The location is a bit tricky if you need to leave early because there are a few of no tricycles around to bring me to airport early morning.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Sulit na sulit. Cheapest! But, comfort room is not at all enclosed, no walls on the upper portion up to the ceiling but vent is available. Room just fits up to 2 persons. Boulevard is walkable for approx 15-20min! Other restaurants are walkable for 20-30mins! Far from cathedral area. PARKING IS AVAILABLE!

The parking is a bit of a nightmare. When we check out at dawn, a pickup is blocking our car. It could not get out. Staff didn't list the plate numbers of guests with cars, so we will find out which room they are in, given their plate numbers. So we had to knock on each one while they were sleeping! Luckily, we found the driver and had the vehicle move so we could get out. We have an early trip via RORO to Siquijor from Dumaguete that we should not miss or be late for.

Water supply sometimes not that good. I dont know maybe coz everybody using it at one time but still need to emprove. The queen size bed we got split in the middle that we nees to move it every now and then. So far everything is okay. Reviewed Nov 12, 2025You can order breakfast last minute and have it in the room or at a table. The price was really good compared to what you get, bathroom is good and clean. Close to the airport if that is where you need to be.
Location a bit far walking to the city. You can get a tricycle on grab here which is amazing for a fixed price. City mall is close if you want food. Older AC unit which is a bit noisy, had to cut it when taking a call.
