La vue EXCEPTIONNELLE sur la plage et l'ilot. La taille du logement très vaste. La très belle terrasse. Le silence sauf de l'océan qui gronde avec délice. La réactivité d'Owen très disponible.

La vétusté de l'appartement et des appareils. Le frigo / congélateur fonctionne bien mais sa porte est rouillée. Pas de bonbonne d'eau fournie. Pas de petites attentions dommage à ce niveau de prix (savon, café, éponge vaisselle ...) Serviettes propres mais rêches. Pas de ménage ni changement de draps, de serviettes ou de poubelle pendant 5 jours.

Very spacious apartment with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a washer and dryer. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning, and you're just a few steps away from an idyllic beach (with a nice beach restaurant and bar) and great snorkeling. The apartment has basic kitchen stuff to cook, and bed linen and towels.

Excellent location! Owen the owner was very helpful. We asked for a late check out because we had an evening flight and he agreed. He also brought us a BBQ to grill our own fish.

Unfortunately the apartment was very dirty! The ants paraded in the bathroom and we had to buy a spray and spray them! The shower walls were dirty! The washing machine and dryer had a strong smell of mold and the towels the same. The windows, mirrors and curtains looked like they were never cleaned before. Dirty curtains with insect nests on them! The TV and the kitchen hood were not working and the doorknobs and refrigerator door were rusty. The kitchen sink was leaking. The gas stove was dated and all the symbols on the buttons were faded, making it difficult to guess which button turned on what. Generally a picture of neglect throughout the apartment. The sign on the road leading to the apartment is small and faded, causing us to not notice it and lose our way.

Lokalita byla skvělá. Téměř "soukromá" pláž, přístup do vody, plavání, šnorchlování. Majitel byl nápomocen, snažil se vyjít vstříc, zodpovědět otázky.

větší čistotu by si zasloužili koupelny. Kdyby byla klima, posunulo by to pobyt výše.

Excellent séjour ! L'emplacement est parfait, directement sur une magnifique plage. Le logement est très spacieux, avec une épicerie à deux pas et un bar-restaurant sur la plage. Une ambiance authentique et locale que nous avons adorée. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

The apartment is a bit dated and poorly maintained, and the surroundings were unkept.

Хозяин Оуэн был очень злым, нервным и истеричным. Он не ждал нашего приезда, долго не заселял нас по приезду, т.к. в нашем номере жили другие гости, которые не смогли улететь с острова из-за событий на Ближнем Востоке, в итоге после нескольких часов ожидания заселил нас в другой номер, который был гораздо меньше, чем мы бронировали. Хозяин Оуэн не отвечал на наши простые вопросы, например, когда мы сможем переехать в забронированный нами номер, а только кричал на нас, что букинг ему не указ, только он здесь хозяин и он не может выселить предыдущих гостей. При этом, когда мы также столкнулись с тем, что не можем вовремя улететь с острова, рано утром он просто пришел и сказал, чтобы мы срочно выезжали, т.к. он ждет других гостей, после этого он прибегал еще несколько раз и спрашивал, когда мы уедем, несмотря на то, что нам нужно было время, чтобы найти другое жилье. Каждое утро он также приходил на нашу террасу и заглядывал к нам в окна, что было совершенно недопустимым! Когда мы уезжали он даже не появился, чтобы сказать до свидания. Сами апартаменты были очень старыми и обветшалыми, кухня и стол потертые и жирные

Dalla terrazza oltre alla vista sulla spendida spiaggia, si ha la sensazione di essere immersi in una piccola foresta tropicale con uccellini, palme e piante che puoi letteramente toccare.

Piękna lokalizacja z cudownym widokiem z balkonu, duży taras, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, łazienka wyposażona w pralkę i suszarkę na ubrania. Idealne miejsce do snurkowania. Właściciel Owen bardzo pomocny.

Атмосферная вилла и шикарное месторасположение.

Отсутствуют даже минимальные принадлежности: гель для душа, шампунь, порошок стиральный и пр. - все нужно везти с собой, что неудобно, если заселяться на небольшое количество ночей.

Идеальное расположение! Owen оказывает помощь во всех вопросах и старается создать комфорт. Апартаменты большие, терраса с восхительным видом выше всяких похвал. Пляж практически без людей, за исключением выходных. В апартаментах есть все необходимое. Вся техника была в исправном состоянии. За помощью всегда можно обратиться к Owen. Есть пляжные полотенца и шезлонги на террасе. Есть также пара шезлонгов перед выходом на пляж, которыми можно воспользоваться при необходимости именно на пляже. Недалеко (в шаговой доступности) есть несколько магазинов и рестораны. Один на пляже, сейчас идёт ремонт, но завершается через месяц. Рядом есть стройка, но шума практически не было и не мешал отдыху. Если вы не фанат чистоты, но цените атмосферный отдых в тихом месте, то однозначно рекомендую к проживанию!

Кухне не хватает генеральной уборки. В выходные дни есть отдыхающие на пляже. Нет, я понимаю, что все пляжи общественные, но люди проходят на пляж исключительно через территорию отеля (лестница между двумя домиками) игнорируя таблички о частной территории, что создает дополнительный шум и дискомфорт постояльцам, особенно на первом этаже. Поэтому я бы все же вернула ограждение. Все остальное просто супер!

Конечно же, преимущества этого обьекта- локация! Прекрасный собственный пляж, закаты, кокосы, вышел из номера и ты в раю🥰 Жили на втором этаже шале, номер конечно устал, но мы ехали не за лакшери а за дикой природой, и это было потрясающе 😍, снимала это жилье

Cottage right on the beach, beautiful view of the ocean. very tastefully decorated premises, although older furniture. everything worked. we didn't miss anything. we ordered fresh fish, which the owner cleaned and brought to us upon arrival. The shop is also very close, otherwise I recommend a car.

Oven is a great host and his place is magic! I rented his car and explored the island, and I couldn't find a finer location! I heartily recommend Lilot Beach Chalets. Request that Oven prepare a large fish for you! It's incredible!

Lage Ausstattung riesengroße Wohnung und Terrasse wo gibt's schon einen Geschirrspüler Waschmaschine und Trockner für uns alles super und unvergessen vom Hausherren Owen seine Freundlichkeit und sein Song hey Baby vom DJ Ötzi wenn wieder Seychellen kommen wir wieder.

Einziges Manko war bei Anreise die Sauberkeit der Küche habe selber eine halbe Stunde investiert und dann hat's gepasst für uns. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschinentabs mitnehmen. Sonst alles gut.

Serrure d’entrée qui fonctionne très mal, À REMPLACER URGEMMENT. Manque un climatiseur dans le séjour. Peu de matériel de cuisine (et poêles un peu sales), presque pas de produits de 1ere nécessité (huile, sel, café, etc).

Die allgemeine Ausstattung der Wohnung, insbesonders der Küche, (die Backbleche verkrustet, der Toaster oben geschmolzen) ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Mit etwas mehr Gründlichkeit hätte man sich wohler gefühlt.

Der Eigentümer Owen war stets zuvorkommend und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Sowohl die frühere Anreise war kein Problem, auch die Abreise in der Nacht war entspannt. Er hat uns extra Fisch gegrillt (kostenlos). Die Lage / der Strand sind atemberaubend. Oftmals ist man fast alleine. Toll zum Schnorcheln (Rochen mehrmals, Schildkröte, viele bunte Fische). Wohl einer der tollsten Strände auf ganz Mahé. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Können die negativen Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen. Natürlich ist das Appartment gut/basic eingerichtet, war aber alles gut soweit. Es war alles da / funktionsfähig, was man braucht.

unhygienische Küche, unsauber, reizt nicht zum selber kochen, was eigentlich unser Plan war. Ohne Auto schlecht machbar (nur sehr kleiner Laden, sunsetbar geschlossen,…). Zumindest eine Willkommenswasserflasche wäre schön gewesen, wir kamen direkt vom Flughafen und mussten zuerst einkaufen gehen um den Durst zu stillen.

Located right on a beautiful, small, and quiet beach. The place is a bit isolated and somewhat far from the main tourist spots, but since the island itself isn’t large, I didn’t find that to be a problem at all. Restaurants and a supermarket are just a 10-minute drive away. The beachfront chalet is spacious, simple, and equipped with everything you need: a bedroom with air conditioning, a living room, a kitchen, and a large bathroom. There’s also a washing machine, dryer, and even power plug adapters available. A large veranda overlooks the ocean, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. The owner is very kind and welcoming. In short—it was a great stay, and we were sad to leave!

Owen war ein super Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Wir hatten das Appartment im Ergeschoss rechts, das etwas hinter den Palmen liegt und einen sehr idyllischen Blick durch die Palmen auf den Starnd hat. Das Appartment links bietet einen sehr offenen Blick auf den gesamten Starnd, war aber bereits vergeben. Der riesige Balkon ist mit das Beste an den Appartments, weil er einen perfekten Lebensmittelpunkt zum Chillen und Essen bietet. Wir waren immer nur draußen. Ein paar Stufen runter und man befindet sich an einem Traumstrand.

Das Einzige, das wir anmerken müssen ist, dass die Küchenausstattung der Appartments wirklich in die Jahre gekommen und sehr abgenutzt ist. Sämtliche Kochuntensilien gehören eigentlich ausgetauscht. Nach einem ersten Schreck haben wir uns aber aufgrund des sonst einmaligen Erlebnisses vor Ort damit arrangiert.

The villa has a perfect & private location located in the best district on the island ( glacis ). Owen is the best host, he is so friendly and kind. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and will definitely be living here again.

The only positive about it is the beach

Terrible experience – avoid this place! We arrived for check-in and were absolutely shocked by the condition of the chalet. It was extremely dirty – sticky countertops, crumbs everywhere, hair in the sink, urine stains on the toilet, and the whole place smelled of damp and mildew. We told the owner there was no way we could stay there, as the room was in a truly disgusting and unacceptable state. The owner claimed this was the first time something like this had happened, but judging by other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. He agreed not to charge us, and we left immediately. However, after we left and I tried to contact him via Booking to cancel the reservation officially, he completely stopped responding.

There was no place for us on arrival.... Owen(owner) is a nice person and he found alternative place for us but.. why he didn't inform us about the issue before our arrival...

The official reason was that a water pipe broke unexpectedly a day before (but I've seen all apartments busy with all terrasses with shoes and blankets of other customers). Another problem is with the payment (I've transferred the money few weeks upfront), yet he claimed the money didn't arrive to his account. BTW...we have booked with our credit card so the payment should have been done this way rather that by transfer or cash(on their request). It is all very unusual... in fact I'm a very frequent booking.com user since many years and these things have never happened to me. So think twice before you book this particular place. Looking on the google.com there was at least 1 person who had the same problem (no place on arrival).

Great location. Perhaps the best beach on the island is right in front of you. Unique place. In terms of cleanliness, more could be desired. Linen is not changed, which is a bit careless. Everything else is great. The house is equipped with everything you need. There are shops nearby for shopping. Fast food is also very close. Nice restaurant nearby.

Very, very nice beach and you are living on it.

A chill place with a chill host, that's what we came for. Thank you Owen for four fantastic days! Here you can be almost all by your own, but If you want to experience the area you can always jump on a bus just up on the street. It's about ten minutes ride to Beau Vallon.

The equipment in the kitchen was so old, and the dishes were so dirty when we arrived. We had to wash it before the use. The bathroom had a cookroaches that I needed to get rid of, and the towels were worn out and had holes. I would recommend improving cleanliness and updating amenities, especially for families traveling with children. You can get much better place for this price.

The house needs some renovation. There are a few "gecos" small lizards in the house. They are not dangerous at all, but if you are a fraid of them, this is not a location for you

Beach access, homy environment

Did not bother me, but if you are a bigger family and will take extra beds in the living room - waves sound in the night might be an issue for some people..for me it was more a sleeping pill)

The place is very tired. It has not been properly maintained outside or inside for a long time. Paint is chipping off, wood has not been protected. The place was dirty upon arrival. The first thing we had to do was to wash all kitchen supplies, oven and sweep ants of the counter and floor

The location is without doubt one of the best we have been to. Fabulous small beach with few people.. very quiet. Amazing view.

The location and the villa

We are definitely coming back here. Host, Owen, is a very good guy. Since we were traveling with small kids, he was very accommodating to our needs and organization especially due to our travel arrangements. Chalet is on a very nice beach, and the view from it is amazing. it is very clean and well maintained. It is also very well equipped and definitely provides you with all that you might require for one great vacation. Top recommendation from our side and we will definitely be back.

All was perfect

Location was nice, right on the beach. Parking is very easy, in front of the house.

The apartment needs some repairs. Kitchen was dirty. We asked to fix the bedroom French door but was never done. We asked for the weekly cleaning (we were supposed to have one) but no one came. This place it’s definitely overpriced!

Despite the overall impression of being "tired" and the issues mentioned below, this is a spacious place, very suitable for families, and with a lovely view of the beach and forest. The beautiful beach is just a couple of footsteps away

Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues: - Various lightbulbs were not working and those that looked like recently replaced had cold light, not contributing to a comfortable mood - Both shower drains were plugged - No nightstand lamps - The original owner equipped everything with EU plug appliances and therefore required adapters. There was not a sufficient amount of adapters, so one needed to rearrange/switch whenever needed. - AC louver swing was broken, so AC was stuck blowing in an undesired direction - Both sunbeds on the terrace were broken (but were replaced within a day after we mentioned it) - Both the dishwasher and the washing machine stopped mid-cycle with an error message. Dishes and clothes were not clean - Covid warning signs were plastered all over (this might still be a government regulation though) - There were four TV remote controls, but none seemed to work.

Our stay at LÌlot Beach Chalets was excellent. We didn't want to go to a classic resort, we wanted to try something different and this house in front of the beach was really amazing.. waking up in the morning and seeing the beach and the ocean in front of you was very special.. the beach is relatively small, but very few people are there, mainly the ones staying at this chalet or a couple of other house in the nearby. There is a small kiosk a the beach, which opens from 12 to 18pm every day with a few options to eat and drink. We had some grilled fish there, very good one (but need be patient as it's a small kitchen). Couple of shops nearby (also walking distance) but with not much to buy, just the basic (some bread, water, pasta, sauces, etc..). Otherwise we were driving with the car about 10 minutes to the Beau Vallon Beach area, where there are many other options (restaurants, street food trucks, shops, etc..). Owen, the host was most the time around, he lives in the next house and was always available when we needed something, reaching out to him via phone if we could not find him.

Perfect location, nice beach

Excellent location, with a stunning ocean view. Access to the beach is so convenient, especially for a family. Mr Owen (the owner) is a very welcoming, friendly, and warm person. We stayed for 5 nights with our two kids - very much enjoyed it. We will go back to Lílot Beach Chalets.

Very thin and bright curtains so in the morning is too bright in the room - we wanted kids to sleep and it was difficult due to the sunlight in the room. Rugs at the doors would help to avoid sand in the house. The host was not helpful, even lied about mosquitos (that there are none) and the next day we all found many bites on body

Great view, fantastic beach

- THE BEACH, you are on the beach that is most of the time empty in the morning and evening and with 5-15 other persons during the day. It is clean (no seaweeds), with surrounding greenery, local small beach bar. The spacious terrace and the view was nice as well, free use of kayaks. With the car - 5min to Beau Vallon. Value for money for the size and location itself - I would come back.

-There was construction noise on the side during the day time. -I would like to come back with the kids - BUT the kitchen needs update/or deep cleaning. -Bit dark inside in the evenings.

Excellent location and nice large terrace. Our chalet had working wash machine and tumbler.

The dish washer didn’t work and had a very bad smell. We told the owner on the first day but nothing happened. There are no private beaches in Seychelles, so that was misleading. And you cannot see the sunset from the apartment. It it really overpriced. Try Beau Vallon for better prices.

The beach was absolutely beautiful and suited for snorkeling. I could see many fishes :) I liked the view from the terrace and the natural Chalet itself. The host was very helpful and friendly. A supermarket is very close by. The washing machine was very useful!

The villa is located at a beautiful quiet beach. Amazing view and really peaceful. Owen, the owner's is very nice and helpful. The villa is very big and has everything we need. Comfortable beds. A few minutes walk to a grocery store. We stayed only 3 nights and wish we could stay longer.

Owen was a great Host! Loved to be there! It is the paradise there..!

Anse L'ilot is a real hidden gem of a location and the appartments excellent, if perhaps needing a bit of a small refresh in the kitchen. The local beach is 1 minute away and has excellent snorkelling and a superb little beach bar. It's handy for Beau Vallon and Victoria, but otherwise resatuarants are a drive away. Highly Recommended.

The fridge smelt a little and the worksurface behind the sink was being eated by insects.
