Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Incredible setting in the middle of the forest. Allowing for the fact the room is a tent, it was comfortable and spacious. Food was decent and surroundings are beautifully landscaped. The sights and sounds from the decking at dawn were magnificent and will stay with us forever.
The stairs down to the outside bathroom was very poorly lit and this does need attention in my view. But aside from that, all good.

Reviewed May 9, 2026The breakfast was good even though you can only select 1 dish per person. The dinner we had there was good and the view from the place was very nice. Overall the structure and room was clean and granted us a nice staying. The staff was helpful even though the language barrier. The welcoming cocktail was very good. And you can turn on a little fire to cook marshmallow under the stars.
Well it starts to be a quite expensive place for Colombia and some details of the room could be improved. Inside the room was full of ants, but you are in the nature and you cannot comply about that just worth mentioning. I would suggest this place to other people.

El glamping no era completamente hermético y eso hacía que entrase algún bicho dentro. Entiendo que estamos en el campo, pero creo que la habitación debería ser más hermética para evitar esto, en especial por los mosquitos o arañas

The pool isn't heated, and filling it with hot water takes a very long time. The water doesn't stay warm for very long, and you have to refill it. Some of the food was cold and unfortunately didn't quite meet our expectations.

Nous étions avec nos deux enfants de quatre ans et six ans et ils nous ont rajouté un lit dans une chambre pour que nous puissions tous dormir confortablement. Le petit déjeuner et les portions sont très bien. Et c’est très pratique qu’il fasse restaurant sur place. Le chemin pour y aller est escarpé, mais complètement faisable avec une voiture normale, sans même faire 4x4

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026Perfekte Unterkunft, wenn du Ruhe im grünen suchst. Ins Dorf sind es zu Fuss ca. 30‘, zu Beginn eine steile Strasse. Das Hotel kann aber auch Taxis organisieren. Wir haben alle 3 Abende das leckere Essen in unserem Dome genossen - auch Frühstück wird ins Zelt serviert. Die Kommunikation & Bestellung lief über WhatsApp & es wurde innerhalb weniger Minuten jeweils geantwortet. Wir genossen die Zeit extrem & können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!
Wenn du etwss suchst, dass zentral gelegen ist, dann ist das nicht die richtige Unterkunft (es sei denn du hast ein eigenes Auto)

Le fait d'avoir un jacuzzi était incroyable, le glamping aussi, le brasero le soir avec les chamallows ... merveilleux moments. et une équipe aux petits soins, merci !! Enormément d'authenticité dans ce lieu
le fait d'avoir les salles de bain à l'extérieur est une habitude à prendre :-)

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026La atención del personal 20/10 muy amables muy atentos en todo momento el desayuno 100/10 de los mejores que he probado en hoteles, lo que ofrecen en comida y cervezas en el restaurante muy completo de buena calidad y buen sabor. Tiene muy buenos paisajes. Es un sitio tranquilo con varias amenidades. Te dan agua la que quieras café el que quieras. Están atentos a todo lo que necesitas. Tratan de solucionar de la mejor manera tienen buena actitud. Es cerca a filandia como a 15 minutos del parque principal. La carretera de desvío son más o menos 7 minutos entrando es angosta y tiene partes con asfalto y partes sin asfalto.
El punto que menos me gusto fue la ducha, no nos funcionó el agua caliente y además la fría salía un chorro demasiado delgado eso deben mejorarlo. Debes bañarte en repelente desde el minuto cero. Si llevas mascota tiene un recargo adicional que no te lo facturan en booking. No está mal pero deberían cargarlo en los costos del alojamiento y que uno lo tenga claro desde el principio. Yo le agregaría TV a las habitaciones. Y dicen que hay un sendero ecológico que tiene duración de 30 minutos pero no está señalizado no lo encontramos.

Tiene algunos detalles que podrían arreglarse fácilmente y que hacen la diferencia. Por ejemplo, la puerta de la ducha no cerraba porque el gancho estaba roto; el porta papel higiénico también estaba dañado, al igual que la ventana. Son detalles menores, pero en un hotel de este nivel —por lo que uno paga y espera— no deberían ocurrir. De todas formas, lo súper recomiendo, aunque deberían mejorar este tipo de cuestiones.

La sera fa freddo. Noi eravamo nel Glamping e la tenda non si scaldava. Durante la notte siamo però stati bene grazie alle coperte e al letto comodo.

Al inicio se demoró bastante en encender el agua caliente del jacuzzi, por lo que una parte del tiempo nos tocó frio. Después calentó y todo estuvo muy bien.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Das Hotel liegt toll, etwas abgelegen, mit Blick direkt auf die Natur und es ist himmlisch ruhig.
Wir haben in einem der Zimmer übernachtet und das war in Ordnung. Auf den zweiten Blick merkt man, dass einige Dinge teilweise nicht durchdacht sind: die Balkontüre ist immer einen Spalt offen. Es gibt kein Moskitonetz. In unserem Zimmer stand eine Pfanze, die wohl das Zuhause von Ameisen war und die Ameisenstraße führte durch das ganze Zimmer. Die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt nur, wenn man es ausdrücklich verlangt (den Mistkübel auf der Toilette müsste man aber mMn täglich, auch ungefragt leeren!). Es gibt ein "Restaurant", bei dem man jedenfalls das Frühstück bekommt und sonst auch essen kann. Die Speisen sind in Ordnung, aber geschmacklich nichts außergewöhnliches. Anzumerken ist hier, dass der Service wirklich langsam ist. Wir haben auf Frühstück (Eierspeise und Yoghurtbowl) immer mindestens 25 Minuten gewartet, einmal sogar 45 (!) - das kann wirklich nicht sein. Außerdem kommen die Getränke immer erst nachdem das Essen schon da ist. Das ist in Summe etwas ärgerlich und muss jedenfalls verbessert werden. Wenn es draußen kühler ist, ist auch das Zimmer und das Restaurant entsprechend kalt. Außerdem spricht nur eine Person (bei uns der Herr der zum Frühstück Dienst hatte) Englisch. Die Dame die uns empfangen hat war zwar wirklich herzlich aber wir haben keine Info zum Hotel (zB zur Sauna, Waschmöglichkeit) erhalten weil sie kein Englisch spricht. Als Hotel in einer Touristengegend sollte das nicht sein.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026We had a good experience at the hotel. The personel was nice, breakfast was good, and our tent was very nice and well prepared for both cold and warm weather. The view from our tent was amazing. We were also offered help with lighting the fireplace and a kit of marshmallows to roast. Since I realize that glamping really isn't my thing, I'd prefer to come back and stay at one of the normal rooms instead of in a tent. I would also plan for a two night stay instead of just one.
The hotel ist located outside of Filandia, and we had to drive through a very bad road to get there. There were no signs of the hotel being closeby and I had to wonder whether we were on a wrong road.

Reviewed Dec 6, 2025Un lugar magnífico para estar en medio de la naturaleza. Vistas maravillosas desde las habitaciones. Nos quedamos en una doble deluxe, bonita, amplia y con una terraza con vistas a las montañas. Buen desayuno, que puedes tomar en la habitación, en la terraza. Se cena bien en el restaurante. Personal muy amable. Tienen café a disposición de los huéspedes en una zona común con una terraza con buenas vistas.

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025El alojamiento es súper cómodo y tiene una vistas espectaculares. Te traen el desayuno y la cena a la habitación y siempre están disponibles por si necesitas cualquier cosa. Un 10 de sitio, lo recomendaría sin duda.
