Wifi code wasnt visible in the bedrok.. cushions and runner on the bed looked grubby. Tv remote felt unclean. Other than that, stay was fine

It was clean and veey comfortable. The staff at the reception were very welcoming and supportive. The check in and check outs processes were so smooth and quick. Overall good value for money. Also it is in between Glasgow and Edinburgh which made accessibility less of a hassle.

Clean room. Quiet and had a good night’s sleep. The restaurant was fabulous. Lots of parking including disabled bays.

Our room was so warm and we needed the window open at night, but the road was so noisy the window had to be closed, so I had zero sleep.

Staff were cobsiderate and friendly. The location was good for our needs. The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. The evening meal was tasty, well presented and more than expected.

Our shower was pathetic. An overhead 'steainer' type. The water flowed out from one side! The toilet seat was broken. The kettle didn't fit under the tap to fill - we used a glass to fill with water to then fill the kettle. Breakfast i asked for a sausage and black pudding breakfast roll. It came black pudding only. They forgot the sausage! They took it back and returned with one sausage - RAW! That was returned after complaining eventually getting what was ordered. The maître d' was very professional and took care of the situation. Thank you for that.

Old outdated room, not valid spa opening hours, even though we verified with the reception the spa closes at 21:30, when we went to the spa, they told us they close at 21:00 so we only had half an hour rushed spa session. The spa was outdated, very small and smelly steam room and sauna, the whirlpool was very small and was shuttind down every 10 mins and we had to get out another 10 mins and same again... Breakfast poor quality, orange juice terrible

Room was great size very comfortable and on ground floor too . Restaurant/bar lovely and breakfast was too . We were early for check in however staff took our luggage to keep for us however after calling house keeping they said our room was ready and the staff took our luggage to the room for us . Staff were great all very pleasant helpful and accommodating. Won’t hesitate to stay again

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for our visit. Hotel was a bit run down and tired but the room was clean and the beds were fairly comfy. Breakfast menu ( although not included in the price) was very flexible, reasonably priced and very nice. Breakfast staff were great.

The hotel and restaurant were lovely, perfectly fine and recently been renovated I would guess.

The bathroom within the room was a lacking in cleanliness, hairs on the floor, shower and below the mirror. But other than that it was totally fine.

I would not recommend this hotel. The room that we stayed in was poorly constructed and a number of health and safety issues; - Long nylon curtains hanging over a heater that states, do not cover - emergency lighting sign pointing to a dead end - fire doors with gaps under them As for the room - broken toilet roll holder - gaps between door frame facia and the wall itself where you can actually see the expanding foam used - only one bedside table

The staff were lovely and accommodating, the room was clean and spacious. Local taxi firms need to be used as Uber cant reach there but that was fine. Bus stops a very short walk away that go directly into Glasgow centre. Would happily come back.

No issues with the room at all, would come back. Very good value for money but a steep learning curve of taxis and buses for the stadium gig. Not the Crowwoods fault! Dont get a black cab as they will rip you off after a gig. Walk into the city centre and order a taxi from there.

We were there to visit family so the location was excellent for us and the staff couldn't do enough for us and they were so kind to my little girl

The bed sheets had yellow stains on them, the underside of the toilet seat was disgusting & hadn’t been cleaned, We also had to move rooms as they were doing maintenance at silly hours in the morning outside our window which kept us up. We asked for a later check out due to this but got told it would be an extra £10 per hour :/

Hotel room was very good . Bed was very large and comfortable. TV and beverage provided. Shower was powerful and temperature was good.

Slight issue no USB ports but I fortunately took an adapter and I can't recall this was stated on the advert.

The meals in the restaurant were excellent. Really delicious and a great choice within the Indian & European menu. The Tandori Salmon was amazing. Staff in the restaurant were friendly & attentive. High praise to the restaurant and team :)

The hotel reception staff were so rude with a genuine could not care less attitude. One conversation we over heard was so unbelievably rude, it verged on funny. The reception area is shabby, unprofessional looking facing onto an open cupboard full of crap. The room was clean and more than adequate, though the shower rail fell down mid shower which added to the “hilarity’ of this hotel!! We were also handed a remote control with our toom key and notices everywhere to ask that the remote control must be returned to reception on departure! We can only assume that Glasgow has a shortage of remote controls (me neither). The ‘view’ from the room was a disaster.. have no issues overlooking a carpark but the debris and rubbish outside was disgusting. Apparently according to our relatives who live nearby the hotel has undergone a refurbishment.. some areas still need TLC and staff need to under go basic customer service training as they are letting the hotel & restaurant down. It may be a cliche but you really do only have one chance to make a first impression!!

The fan in bathroom was screaming like a loud alarm when i turned the light on . It was awful and I was scared it would blow up. Spoke to a staff member who tried to sort it but she had to contact her boss....who would be with me soon. After waiting ten minutes or more, I had to leave. I never saw them. When I got back to my room I put the bathroom light on and the noise was still there. Turned it off then on and there was just the fan usual noise, hoping that it was fixed.

Our specific room had an air conditioning unit for the kitchens outside the window which was loud. While it went off at 9pm it started again at C5:30 am. Couldn’t sleep when it came on. The bar closed at c9:30 pm.

We didn’t know the door was locked at night and we had to ring a mob no to be let in.Luckily I had my phone with me,I almost left it in the room. It was very noisy early on in the morning,we thought it might have been golfers as the course was close by.We checked out and went for a walk when we came back the restaurant wasn’t open and there was nowhere to get a cuppa.

The bed was not comfortable at all the door to enter the room was filthy with finger marks the bathroom was dirty and lots of built up dust clogged in the air vent the toilet roll holder was coming away from the wall, overall it wasn't comfortable or clean as expected.

View from room window looked onto rubbish, air conditioning units and a ladder. The noise from the air conditioning unit never went off, so an unpleasant sleep. . Towels and toiletries were due to be replaced on the 2nd morning, that didn't happen. Went to the reception to highlight our situation less than 30 minutes checking in but was told.no other rooms available. We felt so uncomfortable we checked out on the Wednesday afternoon informing the receptionist of our disgust. Therefore instead of 2 night stay we stayed only one. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in and conveyed that when leaving the keys .

The location was convenient for us. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The dinner we had on our last night was adequate.

There was a very strong smell when we arrived. We asked to move room but that wasn’t possible. The bathroom had neither window nor extractor fan nor a toilet brush. The view was of the bins. The carpet was dirty. The walls were hastily and badly painted. The stairs to our room was like a service stairs. Cabinets for hot food were stored on the landings. There were no sockets near the bed and no usb ports anywhere in the room. The lighting was poor throughout the room and bathroom. There was no resident bar - in fact no bar at all really. Drinks were paid for in one location and served in another. When food stopped being served the drinks also stopped without any notice.

The food was ok.

The room was nice enough but the beds where very uncomfortable. I did not get a good sleep. There was cobwebs in the corner of the ceiling and the kettle lid and spoon where dusty, also the edges of the carpet could've done with a hoover. The receptionist man seemed nice enough although didn't give very clear instructions where to go so we had to guess. There was also 2 commercial food hot plate units just lying in the corridors. One near the stairs.

Good location for the place needed to visit. A bit outside of Glasgow. So managed to avoid the traffic. The staff were very friendly Slept well, clean shower and bed ideal.

Never in a place before that gave the tv remote at reception The tv didn't work anyway, no problem as I didn't need it.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. Given the location it was a lovely view. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Staff were really helpful. It's one of the best value rooms I have seen.

Breakfast - good choice great you could just have a breakfast roll and not a big breakfast. The older lady serving us at breakfast was excellent, genuinely friendly and wanting to help. At 9.20 even though a resident asked for last orders at the bar. Stayed overnight so we could chill out with friends staying. Would have been good to be told this at the beginning of the night. Not very organised or maybe not good with big parties, most did not have a drink to the end of our starter and often had to ask twice during the meal to get served with drinks. No offer of a sweet. So not good for the customer but business also losing out on money. Incorrect information given at the time of booking re menu and times available/ availability of room Party in room.30min before pre theatre stopped and all seated by 6.20 and pre theatre menu was not offered to them if I had not noticed then I would have spent double or more what I intended to spend on my party. Also all had been agreed in a email., tables not set up as requested and agreed in email .
