Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The hotel is clean, hot water is available, comfortable and breakfast is good and has a lot of variety.
The reception is not kind and when you tell them about some issues like door key is not always working, they pretend they listen while they are ignoring. In addition to that, we arrived at 2:30 am to the hotel, so at the 10 we will go to start our city visit and we asked for the room service and the reception refused our request rudely and they mentioned you just came at mid night so why you need a room service even though we paid like a one full day.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Понравилось, что персонал вошел в положение: на следующий день нам надо было рано уезжать и мы не смогли бы воспользоваться завтраком, поэтому нам предложили покушать в этот день (а мы были голодные с дороги) и заселили раньше! Останавливались в этом отеле уже 3 раз. Недалеко торговый центр, минут 10 пешком.
Некоторые моменты требуют ремонта (дырка в стене - вентиляция, просто снята пластиковая заглушка?), ванная маловата для 3 человек, дверь открывается прямо на раковину.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Второй раз останавливались в этом отеле. Принципиально ничего особенно не поменялось. Есть 2 лифта (очень удобно с чемоданами, есть грузовой лифт), утром сытный завтрак. И что нам было особенно ценно - это близость к автовокзалу.
Номер оказался прокуренным, заменить его было невозможно, так как на ресепшн сказали, что других номеров нет(( Чистота номера тоже оказалась неидеальной

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Un ottimo hotel in posizione strategica per visitare il Monastero di Sumela e il centro di Trabzon. Camere con arredamento basico ma spaziose e molto pulite. Parcheggio privato gratuito accanto alla struttura. Personale gentile e disponibile.
La colazione è prevalentemente salata, poche le scelte sulla parte dolce. Il personale è molto gentile, ma in pochi parlano inglese e c'è stato qualche problema di comprensione (risolto con il traduttore online).

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Great location, private parking, and a nice room view. The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. Having a dedicated parking space was a big plus, and the view from the room was really lovely.
Poor mattress quality, breakfast issue, and basic cleanliness. My main issue was with the bed. Instead of a proper double mattress, it was two single mattresses pushed together. This left an uncomfortable gap in the middle, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. I asked the staff multiple times to replace it with a proper double mattress, but my request was ignored until I eventually gave up. Additionally, the breakfast lacked variety and wasn't very good. The overall cleanliness was also below expectations—it felt more like a average 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star experience

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026the location, 6 minutes from the airport and wherever you want to go the exist r just infront of the hotel, with in 5 minutes you are on your location route and very near to Trabzon Maydan. plus the breakfast was amazing every day they changed the egg verities one day omlet, one day shakshooka, on day fried sausage and the other day sausage in sauce, the best thing was that the kitchen was opened and we could see female staff working in the kitchen and making the breakfast in hygenic way. the breakfast was delicious and far above my expectation
was traveling with my friend leaving in the morning and coming back at night so what we needed an easily accessable accomodation and a clean and comfortable room with confortable bed, and this hotel fullfilled our needs, the only thing we missed was an iron and ironing board, the hotel doesnt have this facility and if for ironing they charge a lot

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026It is a long list so I will start with breakfast, they don't have variety and the main course is not related to Arab cousins. The room had very bad blankets. The bathroom chair was leaking water They don't clean the room unless you tell the recipient and when I did they said they don't change the towels everyday! Staff are not welcoming or friendly Language barrier is always a problem

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Отель расположен в непосредственной близости к автовокзалу, что было для нас особенно важно. Номер просторный, чистый. Завтрак - шведский стол, очень разнообразный и вкусный.
У персонал нет клиентоориентированности. При том, что мы заселились практически ночью и отель был явно не заполнен полностью, нам не разрешили пробыть в номере на три часа больше положенного.

للأسف كانت تجربتي في مكان الإقامة دون المستوى المتوقع. مستوى النظافة يحتاج إلى تحسين، والصيانة غير جيدة، كما أن الاستجابة لطلبات النزلاء كانت بطيئة. بعض المرافق لم تكن تعمل بالشكل المطلوب، ولم أشعر بأن الخدمة تعكس القيمة المدفوعة. آمل أن يتم الاهتمام بهذه الملاحظات وتحسين جودة الخدمة مستقبلاً.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Отель чистый красивый. Все удобства в номере. Есть неплохой завтрак. Напротив автовокзала.Рекомендую тем кто едет дальше на автобусе куда либо. Если вы в городе остаетесь, то лучше взять другой отель, так как расположение не самое приятное, вокруг одни шиномонтажки и прочее.
Район. Вокруг одни сервисы и шиномонтаж.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026因为要一早坐bus，选择了这家酒店。酒店就在bus terminal旁边，非常方便。房间干净宽敞，基本设施齐全。浴室很新，洗澡间很大，水压水温都很好。我们是3月入住的，早餐是8点开始，不知夏天会不会更早一些。早餐种类满足基本需求，这个价位来讲我觉得性价比不错。
3月入住刚进房间时比较冷，因为房间很大，所以要等半个小时左右，空调热风才能把房间变暖。但比较好的地方是空调比较静音，睡觉时一直开着也不会很吵。
