Det kastes vanvittig mye mat, gjester forsyner seg overdådig..Har reist til dette hotellet mange ganger, når det var skandinaviske reiseoperatører, opplevde ikke dette problemet så voldsomt som nå. Uapetittelig når personalet har med ryddetrallen , når de rydder bordene, grisete tallerkener og søppelbøttene med matrestene, er kvalmt., Det er også utrolig mye bråk fra personalet som rydder , spesielt under middagene. Personalet bør være mye mer diskré.

Понравилось абсолютно всё! Очень красивая, чистая и ухоженная территория. Персонал невероятно вежливый, приветливый и отзывчивый — любые вопросы решались мгновенно. Еда по системе «Всё включено» вкусная, свежая и разнообразная. Номер чистый, уборка качественная. Бассейны и пляжная зона в отличном состоянии. Отдых прошёл на ура, с удовольствием вернёмся ещё!

Egy csodás hetet töltöttünk a hotelben, minden tökéletes volt, nagyon kedves személyzet, finomabbnál finomabb ételek a nap 24 órájában, szórakozási lehetőség gyerekeknek és felnőtteknek egyaránt, igazi családbarát szálloda. Ár-érték arányban verhetetlen.

Cozy atmosphere. One person Ada at the reception was not super friendly. Only one DJ( Russian) was good. Laura was great! Mold in their bathrooms.

Show programs are awesome, food is Ok, location is great, the hotel territory is big enough, close to bus stop so it's easy to ride to Alanya or Konakli for shopping. There are a lot of different activities and animations during the day. 2 swiminnig pools, one is big, the second is smaller but also cool. There is a platform on the sea for jumping. The personal is helpful.

A lot of people, it seems that the hotel is overcrowded, the swimmig pool is always swarming of people, on the dinner there were situatuons when tea cups ended and you have to drink tea from a paper cup, the same thing with coffee cups. Aquapark facilities working for limited hours, 2 hours on morning and 2 hours afternoon. All swimming pools are closed after 6pm so there is no option to swim after this time (I prefer to swim up to 22:00 or even later). The kids center also works limited hours and there is no option to leave children for 1-2 hours to be watched by personal, children can run away from the kids center so you always have to worry about your child and be always nearby so there is no space for relaxation for families who stayed without grandmothers or grandfathers.

Disgusting, incredibly filthy, oily carpets and stairwells... Accessing the 7th-floor accommodations is terrible—simply ridiculous...

Great location, we had a good sized room and they were next to the children which was a special request which was accommodated.

The pool with the slides was smaller than expected and very crowded. It was impossible to get subbed, and there was a culture of people leaving beds unattended with towels on all day meaning no subbed for people who are not up by 7am. The other pool was slightly quieter but also difficult to get a bed. There is however a pool bar with seating which usually had tables and chairs free

Este pentru a doua oară când am petrecut câte 8 zile la acest resort. Mi-a plăcut enorm amplasarea hotelului pe malul mării si in mod special sala de fitness de pe malul mării, grădina resortului, mâncare foarte diversificată și foarte gustoasă, camera pe care am primit-o , profesionalismul personalului care deservește resortul.

A hotel full of Russians/Ukrainians with a serious lack of basic manners. They were taking food with their hands instead of using the serving tongs — very uneducated behavior. I do not recommend this hotel. The cleanliness was disappointing, and the food was poor as well, with very limited options. The staff were only friendly toward Russians/Ukrainians. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was an unpleasant experience, and I’m glad we stayed only one night instead of an entire vacation.

The plastic cups at dinner times are a no no. And not enough waiters to clean up or save drinks. Most of the waiters who were there didn’t look like they wanted to be there. Queuing up to get beers whilst your food is getting cold was not nice.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Personel sıcak, samimi ve güler yüzlü. Oda temizliği ve minibar servisi kusursuz. Lobinin loş görüntüsü ve renkli ambiyansı muhteşem. Çocuklar için hem içeride hem dışarıda oyun alanları mevcut. Yiyecek ve içecek çeşit çeşit.

Hiçbir şikayetimiz yok. Bu tatil terapi gibi geldi. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Aile tatili icin ideal bir otel. Yemekler acik bufe, hem lezzetliydi hem cok cesit vardi. Yemek saatleri disinda da her daim bir ikram bulabiliyorsunuz. Gunduzleri aqua parkta su sporlari, jimnastik; aksamlari da dans/gosteri gibi etkinlikler oluyor. Ayrica Alanya sehir merkezine de arabayla 15 dk mesafede, dolayisiyla otelde sikilmazsiniz.

Plaji tasliydi, kumsal isteyenler begenmeyebilir. Bir de odalarin banyolari 5 yildizli otel icin biraz eski duruyor, yenilense daha iyi olur.

Personale freddo ,in camera non c'era preparazione come asciugamani eresto in spiaggia 3 personali nisuno non ti serviva vergogna Prenotato una camera con vista mi volevano dare a soffitto. Su offerta c'era bottiglia di vino niente vino C'era anche massaggio niente Gatti per tutto a restorante anche per hotel questo hotel non è per 5 stele 2 a 3

Только массаж в спа зоне. Девочки индонезийки делают прекрасный массаж. Это был, пожалуй самый лучший массаж. Рекомендую.

Всё. Старые и грязные номера. Отвратительно по цвету, чистоте и качеству постель. И это в Турции, которая славится своим текстилем. В номер забыли положить одеяла, а после того, как позвонили на ресепшен принесли ушатанные, сбитые в комки одеяла в грязных пододеяльниках. В трех местном номере была одна чашка и один стакан. Тапрчек небыло. Еда на 3. Гриля небыло совсем. Рыба всегда пересушенная. Ну а спиртное это отдельное пойло. По в сей видимости покупают самое дёшево из самых дешёвых. Пить - опасно для здоровья. Два дня шёл дождь и весь отель был завмтавлен ведрами и разными корытами для сбора воды текущей на головы людей. Не совсем понятно кто им прицепил 5 звёзд. Максимум 3 и то с большим натягом.

Duży obiekt z pięknym ogrodem, fajny pokój z jacuzzi. Wieczorne show są najlepszą atrakcją, codziennie coś innego i bardziej zaskakującego. Lody wieczorem bardzo dobre i miła, sprawna obsługa.

Jedzenie ocieka tłuszczem, wszystko jest przesłodzone i razem z moim chłopakiem się mocno rozchorowalismy, a nawet nie jedliśmy wiele. Nie polecam pić drinków z lodem, który jest brudny i stary. Na disco te same piosenki 24/7. Warunki sanitarne słabe, widzialam jak pracowik w nocy mył podłogę wodą z basenu dla dzieci. Recepcja nie umie angielskiego, tak jak wiekszosc pracownikow, wszyscy tylko po rosyjsku.

Posiłki są urozmaicone, zwłaszcza duży wybór serów i warzyw. Bardzo łatwe dojście do plaży podziemnym tunelem. Dużo rozrywek dla dzieci.

Muzyka podczas kolacji, wykonywana na zewnątrz restauracji - stanowczo za głośna. Jeśli w restauracji nie ma miejsc i trzeba jeść przy stolikach na zewnątrz, atmosferę psuje bardzo głośna muzyka. To nie jest zdrowe dla uszu!

Good valeu for money. Animation team is great. We liked activities for kids: adventure park, mini lunapark, trampoline, mini disco every night.

Food is average. Tub and toilet leaking in the bathroom. Indoor pool not heated. Small beds. Cleaning not so good. If you wish to take a walk, you need to go by car to nearest city. Resort is isolated and has nothing to visit by foot nearby. All in all, it is good 3 star hotel.

The cocktails were actually good. Some staff members were very friendly, especially the animators and those working with children.

there were cockroaches in the lobby and restaurant, the rooms were old and smelled musty. The territory is large, but there’s nowhere interesting to go. The children’s playground, which has a rope ladder and an excavator, operates for only one hour a day. Scheduled events were advertised but never actually took place. Many services require an extra fee. Booking promised a bottle of wine and 15 minutes of massage included, but the reception had no idea about this.

Close to the beach and dicos every ningh at the beach. Fresh juice at brekfast but not enough for all guest.

Reception staff My cleaner was wonderful

The hotel itself was acceptable but we were treated disportionatly different by most of the other guests. Staff were generally rude and dismissive. Rolling eyes at us, speaking under their breath being unhelpful. Compared to other guests we all felt treated very poorly. The reception staff in comparison were really helpful. Feeding time at the zoo describes dinner time and guests barged pass you filling plates high with the fresh bbq meat. The food for the adults was great but our kids struggled. I've been poorly for most of the week with v and d as have other guests in our party. Locals do not recommend this hotel so that tells you something also. My room was kept really clean our cleaner was fabulous. The hotel is not however uk standards so be aware of this. The infection of flies and wasps does get to you. And they travel up the fizzy drink pipes so I question the cleanliness. The alcohol provided is purtrid I bought my own in the end as it is vile. There is one bar that serves alcohol most likely to avoid excessive drinking. I would not return felt very dissapointed in this trip.

Big room, nice design, enough to keep kids happy. Reception and lounge area modern. Good first impression on entering. Beautiful beach (shingles) and pier area with bar and play area for kids.

Outdated, more a 3*than a 5* Decor very tired. Can see it has been a beautiful hotel in its time. Drinking water not cold. Corridors not air conditioned. Good choice of food and what i had was nice but I’d say cater more for Europeans than English. All inclusive was 24 hr but same food in cafe, & snack bar as what was in restaurant.

All facilities, like shop, pools, restaurants/bars are set in correct manner, it is right where you needed. Friendly staff and some of them are extremely helpful.

The hotel is quite old so there is some wear and tear present in rooms, but usually when you are on holidays you don’t spend much time in room so that wasn’t a problem

All inclusive but you have to pay for drink after 23:00 and you can not go to bar area after 18:00 with swimsuite!!!!

You’ve got a lot to do at the hotel

Most things we couldn’t do as they were shut and slides and pool were closed too. Disappointing as it wasn’t said when booked.

Breakfast

The cleaning of room (they let their equipment 3 days, they don’t change the bed,…) and noises (we hear all even when neighbours go toilets,…) The chief of restaurant (old one) was not nice Food was cold, we found hair in it (3 days in a row) and it was always the same For one drink we wait 30 minutes! This hotel doesn’t deserve 5 stars!!!!!

The property was lovely. Very well thought out. Staff were very attentive, helpful & friendly.

I was mainly disappointed in the people who were staying at this hotel being so rude and aggressive at times to staff because of the alcohol time restrictions.

Dinner, cleaning, children zone staff is just excellent. location and facilities are amazing. it is actual a family resort where as family with children you can enjoy.

Reception and management seems to not complying with standard. Mostly seems to be overlooking customer complaints. one of reception manager interact with my spouse so rudely that i have to interfere. I guess reception staff and reception management need customer services skills and training. Family rooms are funny, its room inside room without lock. no privacy for couple.

It is a nice resort with good amenities all together. However, they need to improve the hygiene in the restaurants significantly. There were a lot of cats (20+) and flies in the restaurant. Quite a few guests and hotel staff were feeding the cats on the restaurant floor which makes the hygiene situation worst. Other than this issue, it was a decent resort offering good value for money.

The saff was nice, looked like they wasn’t happy to work in this hotel, it’s understandable, but they was nice to customers, plight and kind. Room was clean.

The variety and quality of food was very very poor. Alcohol not original and very poor quality too. Also not much to choose from. Main Swimming pool area looks like never been redecorated old tiles. Seems like only reception area was beautiful and looked nice. Basically not many good words i have to day. I am happy that we stayed there only 3 nights. Don’t recommend it if you want to eat most tasty fresh turkish food and have good alcohol!

1. The room was fine though, very nice and clean and with great sea view, I even received an upgrade for inconvenience. 2. The beach was nice and convenient to get to and the guy responsible for sunbeds is nice and welcoming.

1. The hotel failed to provide legal invoice even after multiple reminders from me, my accountant, booking portal and calls. 2. Check-in procedure was quite lengthy, I had to wait about 30 mins until internal administrative procedures were completed in order to get the room. 3. The guy at the reception started to get angry where I asked if I can help him anyhow to resolve the issue. 4. On first glance it looks there is plenty of food but it's a very limited selection. 5. Also as you take one plate and leave it on the table, they took completely filled out plate and discarded it multiple times during one evening when I went away to take a cutlery or drinks. 6. This shows that restaurant staff is unreasonable and cleaning without any sense even though when plate is untouched and new.

They have an amazing children’s entertainment and activity program. They had great option for kids to enjoy their stay. Also, the fact that they do all-inclusive, is pretty nice for the kids. They always had something to eat or drink at any time of the day. The staff also was amazing!!!

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, the cups were dirty and I often had something floating in my drinks. Also, the quality of the food was not the best but it was alright.

I was reluctant to book it at first, but i am glad i did Really good hotel, good food, daily activities, children friendly Highly recommended You can get there easily and cheaply by coach (100 lira per seat) take a taxi from the airport to the coach station antalya aotogar (300-400lira) Its about 2 hours journey the coach will drop you in-front of the hotel ( tell the driver)

Internet in the room was really bad (my room number was 1034) It would be a good idea to show gust around on arrival, it took us a while to find where everything was

Staff rarely talk in English and were not that much helpful and friendly as expected from a 5-star hotel. Poor housekeeping service. Poor Wifi connection in the room. Quality of food wasn't good. Some food options weren't fresh, it seemed the left over food was re-used for several times!! Too much noise in the room (the loud music from the pool during the day).

The eternal and beautiful location was a dream and the best memories of my life were made in this hotel

The selection of food was great. The pools were clean and the staff were nice. Good place for young people. The room was spacious.

I would give it a 3 star rating more than a 5 star. No beach towels provided. Only water in the room's mini bar fridge. Beds were rock hard and only a cover sheet was provided rather than a duvet. Lots of smoking all around, including in the rooms. Decor is outdated. While in the bathroom, we could hear people in the room next to us so clearly that it was as if we were in the same room. While sanitiser bottles were stationed around the grounds, nearly all of them were completely empty. We took a walk onto the pier which was over the ocean. It was beautiful but the wooden planks were bending under our feet which made us leave quite quickly. The beach has nice sand and the view is good but unfortunately the highway is very close by (runs along the resort) and so you can clearly hear the sound of the cars and traffic while you're sitting on the beach. There are other pools if you don't want to be on the beach.
