The executive suite was well appointed and met our family’s needs. The shops located in the adjacent mini mall provided a good variety of F&B options.

Arena Premier Hotel is a nice boutique hotel in Seremban that's clearly designed with business travellers in mind. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, but it's located next to a large convention centre that seems to host many events, especially for healthcare organisations and private hospitals. Check-in was smooth, although a deposit is required. If you're paying by credit card, they simply record your card details instead of charging the deposit, which I found quite convenient. We stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room, and despite being one of the more affordable room categories, it was surprisingly spacious. The amenities were complete, and everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Breakfast was enjoyable too. While the selection wasn't huge, it was more than sufficient for the price and had a good variety of local and Western options. The highlight of the stay has to be the hospitality. Every staff member we met was warm, polite, and genuinely helpful. Even the security guards greeted us whenever we walked past the parking area, regardless of the time of day. Speaking of parking, there are plenty of parking spaces, so finding a spot was never an issue.

The hotel doesn't have facilities like a swimming pool or other family-oriented amenities, so it's more suitable for business travellers than families on holiday. Also, rooms with a proper queen or double bed are noticeably more expensive, while most of the standard room options come with twin beds.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hot shower and good water pressure. Not sure why the bad breakfast reviews - spread was good and adequate choices. Ample covered parking spaces. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall very impressed and will definitely stay again.

It was clean, quiet and comfortable and well located .

Clean room, hot water supply. It has many many shops. There was places u can go to for dinner, there were places to buy snacks, there were places to sit and enjoy live music. The room had a nice view and was spacious. The sunrise from the hotel was wonderful.

Breakfast was terrible; nothing like as advertised.

The room is big. The bed is super single so two persons can sleep in that. If you want extra bed, need to pay extra. Basic toiletries are provided. If you want brush, you have to request everytime. Overall ok for adults. Not ok for kids in the point of view of activities or food. Otherwise good for this price

Breakfast is not international. Limited and less varieties. No swimming pool or clubhouse there. When we ask for adapter for multiplug, they do not have. My husband got fever and when we ask for medicine also, it was not there. Luckily one shop was there that sells medicines so we managed.

Room is clean. Bed is very comfortable, with clean bedsheets.

Buffet breakfast spread has very limited food options. In addition, staff need to be more attentive eg. on my 2nd day, there is no more jam to go with the bread, and both the salted & unsalted butter have melted.

The air-conditioning worked well. The security guards at the front of hotel are friendly and helpful. Front of house staff and breakfast buffet staff were all friendly and helpful.

The rooms are too small. Our room did not look like the advertised room photo at all. We had a huge pillar taking up half the living space. There were no sliding doors leading to the balcony. We only had a small side door. The room was advertised as 41 sqm, but rooms are maybe only half that size. I suspect they are including the balcony in the square footage, which no other hotel anywhere does. The rooms are so small, it felt like I was sleeping in a cupboard. The beds were comfortable but are simply too small. There are not enough power sockets in the room. The room was dirty. Long lady's hair on the floor everywhere. Room had definitely not been vacuumed between guests. Bathroom is small, cramped and awkward. Shower water pressure was adequate, but the water is very slow to drain. Breakfast was a very small and basic selection, and what was on offer, was not really great. I did not feel we got value for money at 360 ringgit per night.

The room is reasonably clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable.

Houseflies at check in counter and cafe are rather off putting. Carpet in common area is stained and dirty, looks like never been vacuumed during our 4 nights stay.

Leider sehr unfreundlich beim Checkout. Wollte eine Rechnung für meine Übernachtung haben. Aber die Dame am Schalter meinte, sie wäre dafür nicht verantwortlich und es gäbe keine Rechnung, obwohl sie lt. heutiger Auskunft von booking sogar dazu verpflichtet sind. Schade!

New facilities, decent if unexceptional breakfast, eager-to-please staff (maybe a bit too eager), variety of cafe/restaurant options + convenience store within the building, very large room with good unobstructed view of part of Seremban

No walkability beyond the building (to be fair this is a Seremban, and by extension, a Malaysia issue, not a hotel problem), only 1 key card provided for the room, room and toilet build quality don't look like they'll last

The hotel is clean and the staffs are friendly. Ample car park space and its safe. Nearby food place. Easy to get food.

Arena Premier Hotel is relatively new in Seremban, but I would consider it the best place to stay in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good selection, making the overall stay very pleasant.

The friendliness of the check-in staff could be improved. This was my second visit, and the overall impression was that they were simply doing their job, without the warmth or personal touch that would elevate the guest experience.

we drove and getting to the hotel was easy and there were ample signages planted along the roads pointing towards the hotel, once inside, there was ample parking although the choice lots seems to be always reserved, my room smelt stale as though its previous occupant had a puff or two, this was conveyed to the management and they changed my room, albeit to a slightly smaller room which smelt fresh meaning my nose was doing its job,

there's not much not to like about the hotel and if there's one thing other hotels offer which Arena doesn't and I do hope they will consider installing a coffee machine as their supposedly coffee taste more like kopi and that would easily seal the deal for my future trips

Good spread for breakfast, everyone had something suitable eat. They provided complimentary snacks and drinks at hotel lobby reception as well as in the room. Very thoughtful - our children enjoyed them very much.

The toilet had some stain when we first entered the room. Hope the housekeeping will be more thorough in future.

Cleanliness was done properly during my first 2 days as sheets still had dirt and etc towels wasn’t changed, room service had to called a few times to get my items which have to remind them

breakfast at the hotel is a bonus point. there are quite a lot of option for the breakfast. bed is comfort, water pressure is good too.

parking lot seems to be not enough to accomodate the number of guest. and there is construction on-going just next to the hotel
