EBO Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake)

We had a nice stay in Ebo hotel. The breakfast was fine. The location perfect ,right by the metro. The standard of the hotel was fine, enough for 2 nights stay. The staff super friendly and helpful.

Nothing is missing.

1. Не минус отеля, скорее, человеческий фактор. Не работали обе сушильные машины, хотя объявление об этом было только на одной. Я постирала белье в машинке, а сушить пришлось на вешалках, утром досушивать феном, т.к. за ночь оно не высохло. Персонал отеля пытался помочь, чем мог, и предоставил дополнительные вешалки.

Rất sạch sẽ, văn minh; nhân viên thân thiện, chu đáo. Tôi cực kỳ hài lòng khi ở đây.

Definitely the central location - within feet of the metro station exit, easy access to many attractions, especially West Lake! The fun robot service and the high tech gadgets, in the room! Lovely exterior garden area. The fantastic 5* reception team- 'Cape Jasmine /Yu- were super efficient and orofessional- their care extended beyond my stay! Thank you.

Location is the best as you can walk to a lot of attraction places within a 10-20 minutes walk. Tons of different styles restaurants.

During the period I stayed at this facility, temp was around 35-38 C The A/C was really slow to reach my set temp. You need to keep the A/C running all day and night. If shut down, by the time you went back to your room, temp will be in the low 30s. Even with whole night running, the room temp was around 26.

Posizione comodissima, ottimo staff e servizio lavanderia. Camera enorme e pulita, ci torneremo sicuramente!

La zona letto non era divisa dalla zona doccia/vasca, la stanza è rimasta quindi sempre un po' umida nonostante le finestre aperte. Forse un deumidificatore tenderebbe la camera davvero perfetta!

El trato recibido por la recepcionista Cape Jasmine, se portó muy bien, ayudándome en todo momento a buscar y sugerir atracciones, excursiones, lugares de interés, muy atenta.

The location is great! Just 2 minutes walk to subway. I love that they have washing and dryer machines!

The aircon was not functioning well or maybe we didn't know how to manage it. It was extremely hot. The tv movie connections was not so good too

Hotel moderno y muy limpio con un buen desayuno. A 30 metros de la parada de metro. Permite ir andando al West Lake. Indispensable comprar con antelación las entradas al templo de Lingyin ellos nos dijeron que en el mismo día no nos dejarían entrar y así fue.

Our stay was amazing - the room was clean and cozy and the city view was incredible, especially at night. The breakfast was delicious with many different options to pick from. The hotel's location was also very convenient for sightseeing, especially when it comes to the West Lake. Overall we had an amazing experience with the hotel.

Great location, Metro is literally a stone throw away and not far from West lake. Lots of food options around, and for those who need fast food or coffee, KFC and Starbuck are nearby.

Por sacar pegas quizás las fuentes de la terraza que están en reforma. Pero está todo limpio y tiene agradables vistas.

Très bonne situation de l'hôtel, près de toutes commodités, restaurants, transport en commun, magasins. Déplacements à pied très facile. Personnel ne parlant pas les langues étrangères mais très aimable et serviable, on utilise des traducteurs pour discuter et ce n'est pas un problème en soit. Hôtel avec des équipements très modernes et automatisés, confortables en tout point. Nous avions eu droit à un surclassement gratuit de notre chambre et c'était formidable. Une très belle vue sur la ville à travers notre chambre nous est offerte.

Le system d'air conditionné n'est pas très optimal mais c'était suffisant pour nous car nous n'aimons pas les trop grands écarts de température. La salle de bain et la toilette étaient séparées par des vitres teintées de collants mais on voit quand même à travers (seulement la forme de notre corps). Cela peut manquer d'intimité pour certaines personnes.

We had a wonderful stay at EBO Hotel. The staff were excellent, very kind, helpful, and professional. Everyone treated us warmly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious with a very good variety, and everything was clean, organized, and well maintained. The room was comfortable and the service was excellent throughout our stay. Thank you to the whole team for making our visit so pleasant. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The location is great if you only have limited time to spend in Hangzhou, it is walking distance to West Lake, has a metro station just outside, nearby to bus stops that can take you to Lingyin Temple and a shared bike parking station. The bed was comfortable and breakfast buffet was great.

The small details are not well thought out. For example the vanity lighting is awful overhead light which gives terrible shadows and visibility if youre trying to do anything with your face in the mirror, the shower has a semi transparent wall directed toward the bed so your movements can be watched by anyone else in the room while showering, the soap dispenser seemed like something youd expect in a kids bathroom at a home, not a hotel (plastic with a worn off sticker on the front). And the extra hospitality was lacking, we had successfully been able to use our Australian plugs in a different hotel in Shanghai then found they wouldnt go in to any of the sockets in our room here, so asked for help and was given a single wall plug for a usb a cable (which all our cables were usb c so could not use our own) and the usb a to c cable given was about 10cm long. Asked for a longer cable and received a very long cable however it did not work at all. Between two people having to ration the charger was a little annoying. Also asked at the front desk to borrow umbrellas since it was raining and they handed us one which was broken and one which was stuck to itself and smelt like something vaguely rotting like it had had something split and go off in it. We only noticed this once opening the umbrellas outside to use them. These could have been avoided if there was a little more attention to the details like checking any cables given out are working, checking umbrellas are clean and not broken.

Great location. Walking distance to the night market and West Lake. Great rooms. Very good breakfast. Washing machine for guests.

Music played every time you go in the room and you have to manually go to the knob to turn it off. TV turns on at the same time, when you turn it off, the speakers in the room make a feedback noise and you have to go to the knob again to turn that off. Hotel staff didn't speak a speck of English, all communication with staff had to go through Google Translate and took its time. My Wi-Fi account wasn't activated the whole time I was there, even tho I raised the issue, but the language barrier took its toll there, I guess... No laundry service, however you can do it yourself. Very weird smell in the room upon arrival. Very close to road so don't have your window open at night if you want to get a good nights sleep because people use the horn 24/7 on their vehicles.

The location is absolutely fantastic! Staff is helpful and responsive, and the value is pretty high. Steps away to the Fengqi train station and within 10 minutes of walk to Wulin Night Market. Many shops and restaurants around. This is not just the broadly considered city center area in Hangzhou, this is literally the super-centerally located area and it's in the West Lake resort area.

(1) The WiFi isn't stable and get off by itself while I tried to run some programs over night; hope the availability of paid WiFi (but only if it's stable and better) can be communicated well. (2) the shower area next to a bed is 50% transparent, which is quite awkward to my preference... It'll be better to have better light blockers for better privacy.

Rooms are clean but can be improved. Wifi is not working well Our airport transfer was not able to find the hotel at first. Additional information- hotel Chinese name is 亿伯酒店 maybe useful instead of EBO Hotel

It’s close to metro station at Fengqi Rd. hotel room was clean and just nice for two person. The staff were friendly and provided free laundry service. The room is a smart room, with lights and TV and music all controlled by switches.

Toilets have no bidet but I guess that’s a norm in China. The breakfast spread were okay, not fantastic

Prima locatie, prima kamer en prima ontbijt. Gewoon goed, maar ook niet meer dan dat. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk maar niet echt behulpzaam met wegwijs maken door de omgeving en sprak heel weinig of geen Engels. De kamer is van alle gemakken voorzien, echt een prima verblijf voor een paar dagen om Hangzhou en omgeving te ontdekken!

Ik vond de kamer wat donker, weinig opties met verlichting waardoor het wat benauwend voelt (bijvoorbeeld bij de badkamer spiegel en entree). De indeling was ook iets onlogisch. Het ontbijt was prima maar niet echt veel variatie.

The hotel is very close to Wulin night market (only 10 min walk) and a metro station. The guys at the reception were kind and helpful. I asked for a plug-there is no USBC plug in the room- and they found me one. They upgraded us to a bigger room. The room was immaculate! Very clean. Even if they didn’t speak English, they always tried to help. Breakfast is ok.

The music and tv that came on automatically. When I arrived jet lagged late at night, I couldn't find the off switch. It was very frustrating! The switching for the lights and curtains took me longer than usual to figure out.

Location is good ,within walking distance to Westlake, shopping mall. Metro trains nearby make it easy to travel to other parts of Hangzhou.. Breakfast is good ,widespread of food. Room well maintained.

Il letto matrimoniale è spazioso e confortevole, con biancheria pulita e curata. Molto apprezzata la presenza di numerose prese elettriche, comode per chi viaggia con più dispositivi. Il bagno, con doccia separata e lavandino all'ingresso, è ben organizzato e funzionale. La pulizia è stata impeccabile per tutta la durata del soggiorno, con cambio degli asciugamani effettuato quotidianamente. Il personale della reception si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile. La colazione a buffet è abbondante e variegata. La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dalla fermata della metropolitana, che consente di raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi punto della città.

Excellent breakfast, you have Western and Eastern breakfast choices. The room was big and clean (they gave me an upgraded room. Thanks you very much for this). The staff is really nice and helpful. I highly recomended.

Quando si fa il copia-incolla dell'indirizzo, l'indirizzo dell'hotel non corrisponde, ma rimanda ad un'altro Ebo hotel, che dista non poco.. Quando si arriva alle 2 di notte in un'hotel che non è il tuo, è un bel problema. Perciò suggerisco caldamente a Booking di controllare. La moquette nella stanza.

My children and I had an incredible experience with the amazing Cape Jasmine. She went all the way out to help us in a time of need and followed up with us all the way until we boarded our train. We have never met anybody in the world of such enthusiasm, responsibility, and passion for her work. We are deeply blessed by her, and we wish that we could come back again to experience the same level of service that we have seen from her. She has certainly set the yardstick for what customer service should be.
