Sehr nahe am Zentrum und am Strand. Alles was man in Lagos sehen muss ist sehr nahe und trotzdem ist es ruhig. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Ich durfte mein Gepäck nach dem Check out noch da lassen

Eingang war nicht ganz einfach zum finden weil Google es von der falschen Seite angezeigt hat. Das Wasser in der Dusche läuft nicht richtig ab

Very clean rooms, daily cleaning, the lady at the desk even rent us a sun umbrella for the beach and gave us beach towels.

La habitación incluía baño privado, algo que en la zona no era muy común. El personal me ayudó mucho para indicarme cuales eran los mejores aparcamientos dado que la zona es muy turística.

Location was excellent - right in the centre of town. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Friendly staff. Room had air conditioning which was definitely needed.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon zur Geschäftszeile, es war sehr schön den abendlichen Trubel zu beobachten. Super zentral. Kleine Küche zum Kochen (Nudeln kann man auch in der Mikrowelle kochen 😁). Kaffee, Tee, Kühlschrank vorhanden.

La ubicación es lo mejor, está en pleno centro. La habitación muy limpia

Excelente el trato que nos dieron, desde llegar, hayas nuestra partida. Aún y cuando habíamos entregado la habitación, al regresar a recoger las maletas, nos permitieron usar un baño para cambiarnos y asearnos. La ubicación, ideal. En todo el centro a pocos minutos caminando de todos los sitios de interés. Volveríamos sin duda.

Gutes Hotel, alles da was man braucht. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Meerblick. Direkt in der Stadt. Lage war super. Die Strände waren in der Nähe und Restaurants und Cafes direkt vor der Tür.

Manchmal etwas laut mit offenem Fenster. Die Betten haben gequietscht, sonst aber bequem.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helped me with everything I asked for.

I don't like the value for money, since €120 just for a place to sleep is excessive. They told me it's a basic hotel. 2 stars .They don't have food, a pool, or a gym. At that price, there should be more amenities.

The location is very close to the beach but also to the marina from where many activities start. It is in city centre, we had a nice terrace.

A qualidade das almofadas podia ser melhor

Posizione top con vista mare spettacolare, sia dalla finestra del bagno(enorme) che della camera. Struttura centrale, ma poco caotica almeno per la nostra stanza che affacciato sul retro della struttura. Nella cucina comune c'è una macchinetta del caffè (nespresso) le cui capsuel sono acquistabili al supermercato (consigliato: pingo dolce).

Assenza di un mini frigo in camera, compensata da una cucina comune con frigo, a disposizione degli ospiti.

La posizione è ottima, sei in una delle vie principali di Lagos.

Con qualche piccola accortezza si potrebbe rendere la stanza/bagno più confortevole.

Posizione centralissima con entrata dall’interno ma camera con affaccio vista mare. Staff presente e cordiale; ottima pulizia. Possibilità di utilizzo di una piccola cucina im comune e di tavoli nella hall.

Lo mejor es la ubicación ya que está en pleno centro de lagos donde están todos los restaurantes y tiendas. Las playas más turísticas de lagos están cerca en coche y una amplia enfrente que si quieres puedes ir andando. Además hay un parking a escasos metros. Insonorización muy buena y cama muy cómoda. Cambian todos los días las toallas. Personal muy amable.

Que por el precio podría incluir el desayuno, parece que hace años sí que lo ofrecían porque tienen una pequeña cocina a la que tienes acceso y tienen básicos aunque el horno estaba roto, pero bueno te dejan llevarte lo que compres para desayunar allí porque tienen mesitas.

O alojamento é agradável, mas a estadia teria sido mais confortável se houvesse mais opções de almofadas. A que estava disponível era bastante baixa, o que acabou por afetar um pouco a qualidade do meu descanso.

The room itself was quite basic, but the location was good, the price was reasonable and the staff were very nice and welcoming. We only stayed for one night, so for what we needed it served its purpose perfectly.

La limpieza se puede mejorar, los azulejos del baño estaban muy sucios.

Las camas eran muy cómodas y estaba todo muy limpio.

Lo que menos me gustó fue que no había ascensor y tuvimos que subir la maleta por las escaleras. La habitación estaba muy bien, pero faltaba un pequeño armario para poder colocar algo de ropa, ya que lo que hay es un pequeño perchero, y los baños no iban muy acorde a la habitación, esta estaba bastante bien, pero el baño necesita un cambio.

Habitación amplia, limpia, camas cómodas y un pequeño balcón. Está en pleno centro, en una calle de restaurantes y tiendas, sin embargo, no molesta el ruido en absoluto.

We absolutely loved our 5-night stay at Hotel Mar Azul and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lagos. The hotel is perfectly located, with its main entrance tucked away on a charming pedestrian side street literally just a couple of minutes walk from the main square. It really couldn’t be more convenient for exploring the town, while still feeling peaceful and authentic. We walked everywhere during our stay and never needed transportation – it was absolutely perfect. There are countless shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants right on your doorstep, making it an ideal base for experiencing everything Lagos has to offer. The hotel itself is small, cosy, and full of Portuguese character. There is a fairly steep staircase leading up to the reception area, but once inside you’ll find a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning and a modern bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful view overlooking the main waterway. While the balcony was tiny, it was still a lovely place to sit and take in the scenery. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit, always happy to offer assistance or local recommendations. The overall value for money was remarkable. Hotel Mar Azul offers the perfect combination of location, comfort, cleanliness, affordability, authentic Portuguese charm, and genuine hospitality. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and can’t recommend it highly enough.

Recepcionistas muitos simpáticas , o quarto é pequeno mas é ótimo para duas pessoas , tinha tv smart, Wi-Fi, cama de casal grande, tinha ar condicionado, fazia um pouco de barulho,porém ajudou muito ,a localização é muito boa,fica logo no centro ,não dá pra ir de carro,mas tem vários parques , e inclusive tem parque grátis ,eles não oferecem comida mas tem uma cozinha para quem quer cozinhar

This was a lovely quirky hotel right in the centre of Lagos but very quiet. We loved it and would stay again.

The stairs to get to the hotel but we coped. The owner(?) was very helpful in changing our room to the lowest floor The shower area itself was really 1st class and modern but the tiles in the bathroom itself really needed replacing. There seemed to be a kitchen area on the middle of the reception area but we were never invited to use it. Although not perfect you will enjoy yourself here.

The hotel is located in the heart of Lagos, making it a great base for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Our room was quiet, as it did not face the street, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bathroom was clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. The hotel also has a well-equipped kitchen that guests can use.

The only downside was the parking. If you arrive by car, it can be very difficult to find a parking space nearby, and there is no parking available at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and showed us where we could find a free parking spot about a 7–10 minute walk away. It's good to know this in advance so you can plan accordingly.

Very typical of older building in Portugal, brick and mortar absorb moisture causing paint to peel and mold to grow. my room smelled musty and likely the air conditioner screens need to be cleaned.

Questo hotel 2 stelle è perfetto per chi cerca una base d'appoggio pratica ed economica nel cuore di Lagos. La posizione è centralissima, a pochi passi da tutto. La struttura è estremamente pulita, il che compensa una camera decisamente spoglia e priva di qualche comfort extra. Nel complesso, considerando i prezzi della zona, offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo per chi, come noi, usa la stanza solo per dormire.

La stanza era spoglia e un po' priva di comfort (mancavano alcuni dettagli che avrebbero reso il soggiorno più comodo). In aggiunta il bagno avrebbe bisogno di qualche rifinitura.

Die Lage war gut. Das Hotel war mitten in der Altstadt. Man kam aus der Tür und war schon mittendrin. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nicht zur Straße also war auch kein Lärm.

Das Zimmer war sehr heruntergekommene die Badewanne/ Dusche hat außen gerostet. Es war nicht fest angeschraubt alles war locker und lose. Die Klimaanlage war zwar wie angegeben da aber funtionierte nicht. Kühlte null! Das Rollo war extern halb nach unten gezogen. Heißt wir konnten darauf nicht zugreifen. Am Tag war’s dunkel und beim schlafen in der Früh war es hell. Zudem eine ameisenstrasse entdeckt!! Geht gar nicht eine war im Bett. Wer weiß wie viele noch. NIE mehr wieder !

It was very noisy due to the location. There are many bars right on the street where this hotel is located. Probably great if you are planning to party, otherwise a bit too loud. Also would appreciate a normal door to the bathroom (partially see through glass door weren’t really private).

Hotel muito bem localizado! Escolhemo-lo pelo preço acessível, cerca de 85 € por noite, e não imaginávamos que ficaria mesmo no coração da cidade. O hotel está situado na principal rua turística, onde se encontram inúmeros restaurantes, lojas e animação, e fica apenas a cerca de 15 a 20 minutos a pé das praias. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela equipa, sempre simpática, sorridente e disponível para ajudar. Um detalhe que apreciámos bastante foi a existência de uma cozinha junto à receção, equipada com frigorífico e micro-ondas. Como o hotel não dispõe de serviço de pequeno-almoço, esta opção torna-se muito prática para os hóspedes. O quarto estava impecável: uma cama grande e muito confortável, ar condicionado, uma casa de banho moderna e extremamente limpa, além de uma pequena varanda com vista para o mar. Ficámos realmente muito satisfeitos com o conforto e a qualidade do alojamento. Apesar da localização em plena rua turística, não ouvimos praticamente nenhum ruído durante a noite. O isolamento acústico é muito bom, permitindo descansar tranquilamente.

Ponto negativo, o parque de estacionamento, há um em baixo do hotel mas pago.

Um hotel simples, o quarto é muito agradável e limpo. Os funcionários são muito prestáveis e simpáticos. A localização é excelente.

A porta de entrada do edifício faz bastante barulho e as escadas são um pouco apertadas principalmente para quem tem de transportar bicicleta como foi o meu caso.

A wonderful hotel with a clean, modern room with everything you need, including air conditioning. A huge plus is the location in the heart of the city, close to the beach and all kinds of cafes and shops. There's a wonderful lounge area with a kitchen and refrigerator. The staff is friendly and helpful. If I plan to visit Lagos again, I'll choose this hotel again.
