Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Great hotel, with good free open parking so suitable for large vans. Great large suite with separate room for children - sauna was fantastic and the pool was ok - breakfast was tasty
Bit disappointed with breakfast, no pastries left and when asked he said we could have waffles but then never brought them ??? Not much to choose from but what was there was nice. Don’t think the relaxation beds in the pool area were working which was a shame as the lights were not on above and could figure out what they were meant to do?

Detail: minibar op de kamer zou handig zijn.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité des grands axes; personnel bilingue et sympathique (surtout la jeune fille du samedi); chambre et infrastructure conformes à ce que j'attendais et donc... je reviendrai ;-)
Je ne vais pas me plaindre pour des bêtises ;-)

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Personel pomocny i uprzejmy. Pokój z podstawowym wyposażeniem. Czysto. Wygodne łóżko. Śniadanie dobre, możliwość zamówienia jajecznicy albo omleta. Dobra kawa. Lokalizacja hotelu w spokojnej i bezpiecznej okolicy. Cisza i spokój. Duży parking, co może być pomocne dla osób z samochodem. Blisko do przystanku autobusowego, autobus w 5 minut dojeżdża do metra w Brukseli, a trzeba mieć specjalną kartę na przejazdy poza Brukselę albo płacić 3 euro za przejazd.
Brak lodówki i możliwości zrobienia kawy lub herbaty w pokoju - w hotelu 3* takie udogodnienie jest standardem. Dobrze, że skończyły się upały, bo bez klimatyzacji nie dało by się wytrzymać. Ponadto, butelka wody w pokoju też byłaby pomocna. Zupełny brak warzyw na śniadanie.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. Clean room. Breakfast was lovely, and the restaurant (Istas) attached was amazing! We ate there the first night, they had delicious food and fast service!
Some furniture was partly broken (chair, curtain rail and hook was a bit loose), and no air conditioning.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Die Möglichkeit im Freien zu frühstücken, die angenehme Lage außerhalb der Stadt, neben der schönen Kirche und die optimale Erreichbarkeit durch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sowie der nette Portier, der mir den Weg in die Stadt mit den Öffis perfekt erklärt hat, sprechen für das nette Familienhotel.
Temperaturen um die 37 Grad erfordern eine Klimaanlage, es war in der Nacht sehr heiß!

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Liegt etwas außerhalb direkt an der Autobahn, es gibt eine Busverbindung nach Brüssel. Das Frühstück ist vollkommen okay, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, Sauberkeit des Zimmers ist gut. Dusche hat ordentlich Druck und es gibt einen Föhn. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants, die zu Fuß gut zu erreichen sind.
Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch ausgestattet, eine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher und Tee/Kaffee würden den Aufenthalt angenehmer gestalten.

Hotel eher spartanisch ausgestattet, sehr wenig Stimmung oder Dekor. Schwimmbad sehr klein und eiskalt. Frühstück so lala. Habe mir den Kopf stark an einer total blöden und unnötigen Dachschräge direkt neben dem Bett angeschlagen

En fait c’est surtout le prix. 182€ pour une nuit de samedi à dimanche, dans une chambre très moyenne, dans un établissement qui doit être un ancien home pour personnes âgées. Piscine non chauffée, pas de frigo dans les chambres, lit assez petit (140 ou 160 max), on a eu droit au bruit de la Clim sans l’avoir. Bruit de ventilateurs des cuisines (?) toute la nuit et enfin petit déjeuner bon mais loin d’être copieux (il restait un pain au chocolat à 8:30). Pour 18€ de plus on peut être logé dans un palace à Bxl Louise. Donc vraiment dommage. Prix beaucoup trop excessif pour les services obtenus.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026We travelled due to a family bereavement. The staff were exceptional in finding sufficient rooms for us all, including putting extra bed in one room. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds. Additional pillows were provided on request. Hotel very clean and breakfast surprisingly good. Restaurant Istas at the hotel is also excellent
No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Sunday morning reception was locked up until 08:00 and we could not access breakfast/downstairs facilities which was unfortunate when we had an early departure.

Personeel kon enkel Engels. De kamers waren ruim maar kil aangekleed. Het was er ijskoud en de lakens en hoofdkussens hadden vuile plekken!!! Ontbijt was zeer gewoontjes en geen oog voor detail en gezelligheid (de mueslidozen van Colruyt stonden er gewoon geopend bij.) Prijs per overnachting, nl 172 euro is te veel voor hetgeen het maar is, schande dat ze zoveel durven te vragen.

Reviewed Nov 21, 2025I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-kept, with a large bathroom and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of good options. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. It was raining outside, and when I asked if they happened to have an umbrella, they gladly lent me one without any hesitation. The hotel is a bit farther from the city centre, but the bus stop is literally 50 meters from the hotel, with buses running every 10 minutes. After that, you can easily transfer to Metro line 5, which takes you directly to the centre. Overall, a great experience and very good value.

Not a case of not liking the property but would have been nice to have had a kettle to make a drink. Water was supplied but you had to go into the restaurant to get a cup of tea or coffee, not a problem more an inconvenience. Asked for an iron but one did not arrive.
