Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Location is in heart of tourist area, easy walk to shops, bars, restaurants, bay front and cruise ship terminal. Staff was courteous. Parking lot is gated and only other entrance is via main lobby so seemed secure.
Parking is secured but limited, on busy nights parking lot will fill. Internet did not work either day, asked for help twice, they stated internet is a common complaint but seemed to make no effort to fix it. Hotel was not dirty but it is old and therefore feels tired.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026The location was great.
It was not properly clean. The sheets on one of our beds had a snickers candy bar in between them, meaning, they were not changed. The towels had makeup foundation on one of them. We thankfully did not use them as we took our own blankets but would have felt better with at least clean sheets and towels.
