Badkamer niet echt schoon, bed hadden we 2 verschillende matrassen op het tweepersoonsbed. De ene was heel dun en voelde je de vering doorheen.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Location perfect for our occasion and close to the city of Brussels. Breakfast was good and cozy and well served.
1. Room was a work in progress and not suitable for receiving guests. Sockets were open and electric wires were unsafely lying on the floor. 2. TV was not working. 3. No staff during nights, weekends or at checkout. 4. At night we felt not safe there, knowing there is no staff available in the hotel. 5. On Monday finally 1 worker and 1 cleaning lady arrived because weekend was over. 6. We got first a room which was not cleaned and door was even open because at some point the cleaning lady stopped her shift at Friday and left that door wide open for the rest of the weekend. I reported the issue and we got then the unfinished room I talked before. 7. This hotel needs an overall upgrade. It looks especially during weekends and nights haunted. When refurbished and staff back available there at all times in the hotel, I will surely come back. 8. For the condition of the hotel now, the price is too high. For 20 euro per night more, you can stay in the Hilton Hotel in Brussels. I hope the management is able to renew the hotel as the location and tennis ameneties are great there.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Heel vriendelijk personeel. We mochten onze fietsen binnen stallen en opladen. De kamer was zee ruim met een mooie badkamer. De kamer beschikte ook over een terras. Het avondmaal was zeer lekker ; alsook het ontbijt.
Onze kamer had geen koelkast maar we konden wel ijs en gekoelde dranken mee naar onze kamer nemen dus op zich geen probleem.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Rustige ligging en erg grote kamers. Alles proper en netjes. Ter plaatse ‘s avonds lekker gegeten. Ook het ontbijt heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Niets is teveel voor het personeel, super vriendelijk.
Geen airco op de kamer en het was er erg warm. Natuurlijk ook uitzonderlijke temperaturen deze zomer.

He even helped us with a very late check-in after our delayed flight. The food is also great. We would definitely return if we have the opportunity
The location is quite far from the bus station, but the area is very nice. So the 15 minute walk was not bad

Il buffet della colazione era poco fornito e disorganizzato e la gestione dei tavoli non era adeguata al numero di ospiti.

Het hotel heeft geen airco. Aangezien het erg warm was, moesten we met de ramen open slapen en hadden dus last van het lawaai van de snelweg. Er was geen warm water en we konden dus niet douchen.

Reviewed May 27, 2026We had an absolutely amazing time at Panorama hotel. Great location, and beautiful atmosphere.The rooms were spacious and spotless, with crisp bed sheets. The staff were very helpful especially the staff we met at reception when we checked in, veryhelpful, we appreciate all the effort.. The breakfast buffet had a great variety for everyone. Highly recommend!
There was no where to keep the soap while having a shower.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Restaurant met zeer goeie kwaliteit maaltijden. Ook het broodje voor de lunch die ik vroeg was super.
Enkel de sigaretengeur in de gang naar de kamer viel ons tegen. Misschien zit het in het tapijt maar hier is misschien wel een oplossing voor te vinden. Het snoerde onze ademhaling een beetje af. We waren steeds blij als we op kamer waren of in de lift naar beneden.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026For most likely is the location just outside the Ring of Brussels and easy to get to our office. Second is the parking space at the hotel. What I do like is also the nice restaurant as it seems basic, it has his charme.
I know the hotel since 2000. The rooms good have beter and brighter lights. Additional electrical plug at the desk to work on. I had to take out the plug under the desk from the tv....not a big deal but perhaps they could think about. Suggestion

Dat ik hen kon bellen een kwartier voor aankomst dan zouden ze er zijn om de sleutel van de kamer te overhandigen. ook vast de toegangscode gekregen voor het geval ze er nog niet zouden zijn. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel!! De kamer was echt super schoon heb het in Nederland nog niet zo gezien. Het ontbijt was schoon en zeer verzorgd opgesteld in een zeer authentieke ambiance. Het voelt als of je thuis in je eigen huis komt. In een rustige omgeving met tennisbanen naast het hotel. We komen hier vaker als we in België zijn.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025We stayed for two separate nights on our way to and from Bruxelles. Located in a residential area in the middle of a very quiet green area. The hotel is a bit dated and the rooms we stayed a bit old but overall comfortable. Breakfast is adequate and they have a restaurant (except weekends) where we had a nice dinner at a fair price. Plenty of parking. Very near the highway exit, the are other restaurants and a Mc Donald's nearby. They accept pets with a kind attitude.
The furniture looked a bit dated in some cases but still clean and comfortable. Maybe the price is a bit too high for such standard of hotel and due to the non-central location.

It’s a dated property, but value and friendly staff makeup for it. Also, poor wI-fI—unable to stream anything or upload pictures. Full bed is just two twins pushed together, leaving void, but mattresses were comfortable.

Il n'y avait pas de sèche-cheveux, ni de porte-manteau, ni de porte-essuies de toilette ! Il faut aller dehors au club de tennis attaché à l'hôtel pour un en-cas le soir en week-end et pour le bar qui était fermé.
