Super clean and well furnished. Everything you need for a stay in Lagos and its surrounding areas, extremely efficient and friendly staff.

External noise, we were woken at 2300 and didn’t get off to sleep again until 04:30 due to people coming up the street noisily. This isn’t the owners fault, however it needs consideration when booking. Steep stairway to enter the property may be a concern for those with mobility issues

The apartment was very clean, bright, spacious, and easy to access. The location was fantastic—right in the heart of Lagos Old Town and only a 10–15 minute walk to the beach. The host was friendly and very responsive over WhatsApp, and kindly accommodated an early check-in. The AC also worked very well and kept the apartment comfortable on hotter days.

Because of the very central location, it could be quite noisy at night, with people yelling outside, and one morning we found broken glass just outside the entrance. Obviously this is outside the host’s control, but worth noting for light sleepers. The apartment was also fairly bare-bones in terms of amenities - no bathroom toiletries, one small bath towel each for the six-night stay, limited toilet paper, and very basic bedding with thin pillows and no extra blankets.

All about the location and the size of the space. Really great overall if those are important to you

Towels were terrible. One pillow per side was very rough considering it was paper thin. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have something in the shower to use

in central Lagos at night there are youngsters having fun they are noisy even if the apartment had excellent windows to the street.

L'emplacement est très bien situé. Une petite ruelle calme dans un quartier très animé. Nous avons aimé l'appartement qui offrait assez d'espace pour deux et qui était très confortable.

Lovely location right in the center of everything. The beach was a 10 minute walk, so many restaurants and mulitple shops within a 2 minute walking distance. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. This was perfect for mine and my partners stay.

Since you are right in the center it does get loud during the night time. This wasn't a major issue for us as we enjoyed the nightlife! but if you want something a little quieter then I wouldn't suggest staying right in the center (this isn't a reflection of the apartment but more of the area itself)

Spacious, clean, great central location and plenty of kitchen utensils if you wish to cook. Bed was comfortable too.

El poco acercamiento del dueño o ambitrion,ni se molestó en preguntarnos qué tal estábamos y si necesitábamos algo. En el portal pernocta un indigente y ni se molestó en prevenirnos ,ni preguntarnos si estábamos tranquilos, ni darnos disculpas por los desperdicios o pis. Por lo demás todo salió bien, no nos molestó en ningún momento.

Really enjoyed staying here! Easy entry system, nice and quiet, friendly, helpful staff, facilities were everything I needed and best of all... excellent location! Right in the town centre and near the beach. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay here again.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt in der Altstadt – zentraler geht es kaum. Restaurants, Cafés und auch die nahe gelegenen Klippen/Strände sind alle fußläufig gut erreichbar. Das Apartment selbst war großzügig geschnitten, eine separates Schlafzimmer und ein weiterer Raum mit Küche, Essplatz und Wohnzimmerbereich. Es bot viel Platz zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt, und die Küche war bestens ausgestattet – perfekt, wenn man mal selbst etwas zubereiten wollte. Bei mir war es auch nicht laut, keine Partystimmung auf der Straße oder in der Nachbarschaft, wie einige andere das bemängelt haben, allerdings war ich auch Anfang April und nicht in der Hochsaison da. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war unkompliziert, freundlich und informativ. Alle wichtigen Details wurden rechtzeitig mitgeteilt und Check-in / Check-out verliefen absolut reibungslos. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft mit viel Komfort in bester Lage.

Ich bin ein Mensch der sehr dunkel schläft und das war in dieser Wohnung leider nicht gegeben, da das Schlafzimmer keine Tür sondern nur einen offenen Durchgang hatte und es in dem anderen Raum keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit für die großen Terrassentüren gab und die Wohnungseingangstür zudem ein Oberlicht ins Treppenhaus hatte, durch die das Treppenhaulicht fiel ... daher der eine Punkt abzug. Jemand, dem diese Helligkeit nichts ausmacht, würde das nicht als Manko ansehen!

Die Ausstattung war wirklich super! Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Auch die Kommunikation ging immer super schnell!

Viele bemängeln in den Rezensionen den Lärm, doch bei uns gab es überhaupt kein Lärm. Wir hatten das kleinere Studio und waren im April da, es gab weder Bar noch Party Lärm wir haben wundervoll geschlafen.

Big modern apartment in the top floor of an old building. Very good kitchen. Centrally located, Quiet. Everything was fine. Good for a longer stay.

As others mentioned, the street side can be quite noisy. 3 out 5 nights there were loud people in the street until 3 or 4 am. It’s also quite unfortunate that there is a 24 vending machine kiosk directly beneath the apartment where very loud drunks congregate to smoke cigarettes and yell at each other.

Zeitweise nächtlicher Lärm durch vorbeiziehende Passanten. Keine Parkmöglichkeit. Ein Mixer (für Smoothies) wäre toll gewesen.

The location and layout of the apartment were great.

The couch was very uncomfortable. And there were loud drunks on the street around 1am onwards each night of my stay. Very loud!

As has already been mentioned in other reviews there was a bit of noise from the self serve unit below- only for one evening but it do go on a bit .i guess the downside of such a centrally located apartment.

Great location close to everything, nicely decorated and well appointed apartment and the check in and out process was very easy. Nice touches like coffee provided was appreciated. The owner was very helpful and kind enough to let us store our bags after checkout.

We were in the apartment facing the street and there was quite a bit of noise from 24hr kiosk below. Also noise from apartment above but can’t be helped. Only thing I would suggest is to supply 2 sets of towels , especially when weather was so wet, as it was difficult to get our towels dry between showers .

La calefacción no funcionaba bien del todo. En los días que estuve, llovió mucho e hizo mucho viento y se requería de más calefacción.

direkt in der Stadt. Alles sehr gut fussläufig erreichbar. Die Bar war geschlossen, daher war das Appartement Nr. 3 im Dachgeschoss sehr ruhig. Die Treppe ist nur für jemand, der nicht eingeschränkt ist. Grösse des Appartements grosszügig. Küche gross, auch wenn ich nicht gekocht habe.

die Matratzen fand ich sehr weich. Ich hatte vorab angefragt, ob man das Apparment auch gut heizen kann. Ich war im Januar da. Das Schlafzimmer konnte man über die AC auf einigermassen angenehme Temperatur bringen. Das Wohnzimmer war trotz AC immer kalt. im Bad keine Heizung. Ist also für jemand, der Temperaturempfindlich ist und länger bleiben will wie auch das Wohn/Esszimmer nutzen möchte eher für Frühling bis Herbst zu empfehlen. Ich habe aufgrund der Kälte im Wohnzimmer nur das Schlafzimmer genutzt.

Lokalizacja - łatwy dostęp do Starego Miasta, plaż, restauracji, bardzo czysty, wszystko działało, świetny kontakt z gospodarzem.

Na początku było chłodno, ale dodatkowe kołdry załatwiły sprawę, a po kilku dniach ogrzewania pomieszczenia, było bardzo ok! Niestety w nocy bywa głośno tuż pod oknem. Trzeba mieć ze sobą dobre stopery.

Fantastic modern and well equipped apartment, we felt at home right away. Perfect location in the old town of Lagos. Lots of good restaurants in close distance or supermarkets nearby, if you want to cook yourself. Last but not least service team was great and very helpful!

Easy access after receiving info over the internet. Communication was excellent, Accommodation was superb, Lots of space, very close to everything you need in Lagos. 10 mins from the bus station and 15 from the train station. Bed was very comfy and the shower was great. Great cooking facilities. Lagos has some great walks and sites to see. Some fab beaches. Neighbours below disruptive, shouting in the night/early morning. Not really the apartment fault. In the end some locals told them off. Beds a bit soft but ok.

Magnífico apartamento en el corazón de Lagos, pero apartado del ruido de las calles principales. Excelente a nivel de espacio e instalaciones, muy cómodo y bonito. Cocina muy bien equipada y todo lo necesario para tener una estancia súper agradable. Se puede dejar el coche a un par de calles en un parking amplio y gratuito que los propios recomiendan con acierto. ¡Gracias!

Todo estaba impecable. En la cocina había ya sal, aceite y demás pequeñas cosas necesarias para cocinar. Solo faltó champú y jabón de cuerpo en el baño, detalle que quizás simplemente se les olvidó. Hay una tienda al lado que venden de todo y muy útil en este sentido.

Superfin lägenhet som ligger i gamla stan, nära till stranden. Dessutom nära till buss oxh tågstationen.Eftersom jag var här som bas för ta mig runt till olika vandringar i Algarve. Sängen bekväm och wifi fungerar alldeles utmärkt! Ett perfekt boende, helt enkelt!

It is a large 1 bedroom apartment with a spacious living room and a well equipped kitchen. The property is close to the main attractions but in a quiet location. The property is spotless clean and bathroom facilities are good. The access and instructions via Booking com app are spot on to find and access the property. We would not hesitate to stay there again, recommended.

We liked it. Note: The apartment we had was on the second floor. It may be hard for elderly or unfit people to get heavy luggage to the apartment.

El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días: horno, microondas, pequeña nevera con congelador, utensilios de cocina, baño completo, toallas... La terraza era muy útil para dejar las cosas mojadas en el tendedero. Estaba muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y del parking gratuito.

Pese a estar muy cerca del centro, si vas con tu coche no puedes parar para bajar el equipaje porque la calle es muy estrecha y la salida después es por las calles del centro que están llenas de terraza, gente y calles estrechas que dificultan la circulación. La ropa de cama era como edredones individuales, en nuestro caso preferimos sábanas completas.

The apartman was spacious with lovely kitchen that had all the amenities you need for preparing meals.

We stayed in apartment 2 that looks on the street, with a very small terrace, more like a balcony and although the street is small and without cars, it can be noisy at night due to the people walking through.

Das Apartment selbst war großzügig geschnitten und besonders das große Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche hat uns begeistert. Es bot viel Platz zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt, und die Küche war bestens ausgestattet – perfekt, wenn man mal selbst etwas zubereiten möchte. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und informativ. Alle wichtigen Details wurden rechtzeitig mitgeteilt, sodass wir bestens vorbereitet waren. Auch der Check-in verlief absolut reibungslos. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft mit viel Komfort und bester Lage – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft punktet zwar mit ihrer zentralen Lage in der Altstadt, was tagsüber sehr praktisch ist – allerdings bringt das leider auch nächtliche Geräuschkulissen mit sich, was den Schlaf etwas beeinträchtigt hat (wir empfehlen Ohropax). Kleinere Details im Apartment hätten etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit verdient: So war zum Beispiel nur einlagiges Toilettenpapier vorhanden – für eine Unterkunft dieser Preisklasse eher unpassend. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Küche grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet war, inklusive Essig. Leider war dieser geschmacklich jedoch kaum zu gebrauchen und erinnerte eher an Reinigungsessig. Wer vorhat zu kochen, bringt besser einen eigenen mit. Insgesamt kein schlechter Aufenthalt, aber es gibt bisschen Verbesserungspotenzial.

Kitchen had everything you need. Apartment was clean and location was good. It was in a busy area but if you want to be in downtown, this is what you get.

The steps. It was more than what it was in the picture. The picture shows the third level's steps . For someone like me , it was really inconvenient. The host should update pictures. If you don't have issue with steps, that's fine.

Luxe ingedeelde keuken (met olie, specerijen, bewaarbakjes en aluminiumfolie), schone handdoeken en theedoeken die bij aankomst klaar lagen. Je hoeft niet in te checken/uit te checken waarbij aankomst en vertrek heel soepel en simpel verlopen. Locatie was super, midden in het oude centrum.

Het bed was matig. Af en toe wat geluidsoverlast midden in de nacht..

loved the apartments, everything went perfect and we had a little problem and the host was there to solve it within a couple of hours, I am looking forward to go back to Lagos and will book the same apartments. I felt like home away from home.

As I said, we had a little hiccup, but it was solved really quickly and it wasn't anyone's fault.

We loved our stay! The apartment was spacious and bright. You can open the windows to feel the fresh breeze and hear the seabirds calling. Excellent location! It’s right in old town and not far from the beach. Many restaurants within walking distance. Air conditioners worked well and weren’t too noisy. Wonderful kitchen and sitting area. We highly recommend staying here!

Literally could not fault our stay here. The room was perfect we honestly didn’t want to leave. Communication with the hosts was so easy and we had no issues at all. Kitchen was super handy and location was perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here, we would 100% return.

Fabulous location, easy access to everything we wanted.

The noise. We were woken in the wee hours every morning and the noise continued until 8am or so. Serious sound proofing is needed. The vending and ATM machines next door seemed to attract the wrong crowd at the worst times. Often opened the front door to vagrants on the doorstep.

Lovely and spacious apartment in an unbeatable location. Walking distance to several local beaches and the start of Ponte de Piedade. Easy self check in and check out, and the host was lovely and always reachable by message if needed. Also gave great advice on free parking near the property. Great cooking facilities.

The Apartemento was really lovely, bright and clean, is centrally located, and has a well-appointed kitchen & good bathroom. While the 20-odd steps on the internal staircase (from bldg's front door up to apartment entry-door) are quite steep, we two 65 yr-olds managed ok daily. You just need to take care (slowly) with suitcases & day-packs in hand. All in all, it was perfect for our 4 day/night stay.

There was a leakage in the bathroom during a heavy rain. Also the property may have provided a shower gel or smth. But that was not an issue, just a suggestion.

Stairs very steep hard to negotiate with large suitcases.

The kitchen is very good. I like cooking so i just went to the fishmarket and enjoy preparing my own food. The room is clean and so comfortable.

The neighbor bar was so loud at night. Maybe only on weekend, not sure. That's bcoz i got the room with street view.

Close to good restaurants and bars. The apartment has everything you need and the kitchen and equipment is top class.

Sadly there is a music bar directly beneath the apartment and they close at 4.30am or later if drunks are still there to serve. This spoiled a great holiday.!

It was very comfortable. Great amount of space for 2 people and the kitchen facilities were great as we were able to make our own breakfast and coffee which saved us money. The bed was also quite comfortable. Also walking distance to everywhere. The nicest beach we went to which was Praia dona Ana and was only a 15 - 20 minute walk.

The only negatives were the Android tv stick didn't really work. If you wanted a quiet night in you could watch maybe half an episode on Netflix then it would over heat and crash. The other thing was there is a snooker bar right under the window next to the bed which is open till 6am. Most nights it was fine but there was one night of the 5 we were there that it was quite loud. So if you're a light sleeper then bring ear plugs.

Pillows on the bed (only two and very small), no air conditioning in the bedroom (a portable fan that was very loud), could not hook the windows open so they banged regulars or we had to keep them closed

Street was a little noisy

This property was well equipped with everything I needed! I was pleasantly surprised especially with the kitchen, it had everything I needed to cook. The bed was comfy and there was lots of space for me to unpack and organize my clothes. I loved everything about this place and really appreciate the great communication from the host.

This is about the location but keep in mind that it is already noted in the description that since this is in the center of all the shops and bars it does get noisy as night so I already knew what to expect beforehand, with that being said, that warning is very accurate because there are bar crawls pretty much every night that the hostels in the area run so at a certain time there is a lot of noise right in front of the property because of all of the people walking by. It didn’t really disturb my sleep until my last night which was when it seemed to last all night long and they weren’t just walking by.
