A huge thank you to Victoria for her incredibly warm welcome and to the entire team for making our stay so special. Everyone was genuinely kind, attentive and helpful, always doing their very best to make us feel at home and well looked after. The food was absolutely outstanding – a special congratulations to the whole kitchen team, who are truly talented. Every meal was a real pleasure. And the house itself is simply stunning: beautiful architecture, an incredible view, a fantastic location and wonderful surroundings to explore. Everything about this place deserves a 10/10. We leave with wonderful memories and would come back without hesitation. A heartfelt thank you to Victoria and the entire team for such an unforgettable stay!

The Sauna was beautiful and the whole setting of the property was so original and stunning

Absolutely nothing

Le spa et les possibilités de se baigner depuis la chambre directement. Le prêt gratuit du canoë. Le jacuzzi face à la rivière.

Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre. Pas de services pour un 5 étoiles, la réception et tout le reste ferme à 22h sans personne la nuit. Le repas est servi à 18h, nous avons demandé à passer à table à 19h et cela a été accepté, merci.

Super Lage am und auf dem Fluss. Sehr individuell für nur geringe Zahl an Gästen. Super Essen mit 10 Gang Menü vom Sterne Koch. Toller Spabereich inklusive im Zimmerpreis, muss man nutzen!

Small, interment and isolated from daily life. Food was fantastic and offered local guide was beyond expectations. Staff both open and discreet to meet you personnel needs.

Sad that the design of the floating cabins did not have the bed facing the water with a big window.

The location is special. The food was INCREDIBLE! Super unique stay.

Expensive!!! Thought the spa facilities would be bigger (ex more space to lounge/relax after treatments).

Allt var perfekt

Stunning hotel. We stayed in the land cabin which had great views out to the lake. Really spacious and comfortable. We made use of the sauna, plunge pool and hot tub and took the canoe out for a row around the lake. The a la carte dinner was superb and it was interesting to try the nordic wine pairings. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There were only a few other guests so everything felt very serene, quiet and tranquil.

You definitely need a car to get here or to have transport arranged. Beautiful hotel in a stunning setting but not a lot else to do in the area without a car.

Stunning location, beautiful finish, architecturally beautiful. But the real stand out was the amazing staff and service. Each one was personable, got to know us, and were so friendly.

The staff is amazing

Breath taking view, architecture and concept. Sauna and cold water dip was mind blowing. One time is not enough for this place, we have to go back in summer. Special thanks to Klara Hallengven, Klara and Saga. Just one suggestion offer welcome drinks. Guests come with high hope as this is a luxury hotel and no one offers them a glass of water or a coffee. Give orientation about your services & what is included what is not while checking in. We love our stay. Love to come back again.

Incredible; stunning location and architecture, delicious food, wonderful spa and the most helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble, everyone is so kind and friendly. The sauna ritual with Sven is a must!!! As is the culinary experience - very talented chefs. We loved every minute.

We loved the uniqueness of the design and exclusivity of the hotel complex. It was perfect

The only down side is the food. Whilst we really admire showcasing local produce, the dining options are limited with no course options. It’s either a tasting menu or a set three course. On the other side, the food presentation was impeccable!

Everything was great, from the welcoming and super friendly staff, to the room/cabin, the SPA, and especially the food, we had an amzing time at Arctic Bath and will definitely be back one day! ♥️

The setting, the location of the rooms and the lobby/spa are unique and exceptional. The staff go out of their way to exceed all your needs and requests. The detail of everything is beyond words and the food was outstanding!

Friendly staff; good dining experience.

The deficient function/operation ; an overpriced hotel for what it offers; "money machine" concept while lacking essential or/basik features (for instance, no emergency kit ; very dangerous stairs in the inland rooms etc)

Magical. Northern Lights paid us a visit, it was jaw dropping. I cried a lot. it was something else You have to be there to experience this phenomenal hotel. It needs planning and a good budget to be able to experience it to the max. This trip will remain in my heart forever. I still can't believe it.

Some of the staff members, won't mention names have an attitude that needs to be adjusted. It did come across as "discrimination" sometimes. But we were nice enough to let it go.

Unique, stunning, and a wonderful job incorporating the natural surroundings with modern facilities. Very friendly staff and fantastic massage!

Nothing. Excellent all around.

Ultra friendly (without being intrusive), stylish whilst being informal and small but not crowded. Service extremely accommodating around food for kids and liked the privacy of the tours. Spa and treatments were great, loved the river bath.

Perhaps an option or two outside set menu at dinner (having said that I didn’t ask) and maybe a few child friendly options for self organised fun near hotel (equipment and location). At four nights probably stayed one night too long as we restarted the menu rota so suggest restricting stay to 2, max 3 nights.

Breakfast was repetitive with little choice. Extremely limited food options at the hotel - you'll need to pre book everything and pay a premium.

It was a dream come true with regards to remote location in the Arctic, the views, the sunrises and the hotel itself. The staff went above and beyond to do everything for me. The sauna facilities were small but excellent with hottubs overlooking the lake, absolute stunning. The spa treatments were relaxing and heartwarming. The food was very high standard and fantastic wine pairings, both Swedish wines and imports. They also made great cocktails;-)

So unique and calming!

It’s so special and different that I can’t compare it to other hotels. Walking out in the cold or rain from your private river front cabin to walk to the main building wasn’t always the easiest thing to do but that’s all part of having a private cabin away from the noise.

Limited menu choice in restaurant.

The location is absolutely fantastic. So beautiful and so peaceful. Meals were absolutely delicious. The hotel organized a bunch of activities for us, all of which were delightful. The arctic bath plunge is very hard, but a must do with their whole sauna-arctic bath routine.

Room service would have been nice. Then again when our son was sick, they prepared special meals for him and delivered it to the room.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We couldn’t fault it! We definitely hope to return.

The only comment we would have is that we would have liked to have been able to turn the outside light off, but we may well have just not found the switch!
