Excellent property: Neat, clean and very cute. My wife loved it. Also located very near to Patnem and Palolem beach. The staff was fantastic- very courteous and helpful.

Room could have been a bit larger, but thats okay.

Always a luxury to stay at Oceanic! The place & People never disappoint but always a level above. The best pool to soak in during monsoon! Very well maintained the pool during all the time. Super Good breakfast! Looking forward to our next visit!

The pool area needed some attention

Warm welcome and helpful/responsive team Our room was a great space, clean, well decorated with a wonderful bed/bedding, quiet and a good shower/products. The towels were fluffy and huge. The ambiance was great at night, with soft music and lights in the dining area. The beach and restaurants are a 6-10 min walk depending on which way you go and you’re far enough away from any noise to get a good sleep! We really enjoyed our stay - it’s definitely a good standard of accommodation.

Some communal spaces just felt a bit grubby, our outside space/balcony felt a bit tired and uninviting, the chairs in the bar were dirty, swimming pool tiles looked like they needed cleaning and sunbeds by the pool have seen better days. I think they could hide some of the cleaning equipment or staff areas a bit better. However - we loved our stay and it’s a good 8/10!

Wir haben hier einige Nächte gebucht. Es war nett und das Frühstück obwohl wenig Auswahl tiptop! Nettes Personal und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Der Pool wirkte ein wenig vernachlässigt.

Ein wenig weit weg vom Zentrum. Wie hatten ein Motorrad, sodass uns dies nicht soviel ausmachte.

The quality of the hotel was superb. The staff were excellent. The room was more than I expected. Attention to detail was fabulous. Good location for all the beaches. The breakfasts were really really good. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. It was an excellent stay.

The pool area is wonderful and feels like a little paradise. The deluxe rooms are of good size and beautifully decorated. Bed is very comfortable as well. Very kind and helpful staff.

The balcony area of the deluxe rooms is actually the alley where other guests get access to their rooms so the privacy is compromised. I extended my stay by 1 night in a standard room and I would not recommend the standard room to anyone travelling as a couple or with luggage, it felt very small. Overall rather expensive place for not being directly on the beach, I guess you pay mainly for the pool (which is very nice as I wrote earlier).

A calm.and serene place to relax . The staff is very friendly and they give personal.space for the guests. It is a calm.,comforting and homely.place. the beach is also close by.

There should be varieties in the food menu..atleast breakfast should be included in the price.

It's like an oasis. Very clean and comfortable rooms, great facilities and a solid breakfast. The pool is perfect after a day at the beach.

It is a thoughtfully designed, impeccably maintained property. It is not directly on the beach but it is a reasonably pleasant 10 and 15 minute walk to Patnem Beach or Palolem Beach, respectively. The meals I had at the hotel were very satisfying and the staff at the small garden bar know how to make proper cocktails. The swimming pool is very pleasant and has a private and secluded feeling. There is no shortage of nice places to eat or drink on the beaches or on the way to them.

My room was a bit small. The guest rooms open to the the common balconies used to access other guest rooms so it is not possible to open the curtains without compromising privacy.

The concept is very good .. food very good.. very , very clean ..great concierge and staff .. very helpful

The stairs .. too many

The breakfast was wonderful, I always started with the fresh fruit bowl and home made yogurt followed by omelette or muesli. The dinners were exceptional, a variety of freshly made Indian vegetarian dishes.

This Property was recommended by a fellow traveller and it was truly exceptional! My whole experience was comforting and surreal, much like a therapy and much needed relaxation. Simply Blissful, especially the weather has been amazing in Nov. Beautiful property, everything was done thoughtfully and nothing extra, just Perfect! If you are looking for peace and comfort, jut go for it! its quiet central as well. Everything is und 5-15 min walk or the hotel could arrange vehicle on request. Plenty of cafe and restaurants nearby, not to forget they have an in house Restaurant & Bar as well serving all day.

Just Checked in for a night, have been exploring around the area and this is the most cleanest, neatest and super comfortable property I have ever stayed in goa. Had my best sleep in last couple of weeks, woke up fresh followed by amazing breakfast at the property restaurant. Super kind management and Superb service. Keep it up guys at Oceanic!!! Definitely recommending to friends & fam.

Everything!. The hotel was just as described and more! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They helped us to book taxis , and gave advice about sightseeing. They also upgraded us to free breakfast on arrival which was amazing. The room was exceptionally clean, with daily cleaning included and fresh towels for the pool and room. It was tastfully decorated in neutral calming colours and the beds were really comfy. Plenty of English channels on the TV to watch when it was raining. There was a little balcony to sit outside our room, and room service from the restaurant was offered. The restaurant has a lovely outside seating area and offers some authentic Indian vegetarian cuisine. The pool area was really quiet and secluded and peaceful place to sit in well manicured gardens offering shade and sun. It had a little area for younger kids to play/swim in also. It was a 10 minute walk along a quiet road from the peaceful padnam beach. Paloelm beach was also a 10-15 minute walk away depending if you went via the road or coastal path. Plenty of nice restaurants and small shops a short walk from the hotel too. Train station also nearby. I would highly recommend a stay here whilst in palolem. Great value for money.

Best and cleanest Hotel in Palolem. Highly recommend

Als erstes wurden wir, weil das Hotel in der Monsunzeit fast leer steht in das beste Zimmer upgegradet. Das war großartig und wir haben am Ende 7 statt 3 Nächten hier gelebt. Wir bekamen großartige Unterstützung bei den Fragen, die wir hatten. (Localtrain nach Udupi). Das Zimmer war herrlich schön eingerichtet und bis auf gelegentliche Stromausfälle im Ort hat alles super funktioniert. Es war blitzblank sauber und es gab (wenn gewünscht) täglich Wasser in Glasflaschen, was Plastik spart. Trotz der Lage an der Straße war es relativ ruhig. Der Pool war sauber. Als der Kühlschrank nicht kühlte, wurde er sofort getauscht, ein von uns aus Versehen zerstörtes Glas mussten wir nicht ersetzen und als der Strom ausfiel und ich mein Cpap Gerät deshalb am anderen Stromkreis im Raum (es gibt 2) betreiben wollte, bekam ich ein Verlängerungskabel. Die Regendusche ist klasse. Fernseher haben wir nicht benutzt aber auch nicht verstanden. Wir wissen nicht. wie das Leben hier ist, wenn das Hotel voll ist, denn man hört deutlich andere Stühle im Hotel über den Kachelboden schieben (Tipp: in Europa gibt es dafür Filzgleiter)das ist in Asien aber ein bekanntes Problem. Wir sind immer nur gelaufen. Das ist ein bisschen Strecke. Nach Palolem Zentrum ca 20min. Nach Patnem 10-15 Min. Aber da sich die meisten Orte eh nicht dort am Ende, sondern irgendwo dazwischen befinden, ist es nicht so weit weg. Mit einem Roller wäre es noch besser. Wir haben uns auch mit der Haukatze angefreundet. Ein Tipp: der nächste ATM befindet sich nicht erst in Canacona, sondern schon vor dem Unterqueren der Hauptstraße rechts. Und eine Entschuldigung für das Reinigungspersonal: Wir hatten vor Trinkgeld dazulassen, besonders für s Reinigen nach dem Zerschlagen des Glases, es aber einfach im Aufbruch vergessen.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Wir würden so gerne wieder kommen. Auch im kleinen Zimmer, da das große Zimmer leider ausserhalb unseres Budgets liegt (in der Saison) Kleiner Tipp zur Sicherheit: Ein Zimmersafe, der nicht festgeschraubt ist, macht keinen Sinn.

Food and ambience

We loved the hotel. The rooms are perfectly decorated, comfortable and super clean. It was the best escape in Goa. The vegetarian food at their restaurants its very delicious. The staff is so kind and friendly. The pool is always clean and great for enjoying. We would stay again and recommend it fully.

The staff at the property were very friendly they treated us like their family. The rooms were well maintained, all the facilities were spot on.

The property was out of the way of the main hustle and bustle of the main resorts which suited us perfectly as we enjoy a walk in. The hotel has a calm feeling, with a nice bathroom and good shower. There is a small pool and seating area.

For us it wasn’t a problem however there are quite a few steps up to the rooms and if you don’t like to walk you would need to take a tuk tuk or taxi to the resorts.

I had a fantastic stay at this high-class hotel, perfectly located between Patnem and Palolem Beach, both just a short walk away. The rooms are tastefully furnished, featuring a smart TV and excellent air conditioning. I had the best bed and shower I experienced in India. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool is a great alternative to the busy beaches, surrounded by lush trees, creating a relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed every minute here!

If you're looking for a super chill, laid-back spot surrounded by nature, this place is a solid 10/10. I had the most relaxed time ever, I loved it! The hotel is so cozy and pretty. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from the beach, which was perfect. I highly recommend it

Everything! This was my third stay with the Oceanic. It is probably the most unique hotel in the entire South Goa. Honestly, if you have had enough of vast lobbies and manufactured five-star smiles, and are looking for a genuinely relaxing and calm stay, this is the place to come to. The oceanic team has considered everything you need in this small, homely hotel. The restaurant and bar are set up outdoors in a beautiful tropical garden. There is a clean and well-maintained pool surrounded by coconut and mango trees. Everything here has a personal touch, and nothing is mass-manufactured like big chains of hotels. Even each of their 11 rooms is different and comes with various layouts. My room was beautiful and bright, with a lovely balcony. It is the cleanest room so far I have seen in India, extremely well designed, with a very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean bathroom. Each room has its own mini book collection. Staff is warm, friendly and always happy to help. I was upgraded to suite room without even asking. Oceanic’s restaurant Baa’s Kitchen serves the best breakfast and vegetarian meals. Absolutely delicious and healthy dishes prepared by chef Pankaj Pandya with local organic veggies and herbs. These meals are pure delight and many of these dishes I have not tasted anywhere else in Indian restaurants. The spacious rooftop terrace surrounded with lush green trees is a pure delight to do Yoga, meditation or just simply chill under canopy of coconut and mango trees. And for those who love reading and exploring there is an amazing collection of books on India, Ayurveda, Buddhism, Cinema, Travel, literature and Indian culture. In short, highly recommended. You will not be disappointed with Oceanic’s genuine hospitality.

What a find! Absolutely stunning, beautiful, peaceful place i stumbled upon. It is a boutique hotel with ultimate luxury in south goa and this place exceeds all your expectations and beyond. From high standards to neatness in the rooms to the most delicious breakfast everything was on point and all your needs are taken care of. The staff is very well mannered and friendly, always on their toes for any assistance. Vidhi is a Star! Definitely a memorable visit and i will come back again happily. If you are looking for comfort & quality experience, i highly recommend this.

The rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The shower had great pressure with constant hot water and lovely toiletries provided.

If you like a dark room at night bring an eye mask. We had the family suite by the pool (which was fabulous). The pool lights are kept on at night.

The photos on Booking.com did not tell the truth about this property. The walls were mouldy and behind my room was a dumping ground with steel tubes and dust. The property was however comfortable, the room was lovely and the staff polite and attentive. Thr food, though vegetarian, I missed reading that in advance, was very good. The most interesting part of it was the collection of books for residents to read - from John Berger to Granta to eclectic collections of cinema and photography. But, the air conditioning constantly dipped and thr staff said it's not backed up when the electricity goes. That a property can call itself a 'boutique hotel' and not provide standard consistent airconditioning is not okay, not at boutique hotel prices. I brought this up with staff, wrote to the owners on the Booking.com app, followed up every day with staff and did not hear back. This is truly tragic. So I won't be recommending this space and will ask Booking.com to not list it as a boutique hotel but a homestay.

No security - gate keeper, no proler parking, slow - no wifi, over price, not safe with small kids many red ants in property- not good with kids, no loft and small climbing. Away from main area, beach is far. pool not clean and mostly greedy management. Not worth the spend. Many better places around at much better value for money.

For the cost they charge, breakfast should have been part of the deal and additional and overall cost of basic food items were exorbitant, Poha costs same in Taj and at Oceanic.

Had an amazing atay at oceanic. The food is very tasty, though I am concerned about the quantity they served but the taste was great. The hospitality was very satisfying.

The swimming pool was really small which was not as I expected. Also being the small size they are varying in depth from 3.5 to 6 feet, not helpful I would say. If they can make it even with 4-4.5 feet depth it would be ideal.

One thing I am always worried while travelling is a good bed, clean air & clean bathrooms. This is definitely the best place i have stayed in south goa with utmost comfort & neatness. Rooms are practically designed keeping the aesthetics in mind, beautifully done! Their beds are super comfortable, nothing less than a 5 star quality as well as the hygiene. Hotel provides free toiletries, a mini bar, safe locker, power backup, free high speed WiFi and many more amenities. Overall, had a great time at Oceanic!

Neatness, customer caring and ambience

Cost of the food is so high and quantity is very less. I was surprised when small chapati’s were charged for 50 Rs which doesn’t meet standard market price. So I would say if there is a chance to reduce the price and maintain the good quantity then this place would be better to choose for a stay or else it is not.

So many stairs to get up to the hotel, but there's nothing they can do about that.

Our room was located by the pool and was one of the newly built rooms. It was very clean, spacious and bright. The ensuite shower room was lovely. The staff and cleaners were all very friendly and helpful.

The curtains in our room were light cotton and therefore at night we could see the lights from the pool area which made if difficult to sleep.

The room was big and spacious and the bathroom and shower was very good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was good. Pretty dining area.

There were lots of steps as there are many levels (49 from the street to the room). The location, a bit isolated. Ants in the room. Very slow service for any food. Intermittant power cuts leading to the tv coming on in the middle of the night. The room cost was high and did not include breakfast.

This hotel was perfect for my first stay in Goa. The food was amazing and the staff were great. Close enough beaches with a short drive you can go to mutiple beaches. The staff went above and beyond for our stay with recommendations of where to go and assisting us with a taxi to the airport when our one fell through. Just a great experience.

A real relaxing wonderful stay. The rooms are super light and airy and all are cleaned daily to a good standard. Beds are comfy and linen is white and clean. Hotel itself is really peaceful and the pool area is a great place to relax. They can provide taxis, scooter hire and more, and staff were always willing to help. I have come to Palolem many times but this was the best stay yet. You will not regret a few nights here! Really quiet and night

It’s the first time we returned to Oceanic post covid and WOW!! This place just got revamped and we have had some amazing experiences at Oceanic with family and friends before and it just got better! What a luxurious stay we had. It was soo wholesome. The new interior is outstanding…Super classy & clean with amenities you don’t get everywhere in goa. Rooms are designed to have maximum functionality. As always they keep up the top notch service and make your stay the most comfortable. Oceanic also serves lip smacking drinks and food, variety of food options available including vegetarian cuisine which is their house cuisine and is Brilliant!! One word - Paradise! It’s a beautiful little paradise of its own in south goa..simply serene!! Coming back soon!

Beaches - palolem , patnem ,agonda are just 5 minutes away walking distance. Unlike other stays in goa where it’s always unhygienic and over crowded i loved how peaceful and super hygienic it was at oceanic plus its worth the price and affordable!! and Fooood! omg 😍 its so so difficult to get good vegetarian food in goa but oceanic is the best period. Highly recommended for a remarkable getaway. Can't wait to return!
