Location was well connected to other food, a traditional bakery, a hawker stall, lok lok truck etc. Receptionist attends to queries easily, free flow of water and other basic tea/coffee facilities. There was a nice big screen Smart TV (which you can watch movies on youtube/prime), and the heater had hot water and soaps/shampoo provided. There is a communal space to sit and read books or play board games which was a great addition ! Theres also a 2nd floor empty space to conduct brief meetings if you need. (Tables , chairs, Power socket, tea, coffee and hot water dispenser)

The room I had did not have windows. Noise-wise, you can hear the room from the end of the lane in your own room because it was not soundproof or anything, and the neighbour was loud well into the late night.

Room 309 requires paint maintenance, as there is a noticeable crack in the wall paint and a faint blue mark originating from the air-conditioning area.

staff was friendly, location was good, reception area has a lovely aesthetic, affordable pricing.

the cleanliness was definitely an issue, especially in the toilet. I found a few strands of hair in the toilet bowl and sink. Made me wonder whether it has been thoroughly cleaned. Room could also do with some decor as it looks bare. There was no drinking water or kettle provided.

The service was very disappointing. The staff were not helpful, and the way they handled customer concerns was unprofessional. This experience made me feel that guest satisfaction was not a priority. I would not stay here again.

Plenty of good food nearby, and there’s also a Wednesday night market, though the food was quite average.

The only downside was no elevator, and the bed and pillows were a bit hard.

I like the location

I use to stay frequently in this hotel. This time I stayed at the ground floor. I couldn't sleep whole night due to air cond too cold, there wasn't any air cond remote control. If I switch off the air cond, it felt stuffy and hot. The next morning, I asked the reception why was there no air cond remote in the hotel. She said all ground floor room doesn't have remote control. However my friend room also on ground floor got remote. Please hotel look into this matter, as lack of proper facilities will make us think twice before making any booking with this hotel

can mention that no lift or escalator so easy booking. so elder can decide to stay at the ground floor instead book the upper level, so they no need to take the stairs.

Actually the hotel is stylish, clean and worth of the price. Many parking spaces at front, many eateries for Chinese. Though room is quite small but it’s good enough.

The disposable toothbrush really low quality. Aircond is quite noisy and you can hear it very loud when you sleep.

The hotel was quite basic, but it was clean, comfortable and strategically located. The Seremban central market, and various restaurants and food courts were located nearby. The staff were friendly.

The staff were great, very welcoming, informative and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The location is very central and right next to lots of great food options. It was dark and quiet at night, which made it easy to sleep well, and the hot water worked perfectly. It was a perfect one-night stop on my way to the Cameron Highlands.

The room was quite simple and a little run down, and there was a strong artificial cleaning product smell when I first arrived. There were no windows, and the mattress felt cheap, but manageable for a 1 night stay.
