The staff could not have done more for you!! They were all so kind and helpful. The rooms were stunning and location was fairly central. Very clean and even offered a second cleaning. Our flight was early the morning we left so they arranged takeaway breakfast for us. 5 star place

Located in a whiter part of Uluwatu but still central to everything. The villa, pool, staff and breakfast were stand outs! Very happy with our stay. Thank you 🙏🏽

Great location in-between 2 little busy areas..if you like that sort of thing. Nice and quiet though. Had our own little lounging area with sunbeds in the pool. Wish we could have stayed more than 1 night but they were fully booked.

The door banged at night so we put a backpack and pillow against it. Seemed to solve that one. Other than that it was great.

Es war lauter als erwartet (Verkehr und Baulärm in der Nähe) , dafür kann die sehr schöne Unterkunft aber nichts.

Todo fue excelente. La atención del personal (sobre todo Edy que nos ayudó muchísimo), las instalaciones, la limpieza, la ubicación. Repetiría sin dudar si vuelvo a Uluwatu.

Wunderschöne Oase im belebten Uluwatu. Sehr schöner Poolbereich und schöne Zimmer. Wie überall war das Personal auch hier sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gut gelegen in Uluwatu, Strände und die Haupteinkaufs- und Restaurantstraße sind nahe gelegen. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen 😊

Amazing breakfast!! You pick from a set menu but the presentation is restaurant style. Really enjoyed it. The staff are super attentive and are amazing for recommendations. The place is super relaxing and calm and the pool is stunning.

The location is 5 mins away from the main road but it is down some windy back roads. However if you order a GRAB (basically bali’s uber) are super easy to order, arrive within a minute and are £1.50-£2.50 usually.

A lovely hotel! We stayed there for about 4 nights, and the service was wonderful and very kind. Location was perfect.

Sehr schön angelegtes Hotel die eigenen Liegen am Pool sind super und sehr privat! Extrem gutes Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch das Frühstück war sehr gut!

Das Hotel hat uns von Anfang an sehr gut gefallen. Die gesamte Anlage wirkte sehr gepflegt und schön gestaltet. Auch die Zimmer waren ansprechend eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet mit einer leisen Klimaanlage und schönem Badezimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Das inkludierte Frühstück war sehr lecker und empfehlen wir definitiv. Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften auf Bali, gehörte diese zu unseren Favoriten.

Einziges kleines Manko an der Unterkunft ist die Lage, da man zu Fuß nahe gelegene Restaurants und Shops nur über eine schmale Straße mit viel Verkehr erreicht. Man kann dies nur umgehen in dem man sich selbst einen Roller mietet oder per Grab fortbewegt.

staff was super helpful and friendly, on our last day the receptionist margaret helped inform us to leave to the airport earlier than we planned due to heavy traffic in bali. If it weren't for her we mightve missed our flight. The rooms were super spacious, clean and beautiful too and location was super close to some of the hotspots in uluwatu by gojek like alchemy yoga and some popular cafes/restaurants (gooseberry, forno, nibs yoghurt, deli 5-10 mins away) and other beaches (e.g. padang padang beach - 15 mins away)

not really anything though i think the ac remote spoiled on our last night for our room - we couldnt change the temperature only on that night

Only thing I didn’t like was leaving !

Overall, the hotel had some strong positives. On the plus side, the room itself was very nice with a comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom, and a great shower. Having a dedicated sunbed was also a really nice touch to relax by the pool.

The biggest issue during my stay was the WiFi. It stopped working after the first night and was unavailable for the rest of the stay which would have been fine if the staff acknowledged the issue. When I raised this with staff, they repeatedly insisted it wasn’t their fault and initially suggested that both myself and another guest were using it incorrectly (wrong password, etc.), which delayed any real attempt to resolve the issue for over 24 hours. What was most disappointing was the lack of ownership or customer care. Even when it became clear the problem wasn’t on our end, there was no real effort to fix it promptly, no updates, and no goodwill gesture offered if it couldn’t be fixed. On the final morning, I was also reminded during breakfast that there were only 45 minutes until checkout which just felt unnecessary and added to the overall sense of unhelpful, slightly frustrating service. A comfortable stay physically, but let down by poor handling of basic service and guest experience.

Highly recommend this place, the breakfast is to die for, the staff are amazing the cleanliness is such at high standards.

Rooms need a TV And iron and ironing board

It's very relaxing, the pool is great for swimming, the toilet of the room is very nice and bed is comfortable. We also like the people! I forgot the guy's name at the reception he's very accommodating & helpful. Thank you all for your help & good service provided to us.

Maybe we can request for a television inside! Cos during evening there's nothing much to do. A TV would be nice to avoid boredom.

We loved everything about the Kalia. A massive shout out to Margaret, Eddie, bude, Sandi, Landra, thank you for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. Waking up everyday in this private tropical oasis was how a holiday should be. From the breakfast, to happy hour cocktails, to the massages, comfortable bed, lounging around the pool, to how clean our rooms were everyday! It truely is such an awesome boutique hotel. we loved every minute of it to the point where we were so sad to leave. Already planning to come back next year❤️
