There were a few maintenance that needed to be done that were broken before we arrived and seemed to never been fixed, the part of the tub where the water comes out of would shoot off when we attempted to have the actual shower head turn on. It was not placed or glued properly. The tv worked most of the stay and then randomly the volume did not work. The curtains that’s go out to the balcony were ribbed on the inside and the slide door would be rough to open and lastly my mom found a bed bug so they moved us rooms

Forse la facciata andrebbe rivista, per dare più freschezza all'arrivo. Consiglierei anche di mettere più prese elettriche vicino al letto.

It is done in a traditional Mexican style, and the trooms on the top floor have some nice views. The adjacent restaurant, although open only limited hours, serve delicious homemade Mexican food and other things like hamburgers.
The shower isn't excellent, but it gets the job done.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025The staff, location, and rooms were great! It was essentially located, which made it great for being able to walk everywhere, even though I had a car and given free parking, walking just made everything easier and gave me peace of mind in my vehicle was in a safe location.
The original room I was given, had no hot water, which which made it an issue when I got back to the room attempting to take a shower before bed. This delay caused me to be going to sleep so much later that I had to wake up later the following day essentially I didn’t go to sleep till 2 AM and I told on-site personnel about the issue at 10:45pm.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025This older hotel in the very center of Ensenada's main street is a welcome surprise! Unlike a lot of the newer "hipster" hotels, it still retains a kind of olde-world charm. Staff and everything was fine, super service. Get a room on the top floor overlooking the pool and you will be fine: rooms like 510 or 511. Try the restaurant too: its much better than what you might expect from a hotel restaurant.

La taza de baño la paanca NO SERVIA, tuve que destapar la tapa y jalar manual con mi mano, la cadenita estaba TODA OXIDADA..lo vual indica que NO DAN MANGENIMIENTO "periódico". En mi checkout lo reporté al lobby, pase muy mal momento con la Familia....ya sé van a decir porqué NO lo reportó al momento para que le cambiaran la habitación???

The outlet to the mini fridge is in a bad spot. It can be repositioned to a better spot. This is minor to our overall experience.
