Rooms are described as clean, comfortable and cozy by many guests, but several comments mention small room size, small beds for some, tight corridors and a too-small TV — overall good quality with size-related drawbacks.

Several reviews mentioned cleanliness issues like cobwebs and dust.

Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness (“sehr sauber”, “very clean”, “propre”), rooms described as tidy and comfortable, few cleanliness complaints.

Numerous reviews highlight a great location and accessibility.

Location near the central train station is repeatedly praised for convenience; some reviews note neighbourhood safety concerns around the station and one comment about being ~2 km from the centre, so generally very good but with occasional caveats.

Frequent mentions of friendly and helpful staff.

Service is frequently highlighted positively — friendly, helpful staff and specific praise for reception staff (e.g., Herr Jovan), quick check-in and luggage storage; one isolated negative (staff reaction during a fire alarm) is noted but overall service sentiment is very strong.

Multiple mentions of good quality food and breakfast.

Breakfast receives mixed feedback: some say the selection is good and kids not charged (positive for value), while several guests report poor organization, missing cutlery and late replenishment — reliable but inconsistently executed.

Basic amenities were noted; however, some expressed a desire for better showers.

Amenities are adequate (luggage storage, bar/drinks available, basic facilities) but guests requested a small in-room fridge and noted high bar and parking prices; mixed but acceptable amenities.

Value noted in context of friendly pricing, though some issues were mentioned.

Value for money is a strong positive theme — multiple guests call it best rapport qualité/prix or top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis and explicitly praise the price-performance balance.
