The location and the breakfast buffet😊

Took long time to check in.. there is only one staff to check in a whole bunch of hotel guest….

1. Staff helpful allowing me an early check in and late check out 2. The breakfast is good

1. the smell of humidity is still present and continues to be noticeable. I claimed but not appropriate addressed. 2. Missing variety of coffee such us cappuccino espresso …

all was bad

bad smell in all the hotel. It is not a hotel, it is apartment

كانت إقامتي في فندق IntercityHotel Salalah جدًا ممتازة وكل شيء كان بيرفكت. الغرفة كانت نظيفة ومريحة. الموقع ممتاز. التكييف بارد والماء حار وكل احتياجاتي كانت متوفرة. الفندق هادئ ومريح جدًا للإقامة. أكثر شيء عجبني تعامل الموظفين. كانوا بشوشين وخدومين ومتعاونين جدًا. أي شيء أحتاجه كانوا يساعدوني فيه بسرعة وبكل احترام. وأخص بالشكر الأستاذ سعود على اهتمامه وحرصه عليّ خلال إقامتي. كان جدًا متعاون ومهتم إن كل شيء يكون على أكمل وجه. بصراحة أنصح جدًا بالسكن في إنترسيتي صلالة. الفندق مريح والموظفين راقين ومتعاونين والمكان يعطيك إحساس بالراحة من أول ما توصل. تجربة جميلة جدًا وأتمنى أكررها مرة ثانية My stay at IntercityHotel Salalah was excellent, and everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was great, the air conditioning was cold, and the water was hot. Everything I needed was available, and the hotel was quiet and very comfortable for a stay. What I appreciated the most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, welcoming, and very accommodating. Whenever I needed anything, they were always ready to assist quickly and respectfully. A special thank you to Mr. Saud for his great attention and care throughout my stay. He was very helpful and genuinely made sure that everything was taken care of and that my stay was as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend staying at IntercityHotel Salalah. The hotel is comfortable, the staff are professional, friendly, and helpful, and the overall experience was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Because it’s near to the city Breakfast is great They suggest you a tour guide/driver that will roam around with you

I called someone 3 times to open the steaming room No one comes So I figure it out how to open by myself

المكان جميل ونظيف والموظفين متعاونين ولطيفين كلهم بلا استثناء

الاشكاليه ما عندهم سويت والفرش مليان شعر وحتى اللي يتبدل فيه شعر وايضا المرتبه الاضافيه فيها بقع. وما فيه تنوع فالافطار

Breakfast needs more varieties, small TV screens, check inn time needs more flexibility especially for families

يحتاج الى اعادة تأهيل للصالة الرياضية وكذلك تجديد مستلزمات الفرش بالغرف .

النظافه الترتيب التعاون من قبل الموظفين وسرعه الاستجابه الهدوء ، كانت اقامه رائعه وانصح بشده بالاقامه في هذا الفندق

اغطيه الاسره قديمه نوعا ما وتحتاج الى تبديل ، المناشف والفوط تحتاج أيضا تبديل بنوعيه ذات جوده أعلى ..

safety box isn't working, missed to clean the room even I put the "clean my room" tag in-front of my door and there is some days where internet is too slow.

Exceptional stay with kind staff and great room

only one downside the wifi was not good and very slow or not working

I had a top floor room, which had nice views of the cityscape.

-Gutes Frühstück -Zimmer war für den Preis wirklich gut -für 1 Nacht völlig ausreichend -großer Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe

-Pool wirkte nicht sauber -kann nicht mit dem Standart des Intercity Muscat mithalten, dafür preislich sehr erschwinglich

Over all room service , help desk for travel agency was quite within the hotel premises. Except the transportation for sight seeing which was little expensive. Rest all ok ❣️

Tutto. La posizione, centrale, accanto la Grande Moschea e a una bella passeggiata di mezz'ora dalla spiaggia e dalla Clock Tower. E a 10' di auto dall'aeroporto. La gentilezza del personale, sia della reception che della sala ristorante. La pulizia. Inoltre, nell'hotel ha sede un'agenzia di car rental ed escursioni nella zona (c'è l'insegna a lato dell'edificio), Ajith è stato di grande aiuto.
