Everything is oky

Some things can't mention

near the bus station. Close to the airport. Able to request for a vehicle to fetch us from the airport. The driver was able to drive us to our province which is a 4 hour drive, with fair amount of fare.

the air condition is too loud. was not spacious enough for a family. no available room to accommodate a large family.

The room is okay. Comfy and clean.

However, what we didn't like was the food. I mean, they served us drinks that taste like Joy dishwashing liquid.

One thing that I didn't like is that, I paid for the transportation (shuttle) From the Airport T3 550.00php. And from the hotel to the airport T2 450php. First time in my whole life. My husband and I stayed in 3 hotels in the month of July for the reason that we stayed more days in the city and the hotel we first stayed at is occupied for the next day so we need to move to another hotel. The first 2 hotels are free of transportation from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the airport.

What i like is the location dahil along the highway, harap ng victory at 5 star bus terminal. Malapit sa MRT at LRT terminal.

I hate it's double deck bed na sobrang liit parang magflip pag bumaba ka. Sobrang liit ng room at shared bathroom.

Ung location ng hotel nyo para sa accessable sa mga pupuntahan ko at malapit lng xa to airport

I saw the cleaner name Ms. Gina, I guess that her name. She was cleaning very well in the toilet and I appreciate her because the toilets are very clean, shiny and no bad smell. I used the shower and toilet with full of satisfaction. I really met my expectation. Security are very helpful. Receptionists are cheerful. Thank you Stone House staff.

That it’s near the airport

Hmm when we arrived the staff looks tired and a bit grumpy but their guards are all in smiles. Their bathroom, you can see black spots on the sink like it’s a bit moldy even the shower curtain needs to be replace.

Affordable, very nice and helpful staff, new aircondition in room. Did not have any problem with noise from the street, aircondition or other things. Breakfast included.

There was some long hair after the last tenant and some small bugs here and there.

Very near to the bus station and transport is very comfortable

The entrance of the hotel should be improve, make it more clean and tidy. Always remember that the entrance is the first impressions of the whole property.

There bed is not comfortable Room 206 nag hibiwalay ang bed nahahati sya pag tinutulogan ng dalawang tao...so di makatulog maayos...i call for and ask na lilipat ng other room.but wla na daw vacnt pa so tiis ko 2 nights...kaya saklap

The breakfast menu, always had food that was not available , including my last morning when I wanted pancakes, not available, how can pancakes be not available, just make sure U got stock, no toast or cereal for breakfast. No juice, but plenty of rice meals.

I like to check in your hotel everytime i go home philippines because its cheaper,near airport and accessable to mall of asia,baclaran church,metro point,train station ,bus station and jollibee

I didn't like some rooms there is cockroach,and bedsbugs and the noisy of rooms near the pathways

The receptionist was very nice and kind. So easy to accommodate.

expressing my absolute disgust and frustration regarding the deplorable state of management and control at your establishment. It is glaringly obvious that the top management are utterly incapable of regulating your visitors, who behave as if your premises were their own personal playground. We choose to stay in a hotel to find comfort and respite, yet what we endure at your facilities is nothing short of hell. Having been a loyal client for a considerable time, I am appalled by your consistent failure to address the multiple complaints raised about certain troublesome clients. Despite numerous grievances voiced by a plethora of us, your arrogant inaction speaks volumes about your disregard for customer satisfaction and well-being. Your inability to maintain order and provide a safe, comfortable environment is unacceptable. It is high time you took decisive measures rather than dismissing your loyal patrons' concerns. Until then, I see no reason to continue supporting an establishment that so blatantly neglects its responsibilities.
