We had a fantastic time at Hotel Bliss! The welcome from the staff was exceptional, everyone was so warm and attentive. The kids absolutely loved the superb swimming pool, especially the natural diving board! The meals were delicious. ​

The only small detail to note is that you have to cross the road to get from the rooms to the main facilities (the restaurant and the beach)

Toalettet på rom 21 luktet vondt, sannsynligvis på grunn av søppel, fuktighet eller skadede vegger. Resten av rommet var flott, og beliggenheten i den eksotiske hagen var fantastisk.

Wunderschön gelegen, vor allem der Teil mit den größeren Wohneinheiten - den Hang hinauf in einem tollen „Garten“ mit üppiger Vegetation. Pool ebenso sauber und nett mit dem Granitstein zum Reinspringen/Sonne sitzen… Zudem wird hervorragend gekocht, das Buffett abends ist sehr ansprechend und die Speisen schmeckten ausgezeichnet.

Einzig waren wir nicht vorbereitet auf die mögliche Wasserknappheit, so konnten wir am Ankunftstag erst sehr spät duschen, war aber die anderen Tage kein Problem.

We absolutely loved our stay and every other member of staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, our final day was overshadowed by an interaction with a front desk staff member, Anna Marie. This was not about the hotel’s room service policy. We simply asked for cutlery after collecting our takeaway, and another staff member initially told us it would be delivered. Anna Marie then intervened, raised her voice at both her colleague and us, and told us we had to collect it ourselves. A simple “no” would have been perfectly fine. What upset us most was that she then followed us to the restaurant and later stood outside reception watching us as we walked back to our room. As tourists, we found this genuinely intimidating and unnecessary. This is the first time we have ever felt the need to complain about a member of hotel staff. Aside from this isolated incident, our stay was truly wonderful.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Bliss. L’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux, avec une équipe toujours souriante, attentionnée et à l’écoute de nos demandes. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et délicieux, un vrai plaisir pour bien commencer la journée. Les deux restaurants de l’hôtel, les pieds dans le sable, offrent un cadre magnifique et une ambiance très agréable. La plage, la piscine et la décoration de l’établissement créent une atmosphère paisible et pleine de charme. Enfin, le ménage des chambres est irréprochable, tout est parfaitement entretenu. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et y reviendrions avec grand plaisir !

Le Bliss est un hôtel incroyable. Le petit déjeuner avec vue sur l’océan vous fait démarrer la journée du bon pied. La vue est tellement reposante. Les chambre sont spatieuses, propre et décorée avec goût. La literie est très confortable. La piscine entre les roches de granits vous permets de vous prélasser après une longue journée à crapahuter.

La route qui traverse l’hôtel n’est pas très sécurisée, peut être qu’un passage piéton pourrait être intéressant.

Meravigliosa posizione, molto meglio che a Beau Vallon. Il giardino tropicale è magnifico e ben curato. L’arredamento ben scelto. I buffet sono eccellenti sia per colazione che per cena, e lo staff molto attento e premuroso. Bravi!

Niente. Non capisco come ci sia gente che si lamenta, ho trovato questo hotel ottimo.

Dies war unser zweiter Besuch im Hotel - die Location hat auch dieses Mal die Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Ausstattung der gesamten Anlage vermittelte ein positives Inselfeeling, einschließlich des Strandzugangs. Die Auswahl zwischen täglich thematisch wechselnden Buffets und der Möglichkeit auch à la carte im Restaurant zu essen war sehr angenehm.

In der Reisevorbereitung schienen die Zuständigkeiten zwischen Dem Hotel direkt und Booking nicht klar geregelt zu sein. Nach etwas hin-und-her hat es aber dann ganz gut geklappt.

Our stay was mind-blowingly wonderful, we were allocated the most beautiful and largest suite in the direct beach access and it was phenomenal. Staff was exceptional and helpful in all ways, accommodating our need for very early check-in and check-out and supplying us with 5 ltr water to our room . I appreciated the kindness and non-intrusive service from all workers there. It felt like they are genuinely nice people. Breakfasts were varied from melas made on requests to cakes, fruit and lovely thick fresh juice (try papaya on!!-bliss!), pastries and amazing glazed little sausages to even occasional Asian noodles with veg- although unusual I was in heaven at 8am! Same goes for themed dinners and offerings at Rockpool restaurant. Creole cuisine was right up my street and very surprising flavours in curries and fish sauces. Views from restaurants were amazing, decor was a rustic dream and cocktails to die for. Glacis beach is fantastic and we had no need to stay on any other beach it was so spectacular. Pool posed a bit of an issue for my husband with mobility issues (staff even offered to drive him up there) but when we got there it was a pleasant little oasis among vegetation worth climbing for.. Most rooms are located on a very steep hill. in fact to consider. Water in bathroom, air-con were working perfectly. Bed was comfortable as I get a back ache normally on an improper one in most places. I loved the privacy, seclusion of the experience, dotted with some very good live music entertainment or DJ during dinners. During our stay in May average age of guests was well over 40 or 50 y.o which suited us immensely. We will go back if only we have a chance as it was a pure blissful paradise.

Hôtel très cosy. Nourriture excellente à un prix correct. Spot fabuleux pour assister au coucher de soleil. Chambre très spacieuse. Accès à la piscine et à la plage. Personnel parlant (entre autre) français et très souriant, prévenant.

Petit déjeuner un peu tardif (8h) si on veut aller explorer l'île.

Las habitaciones duplex en la piscina eran muy confortables. Desayuno buffet excelente, con gran variedad. La comida del Rockpool bar and restaurant es deliciosa, calidad-precio muy bueno. La playa del hotel muy bonita.

The bed was comfortable and bi room nice garden.

The bathroom was ok but the shower had a big staine, no much attention to details, for example 1 day was raining very hard and I was expecting to find an umbrella outside the room in order to reach the breakfast area. The last day I have asked for the invoice to be printed and when I went to pick it up the girl at reception told me we do not print invoices , in general for the high price payed I did not think the experience reflect the price. breakfast was sufficient but not a exciting.

Die lange des hotel s der gesamte styl super schöne zimmer. Absolut top!!!

Frühstück am morgen punkt 8.00h dan die viele deutsche die angst hatten zuwennig essen zubekommen.

Amazing hotel. The duplex room is very spacious and perfect for a family. The swimming pool was the big attraction for our kids. Very beautiful! Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and attentive. The beach down of the hotel is precious and they are really attentive to every detail. We would definitely come back to this hotel in a next trip to Mahé.

I’d just say that the service of the dinning restaurant was quite slow and food was average. I wouldn’t recommend a dinner there.

Отель размещен на склоне,очень зеленая территория,небольшой,чистый и живописный пляж,подходящий для купания. Волшебный вид из ресторанов. Есть бассейн глубина 1,50-3,00 метра. Приветливый,внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. У нас был полупансион с двухэтажной виллой у бассейна. Разнообразие шведского стола довольно скромное,но тем не менее,еда вкусная. Приемлемый завтрак,только все необходимое но голодными мы не были.На ужине тоже выбор не велик-всегда есть рыба,курица и говядина+пара салатов+пара гарниров,соус+один десерт. Приличные коктейли. При раннем заезде работники ресепшен,любезно предложили подождать у бассейна пока будет готов наш номер,нам выдали пляжные полотенца,провели в раздевалку и душ.

Должна сказать,на мой взгляд,отель абсолютно не подходит для людей с ограниченными способностями и пенсионерам!Много крутых лестниц(в номере)и подъём в гору,в сторону бассейна,понравится не всем. Однозначно объект требуется ремонта. Воду дают только по прибытию 2 бутылки по 0,75.

Frukosten var ok. Det som förväntas. Dålig hygien att de inte täckte bröd och muffins bl.a så att det ibland satt fåglar på maten!

- städningen undermålig - rummet mycket, mycket slitet. - osäker vattentillgång - dörren svår att låsa/låsa upp och dessutom gick det se ut genom den - räcken och annan säkerhet saknades eller var alldeles för glesa. Ett barn ramlar enkelt ner mellan spjälorna - personal visade dålig tillåt., att man som gäst måste signera för en hårtork och en korkskruv har jag aldrig tidigare upplevt.

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Lage ist traumhaft und das Essen war auch sehr köstlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und befinden sich in einem gepflegten tropischen Garten.

Es fehlt an Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, kein TV und Wifi im Zimmer, zu düsteres Licht um ein Buch zu lesen. Zimmerservice war etwas dürftig (2×fehlende Handtücher sowie kein WC Papier). Hoher Preis für ein mageres Abend-Buffet. Ausflug im Hotel war 40 Eur teurer als wenn man am Strand bucht.

Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno è mancata l’acqua poiché le stanze erano in una parte collinare. Questo è stato un disagio

Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Reinigungspersonal sowie das Restaurantpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Personal der Rezeption war gewöhnungsbedürftig von geht so bis genervt (unser Eindruck), stellenweise überfordert.

Im Außenbereich Kakerlaken (bei diesem Klima wahrscheinlich nicht zu vermeiden) aber es müssten die Auflagen besser und geschützter weggeräumt werden. Wir hatten je 2 DZ gebucht, die eine gute Lage hatten allerdings gab es auch Zimmer mit Blick auf die Straße/direkt an der Straße und volle Sonnenseite, was man nicht rauslesen konnte bei der Buchung. Schade das es keine Liegen am Strand gibt. Die ganze Anlage müsste überholt werden für ein 4 Sterne Hotel.

The interior in our room was very beautiful!

When we reached, there was no water in our room and staff haven’t told us that when we were checking in. Most of the things is old and not taken care of properly. Breakfast options were very limited. Many of the staff appeared in the dirty clothes. When checked out, they made us to go back to our room and bring them the bag with do not disturb sign, hair dryer and beach towels. They were trying to charge us with euro currency, instead of local one, which included big commission. Staff in general was not attentive.

Direkt am Strand (ruhige kleine Bucht mit weichem Sand und seitlichen Felsen zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen) Liegen mit Meerblick und toller Pool vorhanden. Schönes, großzügiges Zimmer in modernem Stil Zum Hotel gehören ein Buffet- und ein A la Carte- Restaurant, insb. letzteres bietet tolle Cocktails (mit Happy Hour am Nachmittag) und leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen an. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet in angenehmer Atmosphäre und mit schönem Ausblick aufs Meer.

Das „Early Breakfast to go“ am Abreisetag war etwas lieblos. Das Abendessen im Buffet-Restaurant war etwas teuer (40€ p.P. ohne Getränke).

Lo que más nos gustó fue la playa del hotel

The overall atmosphere of the place was nice, well maintained garden. Hotel located by a little beautiful beach. The Garden room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The staff of the reception was very communicative and supportive prior and during the stay. All of the staff was super helpful. Both restaurants at the hotel were good, not fancy but ok, basic food. If coming in early or leaving late I recommend purchasing a day pass at the hotel - it was a great option to stay around the pool + lunch + shower.

1. The car park is too small for guests especially during busy times of the restaurant. This should be improved with reception ensuring there is parking at least for the arrival day. Being tired after long trip + looking for parking stressed is not the best experience upon arrival for a 4* hotel … 2. Not sure if this was one-off situation but during my 12 day trip to Seychelles the only place that terminals declined my cards was the Rockpool restaurant. When my third card got declined for no reason and I’ve told the waitress to reset the terminal as I indeed had funds on all cards - she became rude saying that other guests just paid with no issue and it’s my fault. After resetting the terminal, I was able to pay with the exact same card🙄 the waitress should work on her attitude I guess.. 🙏

Tolles Hotel uns hat alles gefallen :) es gibt nichts was uns in den 4 Tagen, an denen wir da waren gestört hat.

Location

It wouldn’t be fair to say it’s a bad hotel because the location and foof is good. But there are details that make a difference. For example, on the last day I was in a hurry to catch my ferry, and they made me go back to the room to return a plug they had lent me. That’s not very considerate toward a guest who’s stressed about catching their ferry. Another thing is that we lost one night at the hotel and two breakfasts; we didn’t ask for a refund, but it would have been nice if they had shown some kind of gesture. These aren’t serious issues, but I think it’s these small details that make the difference.

Lage, große Zimmer, schöner Pool

Es stehen sehr viele kaputte Autos auf dem Parkplatz herum und sehr viel Gerümpel.

Unser Aufenthalt auf Mahe und im Bliss-Hotel waren wunderschön. Das Zimmer war ruhig, geräumig und wunderschön mitten im tropischen Garten. Der Tag beginnt mit einem superleckeren Frühstück im Barefoot-Restaurant mit traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr herzlich, fröhlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zu Beginn und am Ende des Urlaubs im Bliss-Hotel und wurden mit einem herzlichen "Welcome back" in unserem Zimmer überaus herzlich erneut begrüßt. Sehr, sehr aufmerksam! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Alles prima! Parkplätze unten an der Straße sind mitunter etwas knapp, aber irgendwie hat's immer gepasst. :)

Beautiful place, nice room, good stuff, tasty food at the restaurant. The place was perfect to see the sunset. Also the driver was very nice:)

Traumhafte Lage in einer tollen Bucht - super zum Schnorcheln. Einrichtung ist schön vintage - uns hat es gefallen. Frühstück und auch das Abendessen in Buffetform war super lecker und reichhaltig. Der kreolische Abend mit Livemusik war besonders toll. Personal total freundlich. Wir haben am letzten Tag ein Day-Package mit Lunch, Beachtüchern und Duschraum für eine halbe Stunde gebucht. So war der letzte Tag ein richtiger Urlaubstage bis der Flieger am Abend startete. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Gute 3 Sterne Unterkunft mit gutem Restaurant, schöner Sonnenuntergang, direkter Zugang zum Strand, schöne Deko, netter kleiner Pool

Dürfte alles etwas erneuert und mit etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail gemacht werden. Keine Liegemöglichkeiten am Strand,
