Hotel Dumaguete

I also loved the food they served to us, it was all great and delicious. All the staff are warm and accommodating. This Hotel is highly recommended.

The staff was always friendly and helpful… though we didnt get assistance when we had to bring our luggage down due to the elevator being out of service for several days.

They mostly have rooms with 2 beds (or so I’ve been told). Rooms with single beds are few and you cannot request two beds to be put together. The elevator is quite hot and slow, and took several days to fix.

Don’t get a room facing the street. The roar of motorbikes and other engines goes on all night.

The ambiance, interieur designs, the pool are amazing . The garden is very calming and is surrounded with fruit bearing trees. Friendly staff.

It would be nice if they have a small fridge to put drinks like milk.

They let us check out late due to one of our guests being sick. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating

-location -room was clean and beds comfortable -I like the size of the property and how it is not commercialized -housekeeping staff was fantastic

-no mini refrigerator inside the rooms -no viewer on my door -garbage can in bathroom had no space, I needed to move it out to clear my space when I was in the toilet or lavatory -my sunny side up egg texture was like cardboard (maybe they microwave it with the Tapa) -I could hear everything outside (cars, trucks and loud motorcycles)

I like small properties. This hotel is perfect for me. It is simple yet all done in good taste. Beds are comfortable, and rooms are clean.

-No viewer on the door for room 201 -small bathroom, it was tight and the garbage can was inconvenient because we needed to move it around if I were by the lavatory or the toilet. -I had to ask for a hand soap -no refrigerator inside the rooms, but the staff was kind enough to allow me to put my items inside the kitchen pantry refrigerator. I didn’t want to put it in the common refrigerator down the hall. -windows are not soundproof, we could hear every loud motorcycle, trucks and patrol car’s siren,

A new clean hotel in the main city area (though on the periphery). Staff are accomodating and helpful. Breakfast is ordered individually and is quite good. It has a small but cute swimming pool. They provided me with free transporation to the aiprort.

The hotel is located on a relatively busy road and across form a noisy venue. So one should ask for a room on the other side near the swimming pool (they moved me after I asked for this). Breakfast, while good, can take a while to serve if there are a lot of other guests. The hotel is not as centrally located as some of the other major hotels in the city.

This is a nice boutique hotel located north of downtown - but only a 15 minute walk or short trike ride away and also only about 15 minute van ride from the airport. The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated and decent sized with good AC. There are a lot of tasty breakfast options that can be ordered. The staff are very helpful, also arranging transportation to the city and a (free) van ride to the airport. The hotel is a bit more expensive than most other hotels in the region but based on feedback from colleagues also in town it is also nicer. There is a nice small swimming pool in the back.

The hotel is located across from semi-outdoor venue with loud music until well past midnight. It is thus advisable to ask for a room on a higher floor at the back of the hotel to avoid the noise. The elevator wasn't working when I was there (later fixed) but staff helped me lug my bag to the room. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. Breakfast can be a bit of a wait if the breakfast area is full. Several other hotels are more centrally located to downtown and somewhat cheaper though mostly not of the same quality.

Le breakfast est "minable" , par rapport au prix de la chambre et par rapport à tous les autres hôtels que nous avons pris aux Philippines. Tout est en supplément, pas de jus de fruit frais, pas de buffet....très très indigne de la catégorie de l'hotel.

Rooms and hotel area and pool were fabulous, gorgeous, clean, exactly like the photos. They were also really great with my kid.

Location-wise, I wished for easier access to a beach I could swim in. But at least the hotel was near both the airport and port, so that made travel easier.

Le prix des boissons sur le roof top est trop élevé pour les philippines. (Cocktail très moyen en plus). Pas de petit-déjeuner à emporter (départ à 5h30) malgré qu'il soit payé avec la chambre. OSB en déco, bof bof...

Comfortable bed , staff good , pool lovely. Laundry service, microwave and fridge + water dispenser at end of every corridor. Loved the service of free driver who took us to supermarket.

A little noisy, nowhere to lay your suitcase, Therefore slightly cramped. Didn’t like waffle breakfast.

The Wi-Fi was unstable, which made it difficult to stay connected. The room also didn’t have a table or proper workspace, which would have been helpful. The towels looked quite old and had some stains, which was disappointing. In addition, the rooms were not cleaned daily during our stay. Overall, I expected a higher standard of service and facilities, especially considering that this is one of the more expensive hotels in Dumaguete.

Voor de prijs die je betaald mag je vindt ik verwachten dat het enigszins rustig is vanaf een uur of 23.00 maar de herrie is vreselijk het is of je langs de kant van de weg slaapt.Een bijarttent met muziek aan de overkant en muziek van het bij het hotel behorend gril restaurant maakt voor mij dat de prijs voor kamer veel te hoog is

Impossible de dormir tellement c’est bruyant : aucune insonorisation J’ai demandé à changé de chambre et on m’a dit que ce n’était pas possible Le sol paraît propre mais lorsque l’on marche pied nu le dessous de nos pieds devient noir: je pense donc que le sol n’est jamais lavé juste balayer entre 2 clients Lorsque l’on prend sa douche il y a un écart entre la paroi de douche et le mur qui fait que l’on inonde la salle de bain Chambre 206 à fuir absolument

Zimmerfenster isolieren nicht, Hotel an einer Hauptstraße und gegenüber einer Pool-Billard Bar, das bekommt man mit. Wir haben das Zimmer tauschen können, von der Straße weg, das hat etwas geholfen. Ohrenstöpsel helfen auch. Der Boden war leider etwas dreckig, schmutzige Füße nach barfuß laufen.

I love that the hotel includes the airport pickup for free. Offers shuttle service with the city for free as well. The staff were courteous and very accommodating. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Breakfast is good

The hotel is new and clean overall.

The toilet was leaking and upon my entry in tje room the shower was wet and water was accumulated right where the toilet was apart from the shower. The shower did not have water coming out. I could only use the faucet bellow. Very inconvenient and uncomfortable. Towels were not in the best conditions.

They really should have bananas and mango for breakfast and not pineapple and watermelon every day.

The floors were exceptionally dirty and need to be mop cleaned not just swept. The under soles of my white slippers were completely black afterwards.

The property is close to some good restaurants and the airport.

My room is along the main road and some nights I woke up from the loud sound of motorcycles speeding in the area. Hopefully I’ll have my room on the opposite aisle for my booked stay in January next year. Thank you.

Superbe hôtel navette, emplacement pour ce rendre au port ou à l’aéroport, piscine sublime, chambre sympa Mais isolation zéro Le but étant quand même de dormir même si tout le reste est vraiment de super bonne qualité nous avions l’impression de dormir dehors tellement le bruit du trafic, des chiens qui aboient était présent dans la chambre. La fenêtre coulissante était trop petite par rapport à la taille du cadran, mais l’isolation phonique globale est de mauvaise qualité.

Just a heads up that from the inside of the room/s, you could here the street noise and also the other annoyances in the corridor. Also, would be perfect if they will have more vegan options. Their selections are pretty limited.

They double booked our suites and put us in standard room. The restaurant was privatized for private event (probably the cause of the double booking of our room). Very hard to get taxi at the location.

Sehr neues und komfortables Hotel mit kostenlosem Shuttle Service zum Flughafen. Gut für frühe Flüge, man braucht morgens nur 5 Minuten zum Flughafen. Pool ist klein, aber sehr schön. Auf Details wird geachtet. Für Dumaguete ein sehr gutes Hotel.

Kann nachts etwas lauter sein von der Umgebung, aber das ist den landestypischen Gegebenheiten geschuldet.. Nichts außergewöhnliches. Karaoke ist halt nicht jedermanns Sache. Aber auf jeden Fall erste Wahl, wenn man in Dumaguete ist.

They were very accommodating, and I appreciated the free airport and ferry transfers. They even packed breakfast for us since we had an early ferry trip. The room also had a smart TV where you could watch Netflix and YouTube.

Somedays the internet is slow so we can’t stream netflix.

Location and complimentary airport shuttle is great.
