Second night stay was better with a clean room, functional bathroom and comfortable bed. The restaurant is very good with everything i ordered tasting phenomenal.

I stayed for two nights and the first night was unfortunately not very good. The room was far out from the road/reception/restaurant and the bathroom facilities were lacking with no hot shower and a leaking tap. This was raised but no efforts made to fix it. I requested a discount due to the inconvenience. Breakfast not included the first day despite booking stating it would be.

Rahul is a nice guy, and the hotel also very good.

Overall excellent hotel. Staff very welcoming. Great location.

Location of the hotel was excellent with views of snowcapped Himalayan mountain ranges. Food was very tasty

The Human factor. We paid extra for the drinking water on the day of check out. Paying 85 rs. after paying 12,000 is trivial but I found the thought behind it to be wrong, hence mentioning it I felt that when our check out was by noon 11 then the drinking water at 6AM of that day ought to be included in the tariff like the rest of the stay days. (Tariff included one water bottle per person per day) If we had asked for 'extra' water other than that, it ought be charged separately, OR If we had asked for water AFTER the check out time. I FIRST cleared the bill , AFTER that I enquired the Manager about it to which he gave the WEIRDEST reply, " I am not sure why the kitchen charged for this." He ought to have an answer and because he failed to offer it, I feel being wronged. Till the time of checkout the guest MUST be entitled to amenities 'within the pre mentioned tariff at Booking.com'. Otherwise, tomorrow the Hotel might ask us not to use the washroom on the morning of check out, then? The Manager just lost a chance to be a gracious host and a good representative of his region and Enterprise, am not bitter but it certainly left a sour after taste.

For view excellent l9cation, bit slightly far from sort of center - but we ate at hotel, so this was not a real drawback

Very nice and kind staff in the hotel, delicious food, great location, clean rooms, wonderful wievs,quiet and peaceful area...we felt really good at this place,for sure coming back :)

They have a nice in house restaurant which serves great food. The room with a balcony had a great view of the sunrise and is spacious, well kept and quiet. You can walk to Nagarkot town in 15 mins and there are nature walks nearby. The hotel manager, Mr Droona is friendly and helpful.

we absolutely loved our balcony and the view of the Himalaya range from it, loved that we had a kettle to make tea, spacious room, hotel restaurant has good food options with a lovely terrace

Location was great with a wonderful view. Easy to explore and walk around from into the village of Nagarkot. Room was comfortable and warm and hot shower was great.

Very good hotel. several buildings right at the brink of a mountain. the view in a clear day is in fact like here on the pics. in Feb AC as a heater works well, no brainer. Food is amazing. menu is as thick as a novel, and they know how to put it all together! to the extend that i dont think it would be a bad advice to come there just for a meal.

The location was good. the rooms were superv. The beds were so big that 3 people could easily sleep in a 2 seat bed.

No complimentary breakfast. every food was costly. Although it was a very far area that's why maybe everything is a little too costly

The view was good except the building blocking the sun rise. It was nice and cold as we went in dec end.

The view was blocked by a building. The staff should have told us that we could go to the terrace early in the morning to get the golden snow capped Mountain View . They did not tell us about that.

we didn't have breakfast there as our booking was without breakfast. rooms view were so nice, we had a great room view. the kittle in the room as so old and dirty. location is ok but a little bit far from center.

Breakfast was good, location is excellent, rooms are big enough but its the view from the room which is impeccable, one can just sit in the big balcony and enjoy the mountain views. If you are lucky and weather is clear you can view the snow covered mountains. Staff go beyond anything to make your stay comfortable.

There is construction work going on and the work starts early as 7am which disturbs your sleep.

Amazing stay at Nagarkot, Hotel Chautari gave us some of the best rooms in their property with an amazing view of the sunset every morning. Highly recommended place for future stays

The view was impeccable, food was great, and the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful!

Very nice hotel with an amazing view from our balcony (attached to the deluxe double room). I think it might be some of the best views in the whole town of Nagarkot. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Wifi worked well too.

Breakfast was delicious but took a while as it was a la carte. However, it is possible to order it to the room and eat there while enjoying the great mountain views.
