A very nice central hotel. Room was small but well set up. Bathroom very good. The breakfast was fabulous - lots of choice and excellent quality.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Stadtkern. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

15,- Euro pro Nacht für die Übernachtung eines Hundes ist sehr hoch. Da gibt es in anderen Hotels günstige Alternativen. Und dann liegt oft auch ein Leckerli bereit. Der Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel ist seh sehr eng. Maximal 10-15 Plätze, für die pro Nacht 9,50 Euro fällig werden. Das Doppelbett war an die Wand gepfercht. Eine Person konnte nicht ohne weiteres ins Bett kommen. Der Vorgang ließ sich nicht ohne weiteres schließen.

The location is good. We had a family room and it was rather big.

The reception service isn’t good. We arrived at 13:35, nobody was at the reception so we rang the bell on the desk. There were other staff coming in and out (it’s also a restaurant) but only after a while a staff rushed out from the restaurant and said that the room was not ready and we could only come back at 14:00. So we walked around the town and were back there at 13:58. This time another staff saw us, he came and said: nobody told you that you can only check in at 14:00 ? I said yes, but it’s already 13:58 so we’re waiting. He asked if we could wait in the restaurant. In general they’re not rude, but just the service made me speechless. There was also no elevator.

Peccato la mancanza dell'ascensore...

Hotel centralissimo. La nostra camera quadrupla, posta in una piccola struttura residenziale attigua al corpo centrale, cui si accede dal retro dell'ingresso principale, "lato parcheggio", era molto ampia, confortevole e ben pulita. Era presente bollitore e fornitura di the e caffè. Il ristorante dell'albergo è ottimo e abbiano cenato lì per due sere, approfittando anche di uno staff molto gentile, fatta eccezione per un unico soggetto, per il cui comportamento ci veniva sempre chiesto scusa da parte del resto del personale.

Je zit midden in het historische centrum van Füssen. Wij waren op doortocht en zijn vrij laat aangekomen waardoor alle winkels dicht waren. In het centrum kan je lekker rondlopen en is genoeg te zien. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en was genoeg keuze om met een gevulde maag onze reis te hervatten

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Müsste mal renoviert werden. Zimmerpreis zu hoch.

Check-in mit falschem Zimmerschlüssel hat auch etwas gedauert.... Zufahrt etwas kompliziert, aber gut beschrieben.

Personal sehr freundlich. Essen und Trinken sehr schmackhaft und ansprechend zubereitet. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit einem Buchungsfehler. Das hat die sehr freundliche Rezeptionistin schnell und unkompliziert erledigt. Alles in allem sehr positiv, würden wir wieder buchen

Breakfast okay. Location good. Some staff very good and friendly. Hotel really clean and room cleaned. Bathroom modern. Room had a safe deposit box. Room had a stand up fan and a fridge which we filed with water.

Bar closed early, some staff pretty miserable, strong food smell wafting up from kitchen. Room very warm and noise from street quite significant considering the hotel itself shuts up outside at 10pm. The town stays noisy despite the bars closing, couldn't understand it but it was with nights. Room had a coffee maker but no coffee or milk. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows terrible. Breakfast and parking really expensive. Sadly, whilst the hotel has great potential and is generally decent, I just wouldn't stay here again

Prima hotel voor een overnachting richting Italië. Goed ontbijt met voldoende keuze. Ruime kamer, vriendelijk personeel, en een duidelijke uitleg over hoe en waar te parkeren.

Jammer dat er geen airco op de kamers en in de ontbijtzaal is, de warmte blijft aardig hangen. Het personeel had wel 2 waaiers op de kamer gezet dat was prettig, maar werkt natuurlijk niet zo goed als een airco.

Prima hotel midden in de stad van Füssen.

Het was erg warm die dag en de kamer heeft geen airco. Er wordt een ventilator aangeboden maar de hotelkamer is eigenlijk net niet groot genoeg om deze goed neer te zetten.

wir haben nicht erwartet - mitten in der fussgängerzone - eine so ruhige und komfortable unterkunft zu finden. auch das restaurant ( bayerisch ) ist hervorragend. wir waren auf der durchreise und hätten uns kaum einen angenehmeren aufenthalt vorstellen könen.

Beim reinkommen hatte man leider schon den Geruch von ranzigem Frittierfett in der Nase, zum Glück war das Zimmer dann nochmal durch einen Vorflur mit Tür abgetrennt, sodass der üble Geruch etwas abgemildert wurde

L'hotel si trova in pieno centro quindi comodissimo. Ha un parcheggio privato (a pagamento) che va prenotato però in anticipo perché i posti sono limitati. La stanza aveva un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto. Il problema è che con il divano aperto non rimaneva spazio per muoversi. Non hanno l'aria condizionata e hanno messo un paio di ventilatori per sopperire ma faceva davvero caldo (però questa non è certo colpa loro). Abbiamo provato la colazione il primo giorno, molto buona, varia e abbondante. Pulizia buona.

Right in the heart of old town with walking to everything you need. Breakfast was good. They had fans in the room to help with the summer heat. Dinner was excellent.

Il plus dell'hotel è la posizione in pieno centro. Il bagno è decisamente buono (grande quasi quanto tutta la stanza). Ho trovato tutto molto pulito. Pratico il bollitore in camera con bustine da te e zucchero a disposizione. Comodo il parcheggio privato che da una veloce ricerca è sembrato più economico di quelli pubblici. La tv è fin troppo grande per quell'ambiente

La camera era piccola e non climatizzata. In sostituzione forniscono un ventilatore troppo ingombrante per le dimensioni della stanza. Ci muovevano a fatica tra ventilatore, armadio e sedia, quindi farsi un te era abbastanza scomodo. Gli asciugamani da doccia erano troppo piccoli e solo 3 per 2 persone. La nostra stanza era pervasa dall'odore delle cucine sottostanti. Dicevo: bene il bagno, peccato per una mensola troppo profonda posta sopra il lavabo che non consentiva di lavarsi il viso senza rischiare la vita con una craniata... oppure allagare il pavimento...

It was in the middle of town, nice spacious and clean rooms, even had a fan since it was really warm and private parking behind the hotel! Really good Bavaria food and everything you need in walking distance. We love Füssen.

The staff was a bit mixed, some were very friendly and some super unfriendly and didn’t seem too happy with their jobs. We got woken up to a fire alarm at 7am, on the way outside we got no information as to what’s even going on, no one that spoke to the hotel guests to ensure things are safe/false alarm or an actual fire, at some point just an annoyed lady who said “oh well, we have that more often”. There’s also been a hotel guest that kept the entire house awake as he was drunk, yelling, trying to get back into the hotel at 5am, throwing his glass bottle onto the ground and trying to get the outside furniture apart so he could sit. After the police arrived in town around 6am, he was finally quiet… then the fire alarm happend. Our experience there was therefor a bit overshadowed, unfortunately.

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut (nur die Packerlmarmeladen sind zu beanstanden). Lage herrlich zentral. Ausreichend Parkgelegenheit am Hotel (kostenpflichtig)). Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Tutto perfetto. Personale gentile, posizione su una delle strade più belle e frequentate del centro storico sotto al castello di Fussen, colazione TOP dal dolce al salato con anche alternative vegane. Abbiamo anche pranzato fuori nel loro ristorante mangiando benissimo. Camera e bagno nuovissimi ed eleganti arredati con gusto e con materassi comodissimi. E non meno importante il loro parcheggio privato all'interno con la sbarra.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und hatte keinen Schrank oder Fächer, um Kleidung aufzuhängen bzw. zu verstauen. Auch die Koffer konnten nirgends abgelegt werden, um sie zu öffnen.

Fussen is een gezellige en culturele stad. We hebben voor dit hotel gekozen omdat het in het centrum ligt. Maar het hotel is matig. Alles is gedateerd. De kamer ook erg gedateerd maar zeker wel schoon.

Alles gedateerd. Slecht ontbijt. Tip, ga lekker ontbijten bij de gezellige tentjes in het centrum. Er is veel keus. Wij hadden kamer 53. je moet hiervoor buitenom naar de achterkant van het hotel en dan door een ging ergens apart je kamer in. Was een vreemde gewaarwording.

La struttura gode di una buona posizione e dispone di camere carine e dall'aspetto abbastanza rimodernato.

Purtroppo, però, l'esperienza complessiva è stata condizionata da diverse pecche sia sul piano del comfort che del servizio. L'accoglienza e il check-out sono stati piuttosto freddi e sbrigativi. Mancano sia l'ascensore che l'aria condizionata (è presente solo un ventilatore) e il letto non si è rivelato particolarmente comodo. La sera si sente parecchio rumore proveniente dai tavoli del ristorante sottostante (dove tra l'altro la cucina è solo discreta, senza infamia e senza lode). La colazione non è inclusa ed è decisamente cara. La nota più stonata riguarda la gestione della pulizia: siamo rientrati in stanza soltanto per pochissimi minuti durante la giornata e il personale ne ha approfittato per consegnarci a mano gli asciugamani puliti, usando poi la scusa della nostra presenza per non rifare la camera. La stanza è rimasta vuota per tutto il resto della giornata, quindi si è trattato di un chiaro pretesto per saltare il riordino. Nel complesso, visto il rapporto qualità/prezzo e la scarsa attenzione verso l'ospite, non ci sentiamo di consigliarlo.

Leider kein Fahrstuhl, für große Koffer sind die Aufgänge etwas eng.

Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel avec beaucoup de choix et très bien organisé. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les châteaux : l'hôtel nous fournit un pass pour prendre les bus gratuitement (pour Neuschwanstein la station de bus est à 5 min à pied de hotel, 10 minutes en bus). Chambres propres.

Wyśmienite śniadania, piękne wnętrza, wspaniała lokalizacja przemiła obsługa, wygodny parking w centrum starego miasta. Blisko każda atrakcja. Bardzo dobre obiady w restauracji hotelowej. Polecam golonkę i Przysmak Ludwika. Obiekt przyjazny psom.

Pokój z oknem na ulicę w budynku obok głównego. Był bez klimatyzacji choć były dwa wiatraki otwieraliśmy okno i było głośno , o 6 rano dostawy tirów a ich dachy pod naszymi oknami a wieczorami krzyczący turyści, ale tak to już jest w centrum miasta. Coś za coś.

Gli asciugamani erano tutti macchiati. Macchie rosse e marroni.

Posizione ottima, in centro città ma con accesso comodo in auto e parcheggio interno. Staff cortese e buona colazione.

La camera era in una palazzina distaccata dal corpo centrale senza ascensore e abbiamo dovuto portare su fino al secondo piano due grosse valigie. Non siamo riusciti a far funzionare l'aria condizionata.

L'emplacement, en plein coeur de Füssen, est parfait pour découvrir la ville. Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel, varié et copieux. Notre chambre était côté cour donc très calme.

Checkout time as early as 7:30. If need leave early, need arrange ahead of time. Otherwise nobody can collect your city tax.

Posizione, colazione ricca, eleganza della struttura, grandezza della camera. Molto bello e buono anche il ristorante.

Personale scortese, assenza di ascensore (eravamo al piano 1 con un passeggino). Considerato il livello (e il costo) di questo albergo inoltre mancava un frigo all'interno della camera e mi sarei aspettata almeno il rifacimento del letto. Rapporto qualità prezzo esagerato.

Para verano no es buena opción, hace mucho calor y no tiene aire condicionado. El hotel nos prestó un ventilador pero igual pasamos mucho calor. Y la cortina es pequeña, a las 6h ya entraba mucho sol en la habitación, dormimos mal.

Tener aire condicionado y cortinas con mejor bloqueo del sol.

Non era comoda da raggiungere, causa chiusura di un ponte. Inserendo l'indirizzo presente su Booking, google non ti portava nel parcheggio. Abbiamo girato un po prima di riuscire e dall'albergo non abbiamo avuto aiuto

Unica pecca era la mancanza di aria condizionata, ma è stato un periodo di caldo del tutto eccezionale e comunque ci hanno fornito un ventilatore.

Vista la tipologia di albergo, mi sarei aspettata che l'assenza di ascensore fosse sopperita da un'offerta di assistenza per il trasporto dei bagagli almeno al check in. Inoltre, sarebbe apprezzato che il ristorante riservasse dei tavoli per i clienti dell'albergo dal momento che non accetta prenotazioni

Posizione centrale e possibilità di parcheggio, la struttura dove abbiamo soggiornato era stata ristrutturata di recente e la camera ed il bagno sono nuovissimi e pulitissimi. Staff efficiente e colazione eccezionale.

Sehr schönes Hotel, was genau im Zentrum der Altstadt liegt. Sehr sauber und nettes Personal. Würde es immer wieder buchen.

Ein schönes knuffiges Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück und netten Personal. Wir waren zufrieden. Lage direkt in der Stadt ist perfekt!

Die Gänge waren ziemlich verwinkelt, aber irgendwann findet man sich schon zurecht.

Super nettes Personal. Sehr Hilfsbereit. Direkt in der City. Das Zimmer mit Kronleuchter. Mal was anderes. Mit der Gästekarte konnte man den Bus kostenfrei nutzen.

Manchmal etwas laut. Aber das wußten wir bei der Buchung in der City. Die Treppen waren eine Herausforderung. Mit Hund obere Etage. Kein Lift. (Aber vielleicht nicht möglich bei einem so schönen Altbau)

Top Lage in der Innenstadt. Parkplätze direkt im Hinterhof (Info über genaue Anfahrt kommt im Voraus vom Hotel). Unser Superior-Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten und vor allem inkl. einer vernünftigen Klimaanlage (kostet natürlich auch etwas mehr…). Zum Essen kann ich nichts sagen, da wir in den zahlreich vorhandenen Café‘s und Restaurants gegessen haben.

Breakfast was excellent. The location would have been good if every road to the hotel hadn't been blocked by construction causing us and a bunch of other cars to drive around in frustration for two hours straight until the roads reopened. (Apparently Füssen doesn't care to support their local businesses by planning roadwork properly.) Most hotel employees were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Employees gave good advice and directions. The bathrooms were very spacious. Seems like a child-friendly place.

We were told we would be on a lower floor due to a handicapped person in the family, but were placed on the 3rd floor. The room was cold and took awhile to heat up. The bathroom heater had to be repaired so the bathroom was much too cold to shower the first night. There is no shade on the bathroom window for privacy. The bottom half is frosted, but from above there's no privacy when showering. The bathroom mirror is hung so high if you're not tall enough you have to stand on your tiptoes to see. The beds were uncomfortable. In one room they dented in the middle like sleeping in canoe. In the other room the bed was tilted and it was hard to keep rolling off the side. We had plans for the first day which we had to cancel because we could find no way to reach the hotel. The street the hotel told us to take was blocked off as was every other street.

Excellent brwakfast, above average. Effficient staff. Perfect location, parking place.

Everything was more than excellent. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was phenomenal. The hotel is located right in the city center, and everything is within easy walking distance.
