Fabulous stay! Perfect location -- right off the busy main road in a tucked away quiet neighborhood with walkable coffee shops, restaurants, retail stores, Bambu Fitness, Alchemy Yoga, and the beach. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and took care of us with clean rooms, a warm breakfast, and made our stay just that much better. We loved swimming in the heated pool as well. I highly recommend and would love to come back!

The hotel is beautiful, lovely rooms and pool area and really quiet even though it is next to a busy area. It’s walking distance to a lot of places to eat and drink. The cafe and breakfast are really good and staff are super friendly.

There were foul odors coming from the bath and the AC unit. The cleaning could be better.

Lovely hotel with the most loveliest of staff. They recalled my name the whole time i was there which was a nice touch. Food at breakfast time and also evening snacks etc were superb. It was a little smaller than I expected from the pictures but still a great place to stay. There is a fridge in the room and fully stocked as a mini bar at rwally good prices, also drinking water provided. I asked for a kettle and they gave me one immediately.

Superleuke accommodatie en ik zou zeker terugkomen. Het ligt heel centraal, maar je hebt wel alle rust als je dat zou willen.

Ik heb geen negatieve opmerkingen.

Cute pool, garden and restaurant area. Great central location but it felt quiet. Loved the outdoor shower.

The rooms are cute but quite dark. Pool furniture isn’t protected at night, so is worn a bit.

De locatie is heel prettig en relaxing. In downtown Uluwatu is dit een rustige getaway, maar toch in het midden van alles wat gaande is. Heerlijk zwembad en prettig personeel. We konden niet laat uitchecken maar er was een douche en toilet beschikbaar voor na het uitchecken.

Weinig stopcontacten en geen plek om je koffer op te zetten

Hotel położony jest w super lokalizacji, blisko restauracji, sklepów i siłowni. Obiekt ma piękny zielony ogród. Obsługa hotelu jest bardzo miła. Jedzenie było bardzo smaczne.

Zapach w pokoju - niestety ciężko czasem było wytrzymać i musieliśmy wietrzyć pokój. Wydaje mi się, że zapach wydobywał się z klimatyzacji, był duszący. Sejf w pokoju jest malutki, nie jest przytwierdzony do niczego.

The whole experience was amazing! We were stunned by the open bathroom and the room's design.

The staffs were incredible friendly. The location is amazing! The place is very clean and the rooms are so quiet and peaceful.

We had an internet issue for 24h but it didn’t affect our stay.

The team was excellent! Great communication & everyone makes you feel welcomed.

Alles! Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage ist es total ruhig. Im traumhaften Garten lässt sich mit einer Kokosnuss perfekt aushalten. Das Essen, der Kaffee und der Service sind wirklich außergewöhnlich. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen!

Déjà, le cadre de l’hôtel est très agréable. C’est un petit oasis dans le tumulte d’Uluwatu. Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus. Le Mule Malu est très bien situé ! Vous pouvez accéder à des restaurants, des boutiques, des marchés à pied, et des ATM facilement, à moins de 15min. Enfin tout le monde est adorable !! Toujours disponible et très attentif. La chambre que j’ai eu était confortable et très jolie. La salle de bain est en extérieur.

Certaines chambres ont des vues plus jolies sur la piscine mais rien de dramatique !

Die Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön und sehr gepflegt! Der Poolbereich ist außergewöhnlich schön und man verbringt gerne seine Zeit dort! Auch die Zimmer haben alles, was man benötigt. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hat auf alle Wünsche reagiert. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker meiner Meinung nach von den Portionen, aber etwas klein.

Super freundliches Personal & schöne Anlage

Dit is een oase van rust met een heerlijke kamer en buitendouche, prachtig zwembad, ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. TOP. Het ontbijt en de keuze is meer dan prima, lekker vers sap, heerlijke sandwich of yoghurt met fruit, het kan allemaal. Ook voor de lunch of diner hoef je niet perse op pad, prima keuken en heerlijke gerechten. Zeer zeker de pizza's. We waren hier de laatste drie dagen van onze rondreis en konden heerlijk bijkomen van alles. TIP. houdt voor de taxitijd naar de airport zeker 1.5 - 2 uur aan want de weg ernaar toe is heel erg druk.

Echt een mooi kleinschalig hotel. Mooi zwembad, heerlijk water. Fijne ligbedjes en de bar met drinken, ontbijt en lunch was echt heerlijk. Accomodatie is prima, buitendouche is heerlijk en heeft verder alles wat je nodig hebt. Locatie is prima en dicht bij de winkels. Mocht je iets nodig hebben dan staat het mega vriendelijke personeel voor je klaar!!

Als we dan iets moeten noemen, dan is het dat ze niet genoeg ligbedjes met kussens hebben.

Er mogen iets meer ligbedjes bij het zwembad. Het zou ook fijn zijn als er iets meer opbergruimte in de kamer is.

Lo mejor es la ubicación! Estas cerca de la playa, lugares para comer, super práctico. La pileta y el jardín son muy lindos y los baños al aire libre le dan un toque especial. El desayuno completo, mejoraría los jugos a elección. Volvería.

Such a beautiful little property, awesome pool and communal outside space, breaky was great, coffe was great. Such a good vibe! The rooms were perfect for us (family of 3) stunning outside bathroom to all the little details in the room. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved our little weekend break here, will definitely be back.

I loved absolutely EVERYTHING!!! The staff was super kind, the food was amazing and the room was LOVELY!

The bathroom was outdoor so I did see a few bugs that freaked me out but other than that it was fine.

Очень чисто и красиво. Завтрак просто лучший за нашу поездку. Конечно в ванной муравье. Но это уличное помещение и гекконы. Постельное белье не новое. Запах сырости присутствует. Но персонал старается. Наши вещи там тоже не сохли совсем. Это нюанс очень зеленого и красивого места. Рядом рестораны в шаговой доступности.

Staff and their communication - they were so nice all the time! Restaurant + bar - Such a good food! Property is heaven in Earth - such a nice pool and surroundings. Loved every bit of it!

We absolutely loved Mule Malu! Although the hotel is in a very central location, once you enter the grounds it is so peaceful - a real tropical paradise. The pool area was beautiful and always very quiet. The restaurant area was lovely and the food and drinks were great - we particularly enjoyed the pizzas and generous breakfast portions. The real stand out, however, was the staff who were so welcoming and helpful. We will be back!

Le lieu est agréable et paisible. J'ai apprécié le restaurant, la piscine et la localisation proche de tout mais calme et pas bruyant.

La chambre un peu sombre et il y a eu une panne de courant longue je n'ai pas eu de climatisation toute la nuit et pas de WiFi j'ai du aller ailleurs pour travailler mais je sais que ce n'était pas la faute de l'hôtel

Highly recommended! The staff was very kind and warm, always ready to meet every need. The garden is wonderful and welcoming, the rooms are perfect and the beds are very comfortable. I had a very deep and restful sleep. Time flew by. The breakfast is rich, made with excellent quality ingredients and very well prepared. Thank you so much to all of you.

I loved everything about this place- the warm staff, the tranquility and gorgeous garden pool area, the food, my room and location. I will be back!

All I can say is staff, were kind, helpfull and friendly.

During our recent stay, we encountered two significant issues that affected our overall experience. The restaurant portions were excessively small — approximately one-quarter of a normal serving. This applied to both à la carte orders and breakfast. We frequently left meals still hungry and had to order additional items. We strongly recommend that management review and increase the portion sizes to meet guest expectations. Additionally, the area experiences frequent power outages. During our stay, the hotel only provided two candles as backup. Because we had to keep the room door closed due to bugs and animals outside, there was no airflow or functioning air conditioning, making the room very uncomfortable and stuffy. In a popular tourist destination where power cuts are common, we believe the hotel should be better prepared by providing more adequate emergency lighting (such as torches or lanterns) and considering other guest comfort solutions during outages. Improving these basic services — food quantity and outage preparedness — would greatly enhance guest satisfaction. We could really get same service with lower price in somewhere else

Super good location and nice pool area

The food and overall quality of service is a bit on the weaker side. The staff do their best but the whole place is lacking that little extra in terms of taste and quality of food,moist stinking room and textiles and attention to detail. I do understand that people like the place though but just wasn’t the right fit for me.
