unaufgeregt zuvorkommend und die öffentlichen Räume des Hotels sind absolut stilvoll gestaltet.
