Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Alojamiento céntrico con buena limpieza. Echamos en falta alguna botella de agua de cortesía y una mayor variedad de amenities en el baño. Para un establecimiento boutique lo suyo sería una misma gama de champú, gel, jabón de manos y crema corporal. No tenían crema corporal y cada bote era distinto, una fragancia, una marca. Detalles que marcan un establecimiento boutique.
Nos alojamos en una Suite y teniendo sauna/jacuzzi el alojamiento no pudimos usarlo. Ya que nos dijeron que estaba en revisión. Pero nos tocó preguntar por ello, no nos dijeron nada al hacer el check in. Desayuno un poco escaso, nos faltó algo de dulce para acompañar. No repetiría habiendo otras opciones mejores en Filandia.

El comedor es muy pequeño, ubicado frente a un entorno físicamente regular, aunque el desayuno es delicioso y doña Gladis es muy amable. Se esmera para que quedemos satisfechos.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026La cama muy confortable; el desayuno muy completo; el personal muy amable. Estuvimos alojados en una habitación que daba a la calle, pero nunca sentimos ruido. El servicio de parqueadero, así fuera a unas cuadras del hotel, perfecto. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Very good location, short walking distance to the town center. The room was good, had a window, which was possible to open for ventilation. The staff at the breakfast was very friendly.
I was not totally happy with the cleanliness. The toilet seat had some small hairs when we arrived and it was not well cleaned around the sink. There were some hairs also on the bedsheet.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026La ubicación, a solo tres cuadras del parque, por lo que no sientes el ruido de los turistas. Las instalaciones eran nuevas, silenciosas, la habitación muy limpia y muy bien dotada. Las habitaciones están en un solo piso, entonces es perfecto para personas con movilidad reducida.
El desayuno era el mismo todos los días.

Reviewed Dec 11, 2025Me encantó poder tener tantos amenities en una casa. Tiene turco y jacuzzi, además de muchos juegos de mesa. Las camas son muy cómodas y todo el hotel tiene un diseño excelente. Además las personas que atienden son muy amistosas y dispuestas a ayudar.
Deberían poner cintas antideslizantes en las zonas húmedas. Es muy fácil resbalarse despues de usar el Jacuzzi

La reserva del jacuzzi 10/10 súper limpio y súper cómodo. Las fotos de Booking son fiel copia de la realidad del hotel. Lo recomiendo y volveré con mi familia

Very bad value for your money as this was one of the most expensive hotels in town. Very small rooms with only one nightstand and no real place to open a suitcase since the tiny room had no luggage rack (nor any room for one) The room’s door handle/lock was loose and we needed to repair it ourselves since the young man at the front desk didn’t seem to understand it was a security concern. The property seems newly remodeled but it’s already in need of upkeep; the toilet paper holder and faucet where both very loose. We were hoping the breakfast would outshine the negative aspects of our stay, but it turned out to be underwhelming as it offered limited and austere options in an undesirable pseudo self-serve fashion. Overall the experience at Zocalo was mediocre and wish they tried harder and offered a better stay considering how much they charge.

Reviewed May 2, 2024Everything was great. I was very surprised to see how elegant the hotel is and the hot-tub and steam baths they have. Great and very generous breakfast. Very calm, a bit outside the hyper-centre but located at walkable distance from everything. It was very charming and comfortable. The backyard, the room itself, the entrance hall, everything is very tastefully and nicely decorated and invites you to spend a god restful time at the hotel.

So the site says there is free parking nearby, but it isnt free nor nearby (the man from the parking is really kind though). The room is noisy since it is right next to a busy road. The hotel has a jacuzzi, but nobody showed us where or how it works. Also they did not show us around so we had to find out ourselves where the breakfast was (the breakfast is nice though and the staff was very kind).

There were double glass windows to isolate the noise from outside, but there was a sensor inside the hotel that would make a noise every time someone entered through the hotel’s main door. This noise made it difficult to sleep until late (the noise starts at 6 am).
