La ubicación, al lado de la estación de tren central. El personal no puede ser más agradable. El día anterior se pusieron en en contacto para saber a la hora del checking nada más llegar nos ofrecieron un café y enseguida nos dieron la habitación y eso que eran las 9:30 10:00 de la mañana. Todos un encanto pero la chica fue muy muy atenta.

El ruido de la nevera y que con la condensación mojaba constantemente el suelo baldosa, pero bueno por decir algo negativo.

Una nota di merito va sicuramente alla colazione, davvero ottima e molto varia: ben 6 tipi di torte, tiramisù, 4 tipi di cornetti, frutta fresca, spremuta, succhi di frutta, marmellate, Nutella e tutti i classici della colazione, compreso il latte. Ho trovato tutto molto pulito e ben curato. Il personale è stato sempre molto cortese, disponibile e accogliente. Un'esperienza davvero positiva, che consiglio sicuramente!

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Joli! It was a great spot for a short two-night stay and the location was incredibly convenient. It’s super close to the train station, which made arriving and getting around very easy, but it’s also within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, shops, and other things to explore. The hotel was comfortable and had everything I needed for a quick stay. I especially appreciated being able to easily come and go without having to worry about transportation. The location made it a great home base for exploring the area while still being convenient for catching the train.

Herkese tavsiye derim.

Ho apprezzato molto la gentilezza e professionalità dello staff, la cura e la pulizia degli spazi, l'ampiezza della camera, la comodità del letto e l'ottima colazione, con un ampia offerta di prodotti freschi e fatti in casa, sia dolci che salati. Rapporto qualità e prezzo davvero ottimo: è un 2 stelle ma supera di gran lunga molti 3 stelle in cui io e mio marito abbiamo pernottato! Inoltre ho apprezzato molto che sia una struttura a conduzione famigliare, gestita da persone che amano e conoscono il territorio toscano.

The location was blissful, the room was a great size. Had all the things you need, comfortable and cheery and simple. Aircon was great for mid July and elevator a welcome reprieve for the feet. Breakfast was a delight, and the little balcony just beautiful. It felt like staying somewhere where the people working there cared about you and your family.

Konumu harikaydı. Bir çok önemli yere yürüme mesafesinde ve tren istasyonuna yakınlığı da çok büyük bir artı. Şirin bir aile işletmesi, hepsi çok güleryüzlüydü. Odalar konforlu ve temiz. Kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi. Bir sonraki seyahatimde yine burada kalırım.

Beğenmediğimiz pek bir şey olmadı. Sadece odamıza biraz merdiven çıkarak ulaşıyoruz. Valiz taşırken yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar ama yinede bir sonraki gelişimde alt kattan bir oda rica etmeyi düşünürüm.

Excellent location, very good room size, the owners and employees are really friendly and made us feel very welcomed. And the breakfast is excellent, with the home made tiramisu and a lot of options to choose.

Problém s parkovaním: 1. Hotel je v zóne s limitovaným prístupom vozidiel (ZTL). 2. Hotel zabezpečil parkovanie v garáži s potvrdením pre vstup do ZTL. Cena mala byť 30 EUR na 24 hodín. Ale nakoniec to bolo 35 EUR na deň bez ohľadu na počet hodín. Takže za 1,5 dňa sme platili 70 EUR. 3. Keď sme reklamovali cenu parkovania, na recepcii stratili potvrdenie z parkoviska. Potom nám z garáže nechceli vrátiť auto.

We were incredibly pleased with our 3-night stay at this hotel. Although our room wasn't ready when we arrived early, the complimentary coffee and permission to leave our luggage was a very kind gesture. The coffee instantly relieved all our fatigue, and we immediately started exploring the city. Since we were passing through a different city, our stay was only 5 minutes from the train station. Apart from that, it's within a maximum of 15-30 minutes of all the tourist attractions. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. We were truly delighted and can confidently choose this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Thank you!!

Poca carta igienica e asciugamani. Servizo di check in non accettabile per il tipo di struttura, a causa del ritardo dell’aereo nessuno era disponibile in struttura per darci le chiavi, ci sono stati inviati tantissimi messaggi preimpostati con indicazioni errate e video lunghissimi e dopo aver chiamato direttamente la struttura e averci dato finalmente le indicazioni corrette siamo riusciti ad entrare, un ora persa per di più con il disagio che il portiere non voleva farci entrare ed eravamo in auto senza la possibilità di entrare in garage. Suggerisco di rendere disponibile una persona in presenza anche di notte per casistiche come queste

The room was on the smaller size but it was big enough for our needs. The location is great, only a few minutes walk from the train station and the big market as well. Staff was extremely helpful: we checked out before the official breakfast time and they prepared a little bag of breakfast for us to take away.

This is a family-run hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is both convenient and quiet.

The air conditioning struggled to cool the room during the summer heat. I suggest providing a standing fan to compensate, as the current unit is slightly undersized for the space. Other than this, it was a perfect stay.

We chose Hotel Joli for its location and short distance from the train station. The room was as advertised and met all our needs. I liked the old style elevator. The hotel had a morning breakfast with protein sandwiches, pastries, fruit, and other misc. items. And most important to my wife, cappuccino and for me, breakfast tea & honey. But what I liked best of all was the friendly and accommodating owner/manager. Two thumbs up!!

First of all, the hotel was extremely clean. I felt like we were the first people who were using bed covers. The staff was so kind and nice. It was quite a big room and the location was really nice.

Our room was in front of the elevator so sometimes we heard the voice but that was not a big problem.

I have gone on a trip of one month with about 10 hotels and this is by far the best one, and the breakfast is superb. Great room.

Honestly, there was not much I liked about this hotel. The woman who welcomed us was very nice, but we only saw her when we arrived. She did not check on us, and there was no way to contact her from our hotel room when we needed something. The location was central to hot spots in Florence and to the train station, BUT the surrounding area was not very safe.

Hotel Joli was a huge disappointment. We were traveling as a family of eight—four adults and four children—and this hotel made what should have been an enjoyable stay unnecessarily stressful. To start, Hotel Joli occupies a building shared with another hotel and private apartments, which made the experience feel disorganized from the moment we arrived. The lobby is not on the ground floor but in a tiny room on the third floor. Reaching it required using an extremely small, hand-operated elevator that could fit only one or two people with a couple of suitcases. In the afternoon heat, our family had to make multiple trips just to check in with all of our luggage. To make matters worse, despite booking as one group, we were split between two different floors alongside other guests. There seemed to be no consideration given to keeping our family together. For a group with children, this was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. The hotel also has no common spaces whatsoever—no restaurant, no bar, no lounge, not even a seating area where families or groups can gather. Because of the intense heat outside, we spent more time at the hotel than we had anticipated, yet we had no choice but to remain isolated in our separate rooms instead of spending time together. Our room had several serious maintenance issues. The bathroom had a persistent, unpleasant odor that appeared to be coming from the toilet. Even worse, there were gaps around the window doors that allowed mosquitoes to enter the room all night. We were repeatedly bitten while trying to sleep. There wasn't even a blanket provided, so we couldn't comfortably adjust the air conditioning. If we kept the room cooler, we had nothing to cover ourselves with. If we raised the temperature, the mosquitoes became unbearable. We eventually had to stuff towels around the window doors ourselves just to reduce the number getting into the room.

Great location, just 5 mins walk from the station and close to lots of nice restaurants and bars. Comfy room with everything we needed.

We feel welcomed. The owner’s daughter was very warm and kind. She also made us coffee and breakfast when we arrived early morning. She offered to have us checked in as soon as cleaning was completed but we didn’t want them to rush. She then offered to make us sandwiches for lunch but we had lunch plans. The breakfast next day was very lovely. We had a chance to access the terrace with a very nice view. We love this fish sandwiches. Everything is great and we had a lovely stay.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ideal – nur wenige Schritte vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Auch das Stadtzentrum ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, mit vielen selbstgemachten Speisen (probiert das Tiramisu!). Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und wir konnten unser Gepäck auch nach dem Check-out noch bis zum Abend dort lassen. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gepflegt und mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Nachts ist ein Türöffner eines benachbarten Gebäudes auch bei geschlossenem Fenster deutlich hörbar. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte daher Ohrstöpsel mitbringen.

The staff were very friendly and it felt secure, great location with the old town centre and the train station so close by. It is also close to the local grocery shops. The cleaning service was very good with towels being replaced daily. The key system was also good and straight forward, I would definitely stay here again.

Ma soprattutto la signora , proprietaria , che ci ha visto partire alle 6 e mezza del mattino (causa partenza volo ) e ci ha preparato la colazione nonostante l’orario delle colazioni iniziasse alle 8 del mattino . C’était très propre et bien situé. Le personnel est parfait ! Accueillants, gentils, à l’écoute et aidants. L’endroit est aussi parfait pour se reposer étant calme et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnellement bon. Un petit déjeuner comme j’en ai rarement vu dans un autre hôtel.

Avevamo letto alcune recensioni che dicevano che le camere non erano molto pulite, ma la nostra era spaziosa, molto più grande della media, e sia il letto che il bagno erano perfettamente puliti. Abbiamo soggiornato in un ambiente davvero confortevole. Ci è dispiaciuto fermarci a Firenze solo due notti, perché la camera era davvero ottima. Soprattutto, il proprietario e tutto il personale sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili. Eravamo in viaggio di nozze e, dicendoci che eravamo una coppia di sposi, ci hanno persino preparato un bellissimo regalo di benvenuto. È stato senza dubbio il miglior alloggio del nostro viaggio di nozze! Avevamo anche prenotato la colazione e la consigliamo vivamente. Il tiramisù, i croissant, i cereali al cioccolato e il cappuccino erano deliziosi. Anche la frutta che ci hanno servito era fresca, dolce e buonissima. Di solito né io né mio marito facciamo colazione, ma il secondo giorno ci siamo svegliati apposta presto per poterla gustare! È possibile lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check-out. Dovevamo lasciarli per più tempo del previsto e ci preoccupava un po’, ma quando siamo tornati a riprenderli ci hanno accolto con tanta gentilezza, offrendoci anche dell’acqua fresca. Fino all’ultimo momento ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati.

エアコンの効きが良くなく、夏場は涼めなかった。 ヨーロッパでは普通かもしれないけど、私は普段エアコンを利かせていたので、特に暑くて一時戻て来た時に涼めなかったのが残念でした。

Location very close to the train station (and the tramway that goes in 20min to the airport). It's on the "safe" side of the train station. It's also the perfect starting spot to walk through Florence and explore the city. Very convenient. And great value for price. As a bonus we had a cute little balcony!

Lo mejor de este hotel es su ubicación: a solo una calle de la estación de tren, cerca de supermercados y restaurantes, y a un paso de los principales puntos turísticos. El acceso es seguro mediante contraseña y cuenta con ascensor para subir a la tercera planta. La habitación estaba impecable gracias a la limpieza diaria, y equipada con refrigerador, caja fuerte y tetera. El personal y los anfitriones son sumamente amables, ofrecen consigna de equipaje y sirven un desayuno abundante, variado y delicioso. Sin duda, un entorno agradable y cómodo al que volver.

The location proximate to the train station and the duomo was perfect. We had the included breakfast and quite enjoyed the fresh fruit, sandwiches and of course the tiramisu. The staff was wonderful, and very helpful, providing us everything we needed.

It was very hot during our stay and we like it very cool in the room. It took a few hours to get the room to a comfortable temperature upon our return in the evenings.

Gentilissima la figlia dei proprietari che ci accoglieva alla mattina per la colazione. Per una persona che lavora forse le 8 per la colazione,non è prestissimo ma comunque offre una varierà di dolce e salato preparata dalle preziose mani della proprietaria che lascia sicuramente un ottima impressione. Camera molto grande ,pulita e accogliente ,unico tasto dolente nella nostra camera era il bagno troppo piccolo che mancava di bidet( si poteva fare nel water ) La posizione è perfetta perché a pochi passi raggiungi tutto.

La camera era spaziosa e pulita. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e disponibile a dare consigli sulla città. Posizione strategica vicino alla stazione e a pochi passi dal centro. Consigliato!

Şehrin merkezinde, iyi çalışan klimazı ve mini buzdolabı var. Sıcak su için katle ve çay, kahve koymuşlar. Çalışanlat son derece nazik. Teşekkürler.

Camera e bagni ampi, letto comodo, abbastanza silenziosa. Ottima pulizia. Colazione ricca. Posizione molto buona per raggiungere la Fortezza da basso e per i numerosi ristoranti in zona
