Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie om Florence te ontdekken: op 2 minuten lopen van het station en 15 min lopen van de grootste bezienswaardigheden. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en ook het ontbijt is prima.

O Hotel atendeu as minhas espectativas. Este ficava bem próximo da estação de trem, facilitando o transporte. A localização era ótima, próxima de muitos restaurantes e pontos turísticos. O quarto era bastante agradável e limpo (quarto grande e chuveiro muito bom). Os funcionários gentis. Eu me hospedaria novamente neste Hotel.

It was close to everything yet not bothered by any road or train noise.

I had to ask for ice as there was no public ice dispenser but that’s common so not a big deal. A little dusty in some corners but overall quite clean.

Da migliorare la pulizia. Parcheggiato all interno della struttura a 25 euro al giorno, molto comodo ma caro se si vuol soggiornare per più di qualche giorno.

El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca de los lugares de interés y también de la estación. El edificio cumple con las expectativas, son instalaciones antiguas pero muy bien cuidadas, limpias, ordenadas y cómodas. Se agradece enormemente que haya más de una almohada y sobre todo que el aire acondicionado no apunte directamente a la cama.

Todo en orden, era lo que esperábamos.

Struttura ottima per la posizione; vicina alla stazione ferroviaria ed al centro storico della città. Situata in un via secondaria e quindi il riposo non è disturbato dai rumori della città. Staff sempre presente e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione.

Palazzo storico. Le camere dagli alti soffitti sono state nel tempo ammodernate, ma sarebbe necessario un ulteriore rinnovamento (materasso, cuscini per dormire, kit bagno, ecc). Colazione da migliorare sia nella scelta, che nella qualità.

La situació és el millor. El tramvia T2 em deixava a 1min a peu i estaves a 10min a peu del centre de Florència. Els llits estaven bé i el personal molt macos i agradables.

L'aire condicionat no funcionava bé. Per més que baixessis la temperatura no refredava prou. Estàvem en onada de calor i tot i deixar-lo obert tot el dia l'habitació nones va refredar. Estavem al 3r pis i les parets tocaven al cel obert lloc on donaven tots els aires condicionats de les habitacions i la calor de tots evidentment dificultava el refredament. La dutxa era molt molt estreta. Una persona hi cap justa, si vols dutxar-te en parella per estalviar temps és impossible.

Mi experiencia fue muy buena, todas las referencias y fotografías son fiel a la experiencia real experimentada.

A clean, affordable and convenient hotel for exploring the city, especially if you are arriving/leaving by train.

The room was very comfortable with great facilities. Very good location for exploring the city, and proximity to the train station was greatly appreciated (especially during the intense heat while I visited). The staff are very welcoming, with a free map of the city with tourist attractions and recommendation of places to go. However, I was here for a conference, so I was unable to take advantage of this.

My only issue is that the curtains in my room could not be closed. The windows had wooden shutters, but they did not close fully. I used a chair to pin the curtains against the window to stop light leaking through into my eyes in the morning.

トラムの駅から徒歩３分くらいで着く。ホテルの周りにはスーパーや飲食店が豊富にあり、市場も近い。また、朝食の出来立てのクロワッサンがめちゃくちゃ美味く、スタッフに頼むとカプチーノやエスプレッソを作ってもらえる。エアコンも完備されており、暑い夏でも快適に過ごせた。

道路に面した部屋だと、朝から外の音が聞こえて少しうるさい。あと、冷蔵庫はあるが、そこまで冷たくならない。

I had the smallest room in the hotel but it was perfect for one person! Comfortable twin bed. Very quiet. A nice mini fridge for my snacks and drinks. Plenty of wardrobe space to settle in. Clean and functional shower/bathroom. Cleaned daily. Very lovely front desk staff that greeted me when I came and went. Safe area near the central station. So close to amazing restaurants and the central area of the city.

Great location, very near the station, easy walking distance to everywhere. Good restaurants just round the corner. Lovely big cool room. Breakfast extra but worth it.

Would have given it 10 but the light switch in the bathroom stopped working. I know they’ll fix it immediately but it was a tad inconvenient.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben eine angenehme Größe. Auch das Bad war von der Größe her in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab viel Auswahl. Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Bagno senza finestra e sempre con un certo odorino. Aria condizionata un po' rumorosa. Prese elettriche scomode dietro ad un armadietto e senza prese libere per cui, per il computer ho dovuto spostare il mobile e sgancire la presa per il caffè. Una bottiglietta d'acqua solo il primo giorno

Gostei da localização muito próxima à estação de trem Santa Maria Novella, o que era importante, porque chegamos tarde em Florença e assim pudemos deixar as bagagens e depois sair para dar uma volta no centro e tomar um drink, sem a necessidade sequer de atravessar uma rua. O café da manhã não estava incluído, mas me arrependi de não ter tomado café no hotel. O bom foi que pudemos deixar nossa bagagem no hotel após o check-out, assim passeamos pela cidade, além de visitarmos o Palazzo Pitti e os jardins de Boboli com tranquilidade.

O quarto era pequeno e antigo, e apesar de oferecer as comodidades básicas e ser bem localizado, achei caro sem o café da manhã incluso, e as fotos da fachada me deram a impressão de ser mais charmoso do que era.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. One person gave us a map and walked us through our destinations. He also recommended a restaurant in which he called ahead and made reservations for us. The room was great. Had a small balcony and a large tub/shower combination. The breakfast was not included in the price of the room, but it was delicious and had so many choices.

It was kind of hard to find. Highly recommend reserving a parking space if you plan to stay.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There was always hot water in the shower, the air conditioning worked very well, and the bed was comfortable. The staff at reception were kind and helpful. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The staff is the friendliest I have met. The reception gentleman with a mustache, he is so hospitable in explaining everything that makes my trip easier in Florence. Perfect location.

Muy buena ubicación, estaba limpio, buen aire acondicionado, baño completo y recepcionistas amables y colaborativos.

El bufé del desayuno era muy limitado y pobre. Habitación muy ruidosa desde primerísima hora de la mañana. Las ventanas filtraban mucha luz (cortinas no opacas).

Hôtel sympa à 3 minutes à pied de la Gare Santa Maria Novella. Centre historique à quelques minutes à pied également. Petit-déjeuner très bon. Le personnel s'est vraiment rendu disponibles pour nous aider.

Chambre assez sommaire, il manquait un peu de rangement. La douche oscillait entre eau froide et bouillante ce qui était peu confortable. Aucune déco dans la chambre (cadres enlevés et clous visibles), ce qui est un peu austère.

I have never left a review, ever but think others should know how over priced this place was. I've been for Florence a few times now and stayed in places that were much nicer, cleaner, comfortable, and also in nice parts of town nearby but much nicer. The rooms here are barebones with uncomfortable hard beds, pillow (singular), terrible part of town and unfriendly staff when we checked in. The only thing I can say is the sheets were clean and man at checkout was friendly. I would NEVER stay here again. It should have cost about 100 euro, no more.
