Kabayan Hotel Pasay

Location was close to MRT and LRT stations. It’s a convenient jump off to travel to another place. Room was good for the price paid and still maintain one’s privacy after a long flight with its own washroom and shower.

Some guest talk so loud in hallways and in their rooms.

You need to follow up multiple times till you sound like you’re badgering when you ask something. If they say, I’ll follow up”, don’t expect to call for 3rd or 4th time until you need to be assertive and say stronger statements The TV system is so complicated. Obsolete instructions, it took me 2 hours to get assistance to navigate the system.

Kabayan Hotel is so accessible , staff were si accomodating , from the Security personnel to the Information Desk, lahat po, they served their clients with utmost care and respect. I booked the property for my friends. They loved the location it’s close to everything like restaurants, shops and the airport. They said the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for the money. Comfortable and clean.

Prompt response with room transfer given the assigned room does not have a responsive aircon unit.

TV was connected to WiFi but not to the internet. Might be something to do with the username and password security. No option to enter username and password to TV.

Unfortunately, our family stay at Kabayan Hotel was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend it, especially for families travelling with young children. We initially stayed in the old building, and throughout our stay, we felt very uncomfortable and uneasy in the room. There was a strange atmosphere that made us feel that something was not right. For those who are sensitive to these things or believe in having a “third eye,” you may understand why we felt particularly uncomfortable. Because of this, we requested to be transferred to another room, and thankfully, the hotel accommodated our request and moved us to the new building. However, even after transferring, our experience was still not good. My daughter developed a high fever, which made the situation even more stressful for us as parents. Then, at around 3:00 AM, we heard children playing and running outside our room. Honestly, this was extremely disturbing and frightening, especially at that hour. We don’t know if we were the only guests who experienced this, but there was something about the hotel that felt very unusual and unsettling to us. The experience was so disturbing that, although our scheduled check-out time was 12:00 noon, we decided to leave as early as 8:00 AM because we simply no longer felt comfortable staying there. Overall, our family did not have a restful or comfortable stay. While I appreciate that the staff assisted us with the room transfer, the overall experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for families with children, particularly if you are sensitive to unusual or unsettling experiences.

THE LOCATION IN WHIVH YOU COULD JUST STROLL AROUND BACLARAN SHOPPING MALL AND A MINUTE WALK TO MRT LRT STATION AND A 10minutes ride via jeepney to MALL OF ASIA..

THE BREAKFAST THEY SERVE IS NOT THAT WHAT WE EXPECTED ONLY A BASIC PLATED FOOD NOT THAT GOOD FOR THE EXTRA AMOUNT WE PAID JUST FOR A BREAKFAST..

The hotel has serious cleanliness and hygiene issues. The carpets are old, smelly and dirty, there was visible mold in the bathroom, and the areas surrounding the room were not properly cleaned. The room itself needs thorough deep cleaning, fresh and properly cleaned bed sheets, and general renovation. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance standards, including ac, tv were below what I expected from a hotel.

I expect to be a hotel with fridge, kettle, coffee cups (not paper cup.) towels are dirty. Too many to mention.

Breakfast did not meet my expectations. As an OFW, I was really excited to enjoy a Filipino breakfast since I haven’t had one in a long time. Unfortunately, the bangus served was not boneless, which made it difficult for me to fully enjoy the meal. Another area that could use improvement is the hallway/corridor on the 2nd floor, from the lift lobby to our room. It did not feel like part of a hotel and seemed more like a staff office area. I’m not sure why guests are allowed to access that space, but if it is part of the guest area, I believe it could benefit from some modifications to make it look more presentable and welcoming. Other than those concerns, everything was good. The staff were very accommodating and made our stay pleasant overall.

We liked the location of the hotel because of its accessibility to transportation, such as buses and taxis. Breakfast was adequate too.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of our hotel room. Unfortunately, we had found plenty of stains on our bedsheets upon arrival which we assume are lipstick, mud and urine. We filed a complaint to the management team at the front desk however, and sent a cleaner to change the bedsheets. The shower floor had flooded quite frequently too.
