Inmersión en la naturaleza

El desayuno fue fantástico, el personal muy amable, el concepto en sí del hostal es maravilloso, no utilizan desechables para nada todo es realmente sostenible. Las cabañas son maravillosas y la piscina natural grandiosa. Volvería sin dudar.

El lugar es increible, como me imagine. Disfrutamos de una masaje con pindas al llegar que fue sublime (consultar quien lo hace porque al dia siguiente mis hijos, con otras masajistas no tuvieron la misma experiencia). La comida buenisima (salvo la del martes por la noche al llegar). Las cabañas super comodas, con hermosas camas y sabanas. La excursion al Saltillo increible. De alli fuimos a recorrer Tayrona, y fue genial. La entrada del zaino esta a 15 minutos de Yay. El transporte con Martin, recomendado por Yay, impecable siempre. Volveria varias veces mas. No se lo pierdan!

No hay señal de wifi mas que en el retaurant, eso hoy en dia, es muy limitante. Agregaria algo mas al menu, que es un poco pobre. pero no esta mal.

El lugar esta redeado de naturaleza, cerca esta el rio, es super acogedor, y al mismo tiempo tienes todo lo que necesitas. Perfecto.

La via de acceso esta bien, pero creo que cuado llueve es difícil que entren carros pequeños. Pero es no esta en manos del hotel.

The general facilities were stunning - beautiful restaurant area, idyllic setting, beautiful yoga space - right by the river.

Our room was v basic for the price - the beds (double bed and bunk bed) were packed in the space with hardly room to walk around - bathroom area ok, shower area huge and beautiful

Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines Paradies mitten im Dschungel! Die Zimmer, das Restaurant und die ganze Anlage rundum ist wunderschön. Es gibt viele schöne Plätze zum entspannen, ist direkt an einem Fluss und hat einen Naturpool und im Restaurant gibt es eine grosse Auswahl an lokalen, leckeren Gerichten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Het eten was gewoon niet goed. Vegan is prima maar breng het op smaak. Daarnaast erg kleine porties. We bestelden een pokebolw en kregen veel te weinig yoghurt. Toen we iets meer yoghurt vroegen moesten we daarvoor bijbetalen. Met dit soort tarieven kan dat echt niet.

The environment is very tranquil and peaceful. Built sustainably and thoughtfully. Very relaxing and the natural pool and the bar/restaurant area is great.

Food quality could improve. There are no other options besides eating at the restaurant and hence there was a lot to be desired from the menu/cooking

El lugar es hermoso, un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar, lleno de verde y bien cuidado. Es una belleza todo. El desayuno delicioso.

La comida es muy rica, aunque los platos son muy pequeños.

Todo nos encantó. Un lugar en donde desconectas todo pensamiento del exterior y conectas con el interior y la naturaleza. La construcción demasiado hermosa en guadua, nos hizo sentir mucha tranquilidad y frescura.

Todos nos gustó. Volveríamos una y otra vez.

La comida fue deliciosa, la naturaleza hace que sea un lugar muy especial, las habitaciones eran cómodas. Es un lugar perfecto para desconectarse.

La respuesta es lenta en sus canales digitales. Contratamos un servicio de transporte con la empresa recomendada por el hotel y no nos recogió, el hotel no hizo seguimiento del tema. Se presentó una situación de bloqueos para llegar al aeropuerto en la zona y el hotel no nos avisó nada teniendo en cuenta que nuestro check in era al día siguiente, sino hubiese sido porque ese día salimos y estuvimos en otro hotel donde nos ayudaron a conseguir transporte, no nos hubiésemos enterado de nada. En ningún momento nos ayudaron, no ofrecieron soluciones, y realmente se sintió como que no les importaban sus huéspedes.

Die freundliche Atmosphäre des Ortes, dass so nette und aufmerksame Personal und das naturbelassene und sehr gepflegte Grundstück waren wirklich ein Traumurlaub für mich. Die Außendusche und das Panorama war zu jeder Tageszeit eine wohltat für die Seele. Herausragend wirklich das Essen und auch die Gelegenheit gemütlich den Tag dort zu verbringen.

Das man die Tür nicht richtig verschließen konnte wenn man schlafen geht. Ich fühlte mich sicher auf dem Gelände und auch in der Hütte, aber fürs eigene gute Gefühl hätte ich gerne abends abgeschlossen.

The setting is absolutely amazing. The most impressive place we have visited in Colombia. We did some amazing yoga classes and massages, there was a wonderful natural pool to relax in, and a great restaurant!

The cabins are basic. This is intentional and part of the experience. You are staying close to nature. Our room had a good mosquito net and a fan which kept mosquitos at bay. Small animals can easily get into the cabins.

Beautiful eco resort near Tayrona National Park which was just under 20 minutes away. Excellent restaurant on site open all day. Relaxing hammocks dotted around. The sounds of the birds and wildlife were wonderful, really relaxing. The chalets were very comfortable to stay in, very good size. The staff organised any transfers/pick ups required. Highly recommended.

El personal muy amable, simpático y colaborador, gran mención Tobías. Habitación en medio de la selva te permite desconectar de todo y ayuda a relajarse.

El precio algo elevado tanto de habitación como de menú del restaurante y no mucha cantidad depende del plato de comida.

El hotel es muy hermoso y es perfecto si lo que uno está buscando es paz y tranquilidad, ya que queda alejado del poblado más cercano o de otros hoteles, por ende está lejos del bullicio y la contaminación humana, así que es un lugar perfecto para desconectarse del mundo moderno y conectarse con la naturaleza

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im YAY Sustainable und würden jederzeit wiederkommen – für uns ganz klar 10 von 10 Punkten. Die Anlage liegt traumhaft im Dschungel nahe Buritaca und ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Herzblut hier in die Gestaltung geflossen ist. Besonders schön ist der Fluss direkt am Gelände, an dem man sich in den bereitgestellten Hängematten entspannen und sich im angenehm kühlen Wasser erfrischen kann. Auch der Badeteich in der Mitte der Anlage ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Relaxen. Unser Bungalow war sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein Highlight war die Außendusche mit warmem Wasser, die das Naturerlebnis perfekt gemacht hat. Das Frühstück ist im Preis enthalten und man kann zwischen drei verschiedenen Varianten wählen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und bietet eine schöne Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. Massagen und Ausflüge können ebenfalls organisiert werden. Das Internet funktioniert grundsätzlich stabil, kann bei starkem Regen aber etwas schwächer werden. Insgesamt ist YAY Sustainable ein ganz besonderer Ort mitten in der Natur – perfekt zum Abschalten und Genießen. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. 🌿

Nature experience

Sehr schöne Lage, mitten im Dachungel, umgeben von viele verschiedenen tollen Pflanzen und Tieren. Sehr ruhig, perfekt um ein paar Tage zu entspannen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Zimmer schön und ausreichend geräumig. Ich finde das nachhaltige Konzept sehr gut und würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ich hatte einmal eine Kakerlake im Zimmer (aber da kann die Unterkunft nichts für, sowas kommt eben vor mitten im Dschungel).

Endroit très beau, restaurant très très bon et personnel du restaurant très sympa.

Personnel de la réception vraiment désagréable. Ils se sont mal organisés et nous ont fait changer de chambre sans aucune raison la veille de notre départ d’un séjour de 10 jours parce qu’ils avaient déjà accepté une nouvelle réservation. Aucun remerciement ou compensation c’était ça ou on n’avait pas où dormir alors que nous avions fait la réservation avec 2 mois d’avance via booking. Les chambres sont jolies à l’extérieur mais la propreté à l’intérieur n’est pas tout ça… nous sommes en pleine nature d’accord mais il y a plein de trou et de faille dans les filets qui protègent qui ne sont pas réparées et nous ont offert des nuits avec des gros crapeaux ou des cafards autour du lit. Yoga payante mais ce n’est dit nulle part. On a juste dû payer à la fin.

Wunderschöne Anlage, selten so eine liebevoll gepflegte, blühende Umgebung erlebt. Es war wirklich eine Augenweide. Auch der Fluss war toll zum Baden und das Essen war lecker. Mein Mann hatte ausserdem eine sehr gute Massage. Erholung pur!

Einzig, dass es manchmal wirklich sehr lange dauerte, bid das Essen kam, resp die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Mit Kindern zT etwas schwierig.

Terrible experience. This is one of the most expensive places in the area, and unfortunately it is absolutely not worth the price. The first day everything seemed fine, but our cabin, “Papaya”, had extreme humidity. Sleeping was very uncomfortable and we didn’t rest at all. The second day was even worse. During the night, when we went to the bathroom, we discovered the cabin was infested with cockroaches. There were at least six cockroaches on our toothbrushes. We had to throw everything away and buy new items. This problem continued throughout our entire stay — a serious and unacceptable infestation. The food was just okay, but very inconsistent depending on who was cooking. Portion sizes varied a lot. On one occasion, we ordered a fish soup and received a much smaller portion than usual, and it was full of chicken bones. Absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse, there was construction going on during our entire stay. They were building another cabin, and from 8 a.m. onward we were accompanied by the constant noise of chainsaws and construction. Extremely disrespectful for a place that claims to be peaceful and exclusive. We deeply regret paying what we paid. It is one of the most expensive places in the area, and we felt completely disrespected and scammed. In the end, the only response we received was, “I’m very sorry, bye” Without a doubt, the worst experience we have ever had in all of our travels.

Me encanto las instalaciones

Es bonito y tiene acceso directo al río. La comida e suena también. El yoga fue un gran servicio.

La habitación estaba sucia. Había cucarachas pequeñas y una araña que nos causó temor. Entendemos que el lugar está en la selva, pero no pudimos dormir del susto. También hubo ruidos de murciélagos en el techo de palma.

Una de los puntos positivos de Yay es la comida. Está muy muy muy bien. No sólo por el sabor, sino por toda la base sustenable, incluyendo a ingredientes que vienen de la huerta que tienen.

Frühstück sehr gut, frisch zubereitet mit Zutaten aus dem Garten. für den Großteil des Angebots muss aber aufgezahlt werden. Schade, ich fände es charmanter, von vornherein alle Gerichte im Preis zu inkludieren.

Leider ging unsere späte Ankunft unter, weswegen wir nur zufällig durch einen hilfsbereiten Gast Eintritt bekamen. Der Check-in wurde dann problemlos über einen Hotelangestellten abgewickelt. Ich gehe davon aus, dass dieser Fehler eine Ausnahme war.

Il soggiorno a Yay Sustainable è stato semplicemente stupendo. Capanne bellissime, immerse nella natura, e staff estremamente cordiale e attento. Il progetto di sostenibilità è autentico e ben comunicato: il luogo ispira davvero a essere più sostenibili, anche attraverso piccole rinunce vissute in modo naturale e consapevole. Nulla è imposto, tutto è coerente. Ristorante eccellente, di grande qualità e perfettamente in linea con la filosofia del posto. Un’esperienza unica, che lascia il segno.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à yay sustainable, une immersion totale dans la nature, dans un lieu magique qui nous a permis de nous ressourcer pleinement. Le personnel d’accueil était sympathique, en particulier Tatiana qui nous a beaucoup conseillés. Nous avons aussi profité d’un très bon massage avec Marleth et Yaileth. La nourriture au restaurant était tout simplement exquise !!! Les activités proposées sont superbes. Nous avons fait le tubing avec Carlos qui a pris le temps de nous présenter l’environnement qui nous entourait. Pour être allés à Palomino par la suite, cette activité est très touristique alors que là, avec yay, nous avions la rivière rien que pour nous ! L’hôtel a également arrangé la location d’une moto, ce qui s’est avéré très pratique vu l’emplacement du logement. Un juste milieu entre le parc Tayrona, Palomino et les plages à proximité.

Les bémols : 1. Il n’y avait pas de cours de yoga, alors qu’avant de réserver je leur avais écrit pour m’assurer de la programmation. 2. Le ménage n’est pas fait entre les nuitées et la saleté s’accumule rapidement. Il serait bien de mettre un balai à disposition dans la chambre. 3. Nous nous attentions à cohabiter avec des insectes, mais c’était impressionnant ! Cucarachas, araignées, coléoptères, tous de ma taille d’une main. Malgré la moustiquaire, certaines bêtes ont réussi à se faufiler dans le lit. Les nuits n’ont pas toujours été sereines.

La naturaleza del lugar se un espectaculo. Super verde. El rio cerca de la habitación genial. Literalmente es como estar entre la montaña, realmente se siente que se sale de la ciudad a internarse en la naturaleza.

Telarañas en la habitación. Bichos. Siento que en la limpieza hay mucho para mejorar. Para el almuerzo pedí un pescado y no estaba fresco. La pizza fue lo que más nos gustó. Las sábabas de la habitación no son tan cómodas la verdad, están rústicas. Siento que se puede mejorar en ese sentido.

The perfect place to immerse yourself in nature for a few days. The settings are beautiful, with plenty of hidden spaces to relax. The kitchen is open throughout the day with lots of innovative, tasty and reasonably-priced food options, most of which are veggie/vegan. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The tours offered are of high quality.

I was disappointed there was no yoga teacher and therefore no yoga classes available at the time.

Prima plek midden in het oerwoud! alleen jammer dat de kamer niet écht schoon was -onder de wastafel en op andere plekken spinnenwebben/stof (natuurlijk zijn we midden in het oerwoud, maar daar kan aandacht voor zijn om het nóg beter te maken). Daarnaast lekt de warme douchkop en lekt het dak op meerdere olekken bij hevige regenval.dou

La comida y en especial el coctel "earth", fueron excepcionales. La ubicación es ideal para desconectarse del caos de la ciudad. El río Guachaca es cerca y de fácil acceso. El personal siempre estuvo dispuesto a darnos recomendaciones.

Best place we have stayed in years. Everything is well thought, from the delicious restaurant to the hammock placement, the river access, the natural pool, the walking paths, the yoga place and the outdoor private showers connected to our cabin. This is a spot to relax and enjoy life at its best in Colombia.

We loved our stay! The gardens are stunning & lush, the food was AMAZING. I have restrictions & there were so many delicious options. It was the best food of our trip. The river is relaxing & peaceful woth a beautiful tree providing shade for a midday dip. A very zen yoga class with Ana & great efficient staff. We had expected to head off after breakfast to our beach location but we ended up staying till the late afternoon. We didn’t want to leave!

There was some maintenance going on during the day while we weee there so chainsaw noise. Not ideal but understand it was low season/occupancy.

The landscaping is stunning and the thought and concept behind the project is nice.

I wish that the signage around the property showcasing their sustainable practices was in Spanish and English. The signs were only in English and that was disappointing considering that this project is in Colombia. It isn’t inclusive as it should be.

Piękne miejsce do chillu i to tyle. Sporo terenu, Instagramowe spoty, śpiew ptaków i dużo natury. Dużo kawy do śniadania.

Wszystko dodatkowo płatne łącznie z mlekiem do kawy przy śniadaniu które było w cenie. Śniadanie raczej w wersji degustacyjnej, sałatka owocowa to 3 plastry ananasa. Nie polecam dla ludzi którym przeszkadzają ogromne żaby, nietoperze czy karaluchy.

This is a beautiful property, there is great attention to detail everywhere! The food is very good and the yoga teacher was so sweet and friendly :)

Unfortunately I did have cash stolen from my locked room here. I didn’t notice until I had left, and when I messaged to let them know this happened they never replied. If you choose to stay here maybe just keep your cash with you at all times :)
