Right next to a narrow busy road. Parking is very tricky. They really don’t know how to make good coffee.

There is only limited parking, which is also on the street not with in the compound.

We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff was very helpful and the stay was extremely pleasant. Thank you Vaishali, Tahmeena, Nilesh, Leroy and Aayushi for being the best hosts. We would love to visit again.

I really liked how polite and courteous the staff was in all of their duties. Nisha and Tehmeena helped me with my room's door problems. Both would greet with great joy when I will go for the breakfast. The breakfast serving staff was quite polite as well. They would fill my water bottle every time I asked for it even though water is available in the room as well. I had a great spa experience as well which was very relaxing. Room was cleaned diligently everyday. I worked for two days from the hotel room and the WiFi connectivity to work and for video calls was good. I was also provided with a cab for the airport when GoaMiles did not work during the off season.

The location is good, but the hotel lacks cleanliness. We have to specifically ask them to clean the room; they don’t do it on their own. So far, I have stayed in many good and big hotels where housekeeping is done regularly without being asked, but here we had to call and request them for cleaning. Also, there is a major issue with electricity. On the 17th, there were power cuts, and the same problem continued for two days.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of dishes. It caters to all culinary tastes. Staff was very polite, courteous and helpful especially Nisha, Kashish, Piyas, Sujal and Pradeep at the reception.

Everything is good

Untrained staff. Security guard guiding me while parking my car on an incline gave wrong directions and I ended up damaging my car. In the room we ordered tea for 4, we asked how many portion would suffice and we were asked to order 4 cups. 3 cups for 4 people is good enough, we wasted the 4th portion entirely. Tea is charged at INR 250 a cup including taxes, taste was absolutely pathetic, we ordered ginger tea and despite the bill showing this as ginger tea, it was tasteless. Same situation at breakfast as well, Dry Poha, Tasteless Tea.

What a wonderful place, full of peace and kindness. We have returned to this hotel a year later and if it was even possible the place just got better. The people are attentive and could not do more for you. The breakfast is just perfect full of fresh food, well displayed and the staff is helping you at all steps. The staff made our family feel special and our stay remarkable. Will definitely return.

The hotel is amazing with great facilities and a very helpful staff - especially Vaishali, Nisha, Kashish and Suraj. The team has made our stay wonderful and a very highly recommended place in a great location.

Everything pretty much. They reached out before we arrived to check everything was OK, arranged a driver to collect us from the airport also. The staff we always on hand to help and ensure our stay was perfect, it just shows how things can be done. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.

The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, a relaxing atmosphere, and a great location that makes it easy to explore the stunning beaches around Palolem. What really made the experience exceptional, however, was the staff. A special thank you to Vaishali, Nisha, Tanuja, and Piyas for their outstanding hospitality. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, and also spoke exceptional English. Whether it was assisting with requests, offering local recommendations, or simply ensuring that everything was perfect during the stay, they consistently went above and beyond. Their genuine care made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. It’s rare to come across such dedicated service, and they are a real asset to the hotel. I would highly recommend Sobit Sarovar Portico to anyone visiting South Goa and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Pool wasn’t always the cleanest, but it was dealt with.

The arrival was fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable, slept for days 😴 The food is excellent, we ate there the day before we checked in. Amazing

Прекрасный отель . Стоит своих денег . В Индии в 4й раз и в этом отеле по порвало все - продуманные детали в комнате , чистота , тишина , свежий разнообразный завтрак , персонал , хороший вай фай . Мы были с детьми , есть комната для игр , вкусное мороженое на территории. Бассейн не глубокий . Не хотелось уезжать из этого отеля 👍

Видели как засыпают какой то химикат вечером в бассейн. Возможно это и позволяет оставаться воде чисчтой , но химия ощущается во время плавания .

Excellent Stay with Amazing Service & Location I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff service was amazing — they were very friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. The location is perfect, just a 3–4 minute walk from the beach. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the views are absolutely beautiful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a large variety of options and a live station serving fresh karak chai. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hospitality was excellent. Room service, cleanliness of the hotel and courteous staff was a cherry on top. We went here to celebrate our anniversary and they did arrange us a complementary cake to celebrate the same.

Gorgeous hotel. Really comfortable. Fab breakfast. Staff super helpful. We turned up having booked 5 minutes before due to our planned accommodation being washed out due to torrential rain. The staff couldn't be more helpful as we stood soaked through in reception...warm towels, drinks etc.

The hotel is well located. Right from the welcome drinks, staff are very courteous especially the Manager Pardeep Kumar who has been very professional and helpful throughout. The housekeeping team, especially Sumeet, Mallikesh & Newton did a great job to keep our room clean, inviting and comfortable. The buffet had a good spread and quantity, very tasty suited my pallette very well thanks to the chef Ramesh. The restaurant was aesthetically pleasing made even more welcoming with smiling attendants like Joel, Alrich & Ajay.  There were small issues with the safe, clothing rack and ironing, but they were attending to very promptly. All in all, a great stay with good kind & courteous staff.  We will definitely stay here again.👍

The location is great, the Palolem beach is just 5 mins walk away. I loved taking the morning walks there. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room size is decent and bed is comfortable. We had a pool view room which was great to start the day with.

The serene surroundings, breathtaking views, and warm hospitality made our stay absolutely delightful. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a range of activities, including exploring the nearby attractions, trying local cuisine, and simply relaxing by the Sea.The sea shore is just 500 meters from the hotel. The scenic beauty of Sobi Sarovar is simply stunning, and we felt so lucky to have experienced it with our friends. 😊 We would highly recommend this destination to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with friends or family.

Have stayed here for 3 times now, and as usual the experience has been nothing short of exceptional! Excellent service, polite helpful staff and delicious food! Special shout out to Vaishali, Shreyas and Sahil for their meticulate attention to customer service.

There could have been an elevator at the hotel for greater accessibility

The hospitality is absolutely top notch and one of the best I have experienced in Goa, the staff is always very receptive and they importance to the small details . Joel, Alrich and Rushi deserve special praise. We booked a room with swimming pool view, the rooms are well designed keeping in mind aesthetics and comfort, the bed was super comfy. Palolem beach is just 600m away. Would love to visit again !!!
