לא נגיש מדרגות ועוד מדרגות ואז מעלית ועוד מדרגות. מאוד ישן ויש ריח כזה של ישן שלא הכי נעים. חדר קטן וחדר אמבט מאוד קטן . עבור חדר זוגי טווין.

No estaba limpio. Me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación, imposible el olor a humedad y a cerrado. Para entrar al baño lo tenía que hacer de costado, no abría total, la puerta corrediza. Para cualquier piso había que subir y bajar escaleras. Yo estoy recién operada de prótesis de rodilla. No avisaron. No volveré.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The breakfast is a lavish buffet with a variety of food to suit everyone. My favorite is the scrambled eggs, which are kept warm in a large serving bowl. The cleaning service did a great job with my room. The staff remembers that I come to their hotel every summer for many years.
The music in the lounge is not exactly my tase. I would prefer more relaxing music. But this is a tiny "complaint." After all, the lounge is open all day and night, so I can get a coffee, or warm milk, or cold water for my water bottle, etc.! How incredible!

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026מלון מצפה ים הינו מלון קטן, רגוע באמצע העיר נתניה, קרוב מאוד לים, למרכז השוקק חיים. הצוות עושה מאמצים שיהיה לך הכי נוח, החדרים נקיים, קצת קטנים וישנים במקצת אך מאוד מצדיק את המחיר. מקום מאוד נחמד לשהות בו ולנוח. נשמח להמליץ לחברים ולמשפחה. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה מאוד.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026התאכזבנו מאוד מהשהות במלון. הבעיה העיקרית לא הייתה רק ההמתנה לחדר, אלא היחס של צוות הקבלה. בהזמנה שלנו היה כתוב שניתן לקבל את החדר בשעה 14:00, אך בגלל שהיה יום שבת נאלצנו להמתין כ-4 שעות. אילו היו מסבירים ומתנצלים, אולי היה אפשר להבין, אבל היחס שקיבלנו היה מזלזל ולא מכבד. בנוסף, אחת מעובדות הקבלה הבטיחה לנו שארוחת הבוקר תהיה זמינה בשעה 6:30 בבוקר. כאשר פנינו לעובד קבלה אחר, הוא ענה בצורה לא מקצועית: "מי שהבטיח לך – שיקיים", במקום לנסות לעזור או למצוא פתרון. ציפינו לשירות ברמה גבוהה יותר, במיוחד ממלון שמציג את עצמו כמלון איכותי. לצערנו, התחושה הייתה שהאורחים אינם בראש סדר העדיפויות. אני מקווה שהנהלת המלון תטפל ברמת השירות ובאופן ההתנהלות של צוות הקבלה, כדי שאורחים אחרים לא יחוו את אותה אכזבה.

עיצוב ישן. מזרנים לא נוחים, אין איטום טוב לחלון ויש מלא אור. יש רעש מהרחוב אין איטום טוב. אין איורור במקלחת. אמבטיה מיושנת מאוד. היה ג׳וק ענק בארון. שטיח שחנק את החדר.. הזמנו חדר משפחה וחדר טריפל שהיו אותו דבר אבל עלו שונה…אבל בגדול חיפשנו מקום זול לישון בו לא להתפנק.. וזה ענה על הצפיה הזו
