Atana Stay Salalah

Location was very good. Staff also was very friendly and cooperative. Room was clean. Privacy is more high. You can park in front of your room that was very good for us

Breakfast was very limited. We stayed for three days almost same and very limited. Teeth paste and brush not provided in the room. If you want you have to aske

Excellent service, no limitations and restrictions. Mr Hassan was good for room service and entire staff, receptionist, room service, chefs, catering manager. And peace full ambiance. Highly recommended

Great facilities and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Fantastic buffet breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and professional. Also the suit was so clean and neat.

Location is good . Parking space is big and wide . Easy to reach from anywhere.

Clean . I stayed 3 days . Keep asking to refresh or clean the room . By call . By front desk . But no one come all 3 days . That’s why i didn’t stay more .

The staff are good and supportive..location is good...mess good as well

1.Very old TV and very old movies. 2.No washing sink in the sitting room any cleaning required you have to use the toilet..Suggest every room must have a cleaning sink. 3.The cleaning staff needs to be monitor by Supervisor. 4.The room was NOT clean on Friday since the cleaning staff is in Holiday..Srange

Location and atmosphere were good at the resort especially at night. Staff were helpful.

Cleanliness was not up to the mark. The floor was soapy in all the rooms. Buffet was okay.

Location- from airport and easy access to city

Room design and property location

Clean

Hospitality Good and friendly staff without exception

Need Small sink near coffee machine

The location is good and it's inside the city of Salalah

they don't have a Smart TV for kids, so we can't open YouTube, and on the TV,, they don't have any kids' channels. Moreover, they don't have an inside lock for the main door of the apartment, I mean, kids can easily open the door and go outside.

Saeed was extremely hospitable and professional in his welcome, got ab upgrade to a suite which was very comfortable to have and has all the amenities needed. Breakfast is to order and decently prepared. A great stay for sure and even would be more so for families. The pool was also nice to have and gives a great aesthetic to the hotel.

Hospitality was best and service was quick whatever we asked .

TV settings was in Arabic , my kid was requesting for cartoon or any YouTube or screen mirroring but unfortunately the helper staff couldn't change settings and do anything in favor. So keeping in mind when all nationality are coming to Stay english should be primary or atleast technician should be able to change .

comfortable place...

W salonie i sypialni klimatyzacja.

The room was very spacious and clean; in general, the whole building is beautiful. Excellent breakfast. Last but not least, the guy at the reception was very kind and explained everything well. I recommend this hotel to everybody

Nothing to complain about

Very great hotel, the stuff were very welcoming especially Tarik. The breakfast was very nice 💯

Śniadanie w cenie noclegu do wyboru z karty. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Nie było takiej rzeczy.

This was an excellent stay. It's a large resort type hotel but was almost empty when we stayed. So they kindly gave us an upgrade to a huge room. It was comfortable and well appointed with an enormous bed... (I think they call it an Emperor bed). Breakfast was good. We choose this hotel as it's convenient for the airport. The pool had plenty of sunbeds to relax. The evening menu looked basic, so we went out to a restaurant for dinner, so cannot comment. In summary, a good hotel , good value for money and we would certainly stay here again.

Glorious resort with all amenities, big quiet rooms, nice pool, great breakfast and very helpful and kind staff. 10-15 min to the iconic Salalah beach , and great value for money too. Close to an area with restaurants, supermarket, other commerce.

The room rent was cheaper compared to other hotels. The staff at the reception, specifically the Omani staff, were very good.

Breakfast is available upon request; you need to place an order, and they will serve it. If you don't specify the amount of sausage or hashbrowns, you will only receive one. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drains, which made it difficult to use the bathrooms. Make sure to take the dental kit with you, as they do not provide it.

The included breakfast and particularly the service. Noor was very attentive ensured the omelettes we ordered were perfect.

The controls for the AC. Once or twice, the AC in the room was too cold or not cold enough.

Very convenient and good value. Great staff who were so helpful.

Nothing

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very comfortable and the location is perfectly quiet and peaceful. Everything went smoothly regarding the basics.

I felt the price was a bit high for what is offered. The hotel has great potential, but it needs some improvements and updates to justify the value.

We checked in on short notice and got an upgrade to the junior sweet. Staff is super friendly and the service is incredible, 100% satisfied and would highly recommend

Stattdessen begrüßte man uns sehr freundlich! Danke!

Size of the room

Location is far away from the nearest service centre. Car is essential

Good,. But it is very limited menu

Breakfast is currently not a buffet system. I would recommend switching to a buffet instead of taking individual orders. I would also suggest adding more items to the breakfast menu, as it is very limited.

Location and construction

Staff response and attitude was not good. Very late response . Our door lock was faulty and it took 1 day to rectify it.

Großzügige Anlage und große Zimmer.Leckeres Frühstück.

Wszystko. Ładne miejsce. Idealne do wypadu w każdym kierunku. Personel mega uprzejmy, śniadanie doskonałe, a basen cudowny.

Wszystko super!
