Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The location, it was very near to all the places I had to visit, the mall, restaurants, etc. The staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast didn't have many vegetarian options, but there were basic breakfast options, like bread, congee.
There were no basic items in the bathroom, no hand soap, toothbrush, face towels, The towel holder rod was broken and water would leak out during showers.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The staff.. nice and very helping. The hotel is in the middle of town and the area is near to eatery place, malls, stalls and next to the mosque.. all by walking distance. Parking is convenient. Its affordable.
Room - no face tissue, remote tv is unusable - battery weak maybe. Toilet - slippery and a bit dirty. Breakfast - very little choice of meals, no fruits served, the toaster only toast one side of the bread.

Management should always sensitive to the facilities. For example my room #111, the ceiling near the window was damage by water leaking from the upper floor corridor ( maybe) but no maintenance was carried out The management may not know about this. The other one is the faucet in the bathroom ( water still running even when the faucet fully tighten)

However, I must admit that the room i stayed was not clean which i still can see lot of hairs on the bed unvacumed. Seriously, it was not a standard of hotel it should be but rather a standard of dormitary. Please keep it up a standard you guys should be given level best. Love cleanliness..

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026Bilik Family dapat 2bilik Queen, bilik dengan connecting door. 2 bilik air, 2 meja mekap, 1 peti sejuk, satu almari. Siap Quran, sejadah, arah kiblat. Air shower kuat, tandas dan bilil bersih. Tuala dan sabun disediakan, set kopi dan teh ada. Water heater ada, air masak 2 botol. Luar bilik ada papan gosok boleh gosok baju raya. Sarapan hari raya kedua, nasi minyak ayam berempah, gulai daging, papadom, nasi impit, kuah kacang, air kopi,teh, anggur ais, coco crunch, cornflakes, susu, roti bakar jem strawberry, kaya, mentega. Dan air masak. Alhmdulillah. Tq staff yg masak. Mungkin diorg bg makanan sedap sebab nak pujuk kastemer sebab lift rosak. Hahaha. Apepon sy n suami puas hati. Nak order makanan kat sebelah tu mall boleh jalan kaki jer atau order Grab/Panda.
Lift under mentainence. Karpet ada habuk sikit. Maybe boleh bersihkan lagi karpet.

Got water drench the carpet when raining and the bathroom floor is soapy and dangerous. Almost slipped.
