Très bel hôtel, avec une vue mer magnifique. Agréable promenade à pied jusqu'au centre de Roscoff.

Nous avons adoré l’emplacement, la bâtisse, le personnel aux petits soins, et le restaurant exceptionnel

Les hydrojets de la piscine ne fonctionnaient pas. Il manquait toujours des verres au spa La chambre n’avait pas de vue comme indiqué sur booking, il manquait des espaces de rangement. MAis dans l’ensemble tout s.est bien passé

Location was good. Room design was tasteful. Views were great

No air conditioning with only sliding doors onto a shared terrace. They provided a fab but it was inadequate. Seperate toilet with no wash basin makes little sense and is inconvenient. The breakfast at 32E was expensive with too little savoury and too many sweet items.

A beautiful location. Conveniently situated for the ferry port. Lovely view. Food was superb. The staff very helpful and friendly.

Een super locatie om te verblijven wij hadden een lodge met patio dus geen zeezicht maar wel naast de Spa. Het restaurant heeft vanaf alle tafels een uniek zeezicht

Le manque de prévenance de l’hôtesse d’accueil qui nous a précédé jusqu’à notre chambre sans porter le moindre bagage. La chambre donnant sur un patio intérieur commun à trois chambres. L’absence de sauna.

Magnifique bâtiment, vue exceptionnelle depuis le restaurant, personnel très accueillant et souriant. Le restaurant étoilé fantastique, petit-déjeuner avec grand choix de produits locaux bien que un peu cher quand-même. Chambre parfaite avec terrasse mais sans la vue sur mer. Literie parfaite avec lit King size.

Manque quelques rénovation dans le bâtiment et les chambres, un peu d'huile sur les portes des sdb mais c'est anecdotique.

Staff were amazing, friendly and very informative. didn't have the breakfast as we left early. the room was nice, clean and airy. very good shower.

the swimming pool and spa area only one of the jets were working in the pool, no member of staff in the area to ask about the pool or spa. how to turn the jets on isn't very informative. (Broken anyway)

Breakfast is from another level! top! would come back only for the breakfast! and the bed! we had the best night of sleep ever!.

Les chambres dans la partie ancienne qui ne sont pas du tout sur un standard 4 étoiles actuels.

La beauté du bâtiment, la chambre, la vue sur la mer, le délicieux petit déjeuner (un peu cher), la gentillesse des personnes de l’accueil.

Le massage n’était pas à la hauteur du lieu ni du prix. La table grince, il n’y a pas de musique douce pour couvrir le bruit de la VMC et la personne qui nous a massés ne semblait pas très formée.

Die Zimmer sind mit schönem Zugang zu einer Terasse ausgestattet. Sehr schön. Zudem gibt es genügend und Hoteleigene Parkplätze.

- le lieu, facile d'accéder au centre ville de Roscoff à pied + parking - la beauté de la chambre et du site - la chambre était grande - lit très confortable et grand - personnel sympathique - la piscine et les transats - bonne pression de la douche - soin au SPA agréable

- le prix un peu élevé du bistro - la piscine un peu glissante autour - les jets sont capricieux - odeur un peu désagréable dans la chambre le soir (comme des égouts?) - un peu de bruit des voisins du dessus

Excellent location, easy to get to, close to ferry terminal. Food was excellent though, Somewhat expensive especially wine.

Our original room was small, ventilation only through French windows so security would be a problem maybe. The Wardrobe doors were immovable and despite very good efforts by young receptionist, not able to fix properly. Therefore moved to only other room available, a large suite but not well designed. The shower water tap was damaged and very difficult to turn on or off. The two sink plugs did not operate, one we fixed, the other not able to.

O hotel fica num local lindo, de frente para o lindo mar de Roscoff. Estacionamento privativo, funcionários muito gentis, mimos no quarto. Cama confortável. Tem um restaurante gastronômico e um bistrô. Jantei no bistrô e a comida foi excelente. Ótimo café da manhã

Le restaurant avec son super petit déjeuner, les chambres spacieuses, propres et bien équipées, le personnel aimable et compétent.

La moquette un peu vieillotte dans les couloirs, le manque de miroir en pied dans la chambre et le manque de rangement dans la salle de bain. La connexion de la télé était défaillante et la réception aléatoire .

Great food, v comfortable bed and generally the staff were cheerful and helpful.

No air conditioning, apparently in any rooms, on what was a hot week. No fans offered for the rooms. The booking was undertaken with the understanding that a balcony was part of the deal but there wasn't one. The service in the bistro was very poor on the last night. Other than that the service was good.

Bâtisse en pierre rénové avec goût : notre chambre était spacieuse avec une literie ultra confort et un petit déjeuner délicieux. Le personnel est au top.

Mildew in shower. Room location difficult to manage with luggage - outside steps and gravel path.

Breakfast was exceptional. Probably the best breakfast I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Dinner served in bar as restaurant was fully booked, was very good.

Loud noise of people on terrace below our window till after midnight. No control by hotel of the excessive noise from after dinner celebrations on the terrace. Miserable nights sleep and departing at 06.30 for ferry. Very disappointing. We stayed last week and enjoyed a lovely room at the rear of the hotel. Avoid rooms above terrace, despite beautiful views.

The staff were so courteous abd helpful which was a bonus to ghe wonderful facility

L’allure générale, le confort, la piscine intérieure bien agréable, la magnifique chambre avec vue sur Roscoff, le hall majestueux et le petit déjeuner fabuleux!

personnel de réception peu à l'écoute et peu aimable pour réservation de l'emplacement d'une table de diner au restaurant NORI lors d' un séjour réservé 3 mois avant .( demande d'une table proche des baies avec vue mer ; on nous a installé au fond de la salle sur le passage des services ( on prévoyait de diner les 3 soirs de notre séjour , le 3 e soir nous sommes allé diner ailleurs !

Chambre spacieuse avec une terrasse vue mer agréable. Machine a café avec tout le nécessaire, madeleine et un petit sachet de gourmandise sucré. Boisson gratuite fournis gratuitement tous les jours le matin et peut être recharger le soir ci besoin. Piscine Petit déjeuner copieux, avec un large choix sucrés salés à la hauteur du prestige de l’hotel, même si le prix reste élevé.

Il manquait la climatisation dans la chambre, ainsi qu’un parasol pour la terrasse en plein soleil. Cadre tranquille, idéal pour ce reposer mais avec peu d’activités aux alentours

Die Lage direkt am Meer und zugleich nicht zu zentral, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die traditionellen Zimmer im Bestandsgebäude.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut aber viel zu teuer für das Angebot.

We liked the location with a double aspect view over the bay. The taster menu in the restaurant was excellent introducing so many different flavours. The location near the ferry port is also a bonus.

One member of staff offered help with our suitcase

Everything; this is a hotel of 2 standards. We were ignored in our request for a better room, simply moved to another similar room. We have mobility issues and couldn't have managed the very small shower or the lack of space around the bed in the first room, this room was possibly the smallest in the hotel. We would have paid willingly for a better room but I imagine as it was for 1 night only and through "booking.com" no one was interested. The corridor to the room was dimly lit and some carpeting was stained and dirty. The walls were painted a dull brown nothing like the bright clean look of the rest of the hotel The bathroom floor crawled with tiny insects escaping from a gap between the tiling on the floor and the wall. The wardrobe door was stuck closed and coming off the rail The bedding was stained. The room was dark, very small and the only chair was blocking the patio door opening. There were no notices regrading fire drill or room rates (is this not a regulation anymore ?) Our request for assistance regarding the faults in the room was met with total apathy and nothing was resolved. As it was for 1 night before our ferry crossing we were disillusioned and extremely disappointed but had no choice other than to stay We have stayed at this hotel in the past, independently, and been treated totally differently

Dinner was superb and full justifies Michelin 1 star.

La vue mer était très petite dans la chambre que l'on voulait nous donner. Après réclamation nous avons eu un upgrade avec une belle vue mer.

It is looking a little tired in the decoration ,unlike any other Relais and Chateaux property we have stayed in . Plus we have never stayed in a hotel who both at lunch and dinner had no functioning restaurant, not even bar food . If that was the case you would have thought at least when booking the hotel would have said .it was our whole point of staying there to eat in the restaurant.very disappointing!
