Personnel très sympathique et disponible, ils nous ont récupéré du port notre jour d'arrivée et déposé pour le retour. Studio bien équipé et propre, grand frigo, tv smart, étendoir, belle terrasse et vue sur mer, à 2min de Pattaya beach.

Ça reste un peu éloigné de sunrise beach où on se baignait quasi chaque jour.

I love how tolerable the owner when i called him and told him i missed my boat from Pakbara as i am still stucked at the border. He told me not to worry and let me rescheduled without hesitation. The staff also very helpful, and the offered free ride to the pier. The hotel located in a small village where you can find the ducks and chickens roaming around, and you were surrounded by the village houses. The beach was 5minutes away by walk.

The location, you need to have vehicles to go to the other side of the walking street and other beaches. And despite we need to climb 3 stairs to get to our room, it compensates by the view of the sea from our balcony.

not that i didn’t like, but the location a bit far, approx 600m from the pier and walking street for foods. accessible but alot of walking.

Staff was so nice. The place was absolutely spotless with an excellent kitchen and utensils. The bed was so comfy, soft but with a firmness, so you woke with refreshed with no pains. (most important to me). Walkable 2 minutes to beach and 10 minutes to walking street, so it is quiet. Had the family unit with a great sea-view but a couple flight of steps. Cleaning every other day. Recommend!!!!

Shower head needs to be fixed. It was a pain until we tied it up. We asked for a squeegee for the wet shower and they supplied it immediately.

J’ai passé 4 jours incroyable les appartements sont propre toute équipé et surtout HYPER calme, on vie parmi les locaux très gentils et discret, à 30sec de la plage et à 5-10 min à pieds en passant par la plage des walking street, je ne saurais que recommander vous êtes loin du bruit ou des regards indiscret, les hôtes sont très arrangeant J’y reviendrai dans hésiter

Розташоване в спокійному місці, до Walking Street 10-15хв пішки вздовж узбережжя. Дружній персонал намагається допомогти, кондиціонери працюють відмінно і температура у помешканні тримається комфортна.

У ванні один з тримачів для душу вимагає ремонту, але це дрібниця.

I had a great stay in Banyan Apartments. It was very quiet, 2 min from the beach, nice view - what else do you want? I am already planning to go back there. There is a kitchen and it is equipped so you can save money and prep breakfast in the apartment. The family owning the resort is fantastic.

The view, the location, the cleanliness and kind staff. Thus was our second time staying here.

This was our second stay at this property, and it remains our go-to spot on Koh Lipe. The location is unbeatable—just a few meters from the corner of Pattaya Beach. Since we visit the island to dive, having the Puravida Diving Centre literally 50 meters away is incredibly convenient. For food, Daya Restaurant is right in front of the building and is easily one of the best local spots on the island. The apartments themselves are very spacious and comfortably accommodate four of us. We also made great use of the decently equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast each morning.

While the apartment is great, it is starting to show a few signs of age and could benefit from a minor refresh. However, these are purely cosmetic details that didn't negatively impact our stay at all.

Lots of space for a family of 4. Kitchen good to keep drinks cold and free water everyday. Beds comfy and partial view of the sea. Located in a quiet area of Pattaya beach but easy walk along the beach to everything you need. Balcony with a drying rack and chairs. Nice friendly staff and cleaned towels offered but we only stayed 4 nights so not needed.

Owners live below and the noise was unbearable at times. Resulted in a lot of broken sleep. Air con only in bedrooms not living area. Lots of smoke from fires lit by locals so don’t get to use the balcony as much as I would have liked. No hooks in bathroom. Very steep stairs to get to the apartment, which are ok if you’re fit. Strong drain smell from the bathroom at times. View obscured in the master bedroom by the roof of another apartment. No bedside tables.

The hotel is very welcoming, the staff is kind and supportive with everything. The room was big and clean, the kitchen well equipped. Laundry service is great and fair priced.

Merinäköalallinen huone 4 sängyllä oli täydellinen nelihenkiselle perheelle. Lasten sängyt olivat eri tasoissa, joten lapset saivat nukkua rauhassa, vaikkakin samassa huoneessa. Neliöt oli käytetty erinomaisesti ja näkymä oli hieno. Sijainti oli loistava, minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta ja hyvältä ravintolalta, Walking Streetillekin pääsee kävellen suht helposti. Muualle pääsi helposti moottoripyörätuktukilla. Valitsisin tämän sijainnin koska vaan saarella uudelleen. Joka päivä sai tuoreet vesipullot huoneeseen.

Kuvissa olevia palmuja ei enää ole (vain reunoilla), eli kuvat taitavat olla hieman vanhat. Myöskään ihan noin turkoosia vettä ei näy parvekkeelta. Lähin kauppa on Walking Streetillä, eli kauppareissuun menee vähintään puoli tuntia.

Everything was great

Great apartments, everything you need, large and spacious, with a kitchen, which is a bonus. The location is a bit out of traffic, but that's a big bonus for me, 1 minute from the beach. Great staff. I would come back again!

We were in apartment B2 which was very private and had amazing far reaching views across the sea. It is a studio apartment but the kitchen has a sliding door so it does make it more practical as it is a separate room. The bed was very comfortable and there is a dining table with a couple of chairs and a sofa, there is also a big television (we never used it) and a wardrobe and some cupboards so you can put everything away so it doesn’t feel cluttered. The kitchen is small but with a large fridge freezer and has everything you might need to make simple snacks or breakfast. The bathroom is quite big and has shower gel and shampoo with liquid soap on the sink. Our balcony was big with a table and chairs, a very handy and large drying rack and a hammock. The staff were incredibly kind and sweet and the cleaning was done every two days with a complete change of linens, towels and beach towels, there is also some sun beds on the beach that are offered on a first come first serve basis. The guy that I think is in charge is lovely, very helpful and he took my husband a couple of times to the supermarket for supplies in his tuktuk. We felt very safe and comfortable and enjoyed our stay immensely.

Just a couple of things, no bedside tables to put a book, glasses etc. (we used the dining chairs) and the sofa although spotlessly clean as is the rest of the apartment is a bit shabby on the arms (a throw would work perfectly).

Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Blisko do plaży Pattaya, troszkę dalej do Sunset, ale dla nas wyspa była tak piękna że chodzenie po jej różnych plażach to sama przyjemność. No i rewelacyjna cena w porównaniu do kurortów nad samym morzem - gdzie i tak możesz pójść i przebywać na plażach.

Personel praktycznie nie istniał, na co bym nie narzekał, ale niestety nie udało im się zamówić transportu na pier - przez co musieliśmy trochę spacerować z obciążeniem. Widok ze zdjęcia na booking istnieje jedynie na wyższych piętrach 🙃

Habitaciones amplias, cómodas, cocina bien equipada, limpia, baño grande, excelente ubicación . El personal súper amable, ningún comentario negativo. Si bien no tiene vista a la playa, está ubicado a menos de un minuto caminando de la playa y restaurantes.

Los apartamentos estan rodeados de gallineros,animales sueltos,maderas,suciedad,etc.Todos los dias a partir de las 5:30 de la mañana empezaban los gallos a cantar y no te dejan descansar. El suelo (nos tocó una segunda planta) es de madera,como andes muy fuerte tiembla todo el suelo,incluso los armarios se mueven.

Todo super bien, es verdad que las vistas no se corresponden a las que hay en la página web, se ve un poco solo la playa y no tienes tumbonas del hotel asignadas. La ubicación es ideal, porque estas alejado de la calle principal y no hay ningún ruido para dormir, y bajas en 2 minutos a la playa y hay un restaurante cerca también.

Nicht weit weg vom Strand

The staff didn't speak much English, but were super kind and helpful. The apartment was large, clean and comfortable. It is located at the West end of the Pattaya beach, in a quiet area, while the walking street and beach bars are just 10 minutes walk from the apartments. Daya beach restaurant next to the apartments has the best grilled fish and local food. Overall, a great stay.

good location close to the beach. The rooms were clean with nice view over the trees.

The need to keep the air conditioning on all the time, otherwise the rooms would overheat terribly. Weak water pressure, sometimes we were without water.

Fint och rymligt boende med kök. Stämde väl överens med bilderna. Fin utsikt över havet och Pattaya stranden. Nära till stranden och korallrev som barnen kunde gå ut till och snorkla direkt från stranden. Gratis solstolar och parasoll på stranden. Fick gratis hjälp med hämtning av oss och våra vid båten när vi kom till Koh Lipe.

Några rökte på våningen under, och det var inte så trevligt att röken kom upp till oss.

Durch die hier eingestellten Fotos gewinnt man einen falschen Eindruck. Sie wurden von hinten aus dem Appartement herausgemacht. Tritt man auf den Balkon, blickt man auf zahlreiche große Wellblechdächer und erblickt erst in weiter Ferne das Meer. Das Appartement liegt weit hinten vom Strand entfernt und ist umgeben von zig ab 4.30 Uhr den ganzen Tag laut krähenden Hähnen. Bei Regen, den wir Mitte November oft hatten, quaken gefühlt 100 Frösche so laut, dass man nicht schlafen kann (noch lauter als die Hähne). Frühstück auf dem Balkon wäre nur in gleißender Sonne möglich, weil es dort keinen Schatten gibt.

Die Umgebung ist total vermüllt. Hühner und Hähne werden in viel zu engen Käfigen gehalten, auch ca. 20 Wellensittiche, die einen großen Trog Futter und eine Kloake von Wasser im Käfig hatten, um die sich aber sonst niemand zu kümmern schien. Zwei tote Tiere lagen im Käfig herum und verwesten. Also kein Ort für Tierfreunde! Auf Spaziergängen wird man schon tagsüber von zahlreichen Mücken überfallen; ich hatte nach einer halben Std. 20 Stiche. Die Insel ist vom Tourismus, auch von vielen Russen, übervölkert. Eine zentrale Müllentsorgung scheint es nicht zu geben, überall liegt Müll herum und verdreckt Wald und Strände. Auch eine zentrale Abwasserbehandlung scheint es nicht zu geben, möglicherweise werden die Abwässer ungeklärt ins Meer geleitet. Das ermuntert nicht, im Meer zu baden, vor allem nicht an den Stränden, vor denen auch noch zig Boote geankert werden. Beim Schnorcheln von den Stränden aus sieht man nur wenige und kaputte Korallen. Aber noch schlimmer fanden wir die marode Unterkunft, die im Vergleich zu Alternativen auf der Insel überteuert ist. -Das Einzelbett war bretthart. -Die Klimaanlage blies direkt auf die Betten. -Abends stank es aus den Abflüssen im Bad. -Die Dusche hatte keine Abtrennung, sodass das Bad beim Duschen jedes Mal unter Wasser gesetzt wurde, das bis abends nicht komplett ablief. -Im Bad war kein Stromanschluss, im Hauptraum kein Spiegel. -Das spärliche Mobiliar war sehr marode und bot nur wenig Stauraum, wie z.B. die Schubladen im Schubladenschränkchen: sie waren nur halb so tief wie das Schränkchen. Eine Schublade fiel beim Herausziehen direkt auseinander und blockierte die nächste Schublade. Als Backpacker haben wir schon in vielen ähnlichen Unterkünften übernachtet, die allerdings nur ein Viertel des Preises kosteten und deutlich besser gepflegt waren. Die Ausstattungen z.B. waren zwar ebenfalls spärlich, aber nicht kaputt. Wir wollten uns am Ende des Urlaubs einmal mehr Komfort leisten, was wie beschrieben nicht möglich war.

Fantastic apartment, a two minute walk to the pristine beach, perfect location. Easy walk to Walking Street and the ferry. Very spacious and clean apartment, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need including a large fridge/freezer, microwave, stove. Very comfy bed, AC works great. Cute balcony seating area with a sea view. Highly recommend!

Distanta pana la plaja este de 2 minute, plaja cu sezlong, linisita si apa curata. Peisaj de vis! Centrul insulei la 10 min de mers pe jos, pe plaja. In jur multe restaurante si baruri. Cazarea este curata si ai toate facilitatile la indemana, camera mare, pat confortabil. Personalul f amabil si primitor.

Drumul pana la cazare, sse face cu taxi-tuc tuc, prin jungla, o mare "aventura"!. Imprejurimea locatiei este mizera, cu case ale localnicilor, cu gaini si rate lasate libere, cu miros de gainat.....insa peisajul si energia merita totul!

Заселили быстро, очень хороший хозяин, тайцы тоже молодцы!!! Все понравилось, отдыхали с семьей трое детей. Апартаменты в шаговой доступности от пляжа. От волкин стрит и тд.всем советую теперь этот остров и это жилье в группах телеграмм и тд. Ну реально хорошо там и недорого для большой семьи

-Very nice staff. -So spacious apartment with kitchen, as on their photos. -Laundry service (80 baht/kg). They return clothes even the same evening. -Near Pattaya Beach in just a few minutes but a bit far from main walking street. -Free pick up and drop off, if requested.

-No breakfast, but near there is another hostel with this option. -Many animals (roosters, ducks, cats, etc.) around the apartments. -Quite noisy at night, so difficult to sleep properly. Footsteps and creaking wood can be heard from the other apartments. Roosters crow from 04:00 am. Also local people with music or singing some nights. -Fleas/bugs on our bed, even after changing sheets the next night. Though they kindly changed the room for us when requested. -When we changed the room, in the new room the showerhead was broken (photo attached).

Очень удобные номера. Много полок и поверхностей для хранения и пользования. Комфортный матрас и подушки. Персонал приветлив и старается помочь во всем. Отдельно полотенца для пляжа , а также свои лежаки и зонтики на пляже. Порадовало содержимое кухни, есть вся необходимая посуда, микроволновка, полноценный большой холодильник и …. БЛЕНДЕР . Кажется мелочь , а так приятно потягивать смузи сидя на террасе. Есть сушилка для купальников. Кондиционер работал на ура , есть также вентилятор настенный. Комаров не было . Встречают и провожают по терминала. По мне так по пляжу ближе дойти пешком. Однозначно рекомендую эти апартаменты

Das Badezimmer wird beim duschen überschwemmt und fließt nicht mehr richtig ab. Die Umgebung ausen ums hotel ist zu gemüllt und heruntergekommen und an Abend ist es extrem laut wegen den Fröschen und Tieren wir konnten kaum schlafen!

Amazing location, 2 mins walk to beach, 10-15 mins to walking street. Several really good restaurants nearby with many others a few mins walk. Beach is lovely with great snorkelling. Rooms are nice, well equipped, upper floors have a great sea view. Staff are super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There’s cats, dogs, chickens, ducks roaming together with loads of wildlife which makes the location really special. Would love to return some day.

Miałyśmy przestronne mieszkanie na ostatnim piętrze (trzeba wziąć pod uwagę że nie ma tutaj windy). Było czysto i znalazłyśmy wszystko czego potrzeba. 10 min piechotą od portu.
