Een bijzondere plek en een fantastische beleving!

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht entscheidend. Das Frühstück war ok und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Das Nachtessen war sehr gut..wir konnten aber nicht ab Karte bestellen sondern es wurde uns etwas serviert - das war aber sehr fein. Der Preis für ein Nachtessen (3-Gang Menu) hat es aber in sich.

Die Hotelzimmer sind nur zu Fuss erreichbar. Ca. 10 Minuten über einen Kiesweg in den Wald. Die Koffer werden durch das Hotel zu den "Waldhäusern" gebracht. Für Menschen mit Gehschwächen oder Gehbeeinträchtigungen würde ich auf eine Buchung verzichten. Die Zimmer sind eher klein (je nach gebuchtem Haus) und die Einstiege zum Teil sehr steil und nur über eine schmale Holztreppe erreichbar. Duschen gibt es in den wenigsten Häusern, dafür muss man das Haus verlassen und über den Kiesweg zum Saunahaus laufen..Ebenso ist die Toilette sind mit Wasser betrieben. Man muss dazu einen Papierfilter einlegen und der hat bei unseren zwei gebuchten Häusern 2 mal nicht funktioniert...eher unschön.

Några detaljer var ej perfekta/lite slitna, inget särskilt.

Klart annorlunda som vuxen att klättra upp i träden och sova i koja. Blev en känsla som man hade som barn.

Hade väntat mig något större toalett utrymme. Vi som var långa hade svårt att sitta bra på toaletten!!

Das Nest war schon sehr hoch über dem Boden und die Treppe sehr schmal. Ein Erlebnis. Das Frühstück war gemütlich. Die Toiletten sind schon sehr speziell und müssen nach genauer Anleitung bedient werden.

Also das es nur eine gemeinschaftliche Dusche gab, dir nur zu bestimmten Zeiten genutzt werden durfte war schon überraschend. Für den Zimmerpreis hätte ich mir im Gemeinschaftshaus eine private Dusche gewünscht. Generell ist der Preis für das Baumhaus doch sehr hoch angesetzt. Auch die abgelegene Lage ist nicht für jeden etwas. Es sollte klarer in der Ausschreibung stehen, dass es vom Haupthaus ( dort ist die Rezeption und gibt es das Frühstück) doch gut 600m durch den Wald zum Baumhaus sind.

The location is unbeatable and the bed was amazing

There was no individual shower close to the room, something that seems like an easy fix this far into its development. The food was not great and very expensive. The waiter made an attempt to rectify a very underwhelming starter, but service was slow and we felt like saying something was us being rude. When you pay a lot for your dinner it needs to be perfect. Maybe ease off on the fine dining approach and deliver a more bistro oriented experience

Jag är besviken på att vyn från spegelkuben både söderut men framför allt väster ut inte vad jag hade förväntat mig. I samband med bokningen informerades vi inte om att vi hamnat på en BYGGARBETSPLATS. Detta förstörde helhetsintrycket av vistelsen. Naturupplevelsen satt till priset på boendet uteblev i stort sett. En prisreduktion vore på sin plats. Borde ha reklamerat boendet på plats.

Har kollat på detta boende flera gånger och äntligen kom vi dit. Det var verkligen urmysigt. Vi bodde i The Cabin och den var förvånansvärt rymlig med plats för en liten minibar, vattenkokare, kaffemaskin, stor och skön dubbelsäng och fantastisk utsikt med dessa stora fönster. Vi åt också en utsökt trerättersmiddag. Frukosten var också väldigt bra. Personalen supertrevliga. Åk hit och bo i ett trädhus.

Utsökt, personalen erbjöd sig att laga särskilda rätter till mig med allergi. Råvarorna var av högsta kvalitet. Fanns allt och lite till, allt nybakat och färskt

Finns inget att klaga på.

Struttura favolosa dal punto di vista architettonico! Abbastanza cara per il servizio offerto, in camera non si ha la doccia (che è nel bosco in una zona sauna) ed il lavandino non è praticissimo! Siamo rimasti anche a cena, dove per un menu 2 portate +dolce x 2 persone , 2 calici di vino ed uno spaghetto per il bimbo abbiamo speso 300€

Per la cifra finale pagata forse ci si aspetta qualcosa di più!

Foi tudo maravilhoso. O hotel é lindo, foi uma experiência inesquecível. Ficamos no Mirrorcube e amamos. O quarto é espaçoso e muito confortável, maior do que eu esperava, e ele ainda uma varanda em cima com uma vista linda. El hotel disponibilizou no quarto um projetor para ver séries e filmes além de um jogo de baralho, o que adoramos. Fomos no inverno e o quarto estava bem aquecido apesar de estar - 30c do lado de fora. Todos nos receberam muito bem, sempre muito atenciosos. A comida do restaurante é maravilhosa, todos os dias comemos muito bem e pratos com combinações de sabores maravilhosas. Provamos algumas coisas como um caviar específico da Suécia e uma cerveja local e inclusive perguntamos aonde vendia e o dono foi super atencioso, pesquisou onde venderia em Estocolmo, nosso próximo destino, e nos passou as orientações. Enfim, a nossa experiência foi maravilhosa e pretendemos voltar para conhecer outros quartos. É uma verdadeira exposição de arte a céu aberto.

Não teve nada que não gostamos, mas é importante ressaltar que da recepção até o quarto é uma caminha de aproximadamente 10 minutos e com subida, o que faz parte da experiência mesmo no inverno. Mas eles levam as suas malas até o quarto e tem room service. Não tem chuveiro dentro dos quartos mas existe um complexo a parte bem equipado com chuveiro, sauna, shampoo e tudo que é necessário. Apenas é preciso ter um pouco de paciência e esperar se alguém estiver usando a comodidade. Tudo faz parte da experiência que hotel oferece mas para pessoas com restrições é importante saber antes de reservar.

design delle stanze e della struttura in generale, le camere sono davvero particolari soprattutto esternamente e collocate in un bosco molto bello. la zona con le docce e sauna è collocata molto vicina alle camere. anche la gestione particolare del bagno è stata apprezzata.

purtroppo abbiamo avuto molto freddo nella nostra stanza c'erano circa 10/12 gradi e nonostante ci sia stata portata una stufetta aggiuntiva non era sufficiente per riscaldare gli ambienti in maniera adeguata dato il prezzo pagato per la camera.

Vi bodde i Dragonfly och det var ett magiskt boende, välstädat och fräscht.

Mat och dryck var god med inte värt dom nästan 4000kr det kostade. Vi hade gärna ätit både middag och frukost i stugan :)

Not having a shower in the room. Too many mosquitoes. They should enable guests with thermacel or similar device that repels mosquitoes.

Interesting architecture and a nice 3-course meal in the restaurant. Helpful staff, when the booking for the spa was missing.

The short version - overpriced. It is far (1,25 hour) from Luleå airport, so calculate approx 2.700 SEK per way to cab. Arranging hotel transfer to a reasonable price, is recommendable Icedinner - 3.000 SEK per person, for transport (2,5 km), a homemade, however simple three course meal and a bottle of wine, is to much. Cozy evening but...

Staying in the Biosphere treehouse at the Treehotel was a truly unique experience. The architecture and design were impressive, and the views of the surrounding landscape from the treehouse were breathtaking. The en-suite facilities, including the private sauna, shower, and rooftop access, added to the exclusivity and comfort of the stay. The food was delicious, and the pre-arrival communication was efficient and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

The receptionist instructed me to clear the room by 11 AM as new guests were arriving and to have my luggage ready, but when I returned from lunch at 1:30 PM, I found my luggage still in the room, which meant I had been misled. The Forest Spa, which was an additional charge, did not feel worth the price and should have been included with each room. Additionally, the Forest sauna was disappointingly cold due to the floor being open to the outside environment. In the treehouse itself, the shower area lacked curtains or blinds, which made it feel exposed and diminished privacy.

The property is in a great location in the Swedish Lapland and can serve as a base for enjoying activities in the area. The design is unique and the staff is stellar.

There is a dire need for professional decoration and maintenance. Everything functioned properly but esthetically it needs some TLC.

The cabins are unique and have the power to bring us back to childhood. Really loved the experience

The only thing was having once single common shower for everyone at the Tree hotel cabins. Doesn't inspire much confidence in the cleaness and availability and the time we need.

I like the stuff they are so welcoming. Everything was beyong our expectations. The room, the nature, the hotel.

The rooms are just fantastic. We were lucky to have the Dragonfly this time. Plenty of space and a crazy immersion in the middle of nature, with the every morning show brought by birds and squirrels! Everything is clean and so cosy. The forest walk to access the rooms is also magical. Staff was so warm and nice. They could solve all our problems and answered our requests positively. The main building is also nice, and they cook very nice food. Chef is talented and proposes dishes based on local food supply like Arctic Char and Reindeer. We also booked some activities and had a lot of fun with experienced and passionate people/guides. The Husky tour was fantastic.

Great experience but everything comes with a premium. We could only regret that the price of the activities was so high…

Amazing place and a dream hotel! Activities (Storfosen and Family Fun) were very well prepared and fun for the entire family. Great dinners and fabulous forest spa experience. Super friendly staff.

The room itself is amazing. Absolutely beautiful. Tranquil. Unique. Everything the photos show it to be.

Staff are EXTREMELY unresponsive and uncommunicative to inquiries about dining, transportation, or activities prior to arriving. Dinner was extremely overpriced for what was offered (mediocre, at best). Taxis to/from the hotel, if booked through the hotel, are excessively priced.

a once in a lifetime opportunity- unique

we discovered later that the cost of the taxi transfer from the railway station charged by the hotel was twice the market rate. this left a bitter taste as it felt like profiteering

All is amazing, the rooms, the guesthouse and also the food is eccellent. Very nice staff. I hope to come back soon!

My room was not ready till 5.30 pm. We waited 2 hours before entering. Hope this will help the hotel to improve.
