Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Dalla nostra stanza c'era la visione della valle e delle montagne dell'Himalaya. Peccato che c'era la nebbia e purtroppo non abbiamo potuto vederle, ma vale ugualmente la pena soggiornare qui, sia per la posizione che per la gentilezza del personale, sempre disponibile e cordiale. Abbiamo chiesto se potevano ordinare un taxi e l'hanno fatto immediatamente, sempre col sorriso in bocca. Veramente gentili e cortesi.

The best place in Nagarkot that have the best view of the Himalayas. Total value for money. The breakfast was delicious and all the stuff is very polite and friendly.

The view from my room and the L-shaped balcony were definite highlights of the stay. Room service was available, although I found it unusual that the food was served uncovered. I also appreciated that the hotel accommodated my late check-out request while I waited for my driver from Kathmandu, who arrived a few minutes late. The staff were polite and welcoming from check-in to check-out.

However, there are several areas that require attention to improve the guest experience. Unfortunately, I did not sleep well during my stay. The balcony door could not be locked, which raised security concerns, particularly as a solo female traveller. Knowing that I was the only guest staying at the hotel that night made this even more unsettling. The room also had numerous bugs buzzing throughout the night. I tried calling reception around 10:00 PM for assistance, but there was no answer. I later learned that the reception closes at approximately 9:30 PM. The hotel should consider fumigating the rooms regularly and providing insect spray for guests. Housekeeping standards could also be improved. While I enjoyed the chicken meal I ordered, the mashed potatoes were disappointing and did not resemble traditional mashed potatoes in either texture or taste. Overall, the property has potential due to its location, views, and affordability, but improvements in security, cleanliness, pest control, guest support like having an emergency number to call at night etc.

Nos atendieron muy bien, llegamos antes de la hora indicada y nos dejaron acceder a la habitación con una terraza preciosa, el amanecer lo puedes ver desde tu propia cama, las nubes en la temporada Abril no nos permitieron ver el Everest, pero ahí esta, imponente y maravilloso!! Cerca hay un mirador y tambien una cascada para ir a disfrutar y sumergirte en el trek, gracias.

Hay muchos perritos en la zona y estuvieron ladrando hasta altas hora de la noche, yo los amo y son muy tiernos, me encantaría que familias, vecinos o gente del hotel los puedan adoptar para que no anden sueltos solitos por la calle y peliándose entre ellos sobre todo a la hora nocturna, para que todos podamos descansar.

部屋のバルコニーから望む開けた眺望がとにかく最高でした！日の出も見えました。バルコニーには椅子とテーブルがあるので、コーヒーや紅茶を飲みながらのんびりできます。チェックインよりも早く着いてしましまいたが、快く迎えてくださいました。その節はありがとうございました…！黒くて大きくて可愛い犬も出迎えてくれました。レストランで白湯を出してくれたり、翌日の交通手段を気にかけてくれたりと、スタッフさんは親切でした。食事のメニューも豊富で、知らないネパール料理を頼んでみましたが美味しかったです。周辺は気持ちの良い散歩道に、ホテルがぽつぽつと建っています。のんびり滞在するのに最適です。もう一日くらい泊まりたかったな。

強いて言えば、テラス席で食事できなかったのが残念でしたが、寒かったから仕方がないです。

早餐非常好，餐厅的服务也很好，前台还帮我叫车回加德满都。房间有很大的阳台，在床上就能看到远处的山景。

Het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Het ontbijt was ook zeer goed.

De accommodatie was verouderd, maar wel proper.

We enjoyed the amazing views from the property ,also very quiet and peaceful. Mr Ram ,Mr Suhdip and Mr Bishesh were all very helpful and took good care of us during our stay.

Pillows were hard & very uncomfortable

The floor was dirty. I asked to clean it. No hot shower, they told me few times in 15 minutes but hot water never happened. It was windy and I felt that the building could crashed. There is crack evruwhere and the wind blowed inside. I found a poo in corridor. The building need more then love it need big renovation.

The view from the room was really breathtaking! The staff was really kind and friendly and helped us feel at home. The food was great too!! A lot of varieties from breakfast to dinner with great service and reasonable price!

My room had an incredible view of the Himalayas. The welcome at the hotel was more than friendly. The dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was very delicious, with a wide variety of dishes.

Nothing. If I had to point something out, it would be the lack of an elevator, but the staff was always willing and helped me with my luggage.

We stayed here for 2 nights in Nagarkot and had a wonderful experience. The view from the room balcony was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise—it truly made our stay memorable. The restaurant ambience was beautiful and very relaxing, and the food was quite good as well. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made us feel very comfortable. Another great advantage is that they have their own parking space, which is very convenient if you are travelling by your own car. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Nagarkot for the views and a relaxing getaway.

Great views and very friendly staff. Food was also great.

The staffs were friendly & helpful. Help us to bring our luggages up since there was no lift. The food at the restaurant was good. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner there especially the papadums & the Thali dishes that came with it, sooo good! The staff was accommodating & pleasant. The sunrise was beautiful. Luckily, we couldl go up to the roof to watch the sunrise.

The bathroom looks very shabby like it didn't finish its construction work. None of us showered that night, we slept with our inner wears after looking at the bathroom. The water was freezing cold unless you request that they switch on the water heater, for us to wash our faces. The door didn't felt safe despite many locks were on the door. We had hard time locking the door as we exited the room. At night, it's extremely cold, the heater from the air conditioning didn't help since my bed was further away from it. I had to wear my down feather winter coat with their winter blanket to sleep. Have to go up many flights of stairs to our room.

I really liked the view, and the room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The food was also great and the staff was kind and helpful. We had some amazing hikes while staying there. I also really think it was a good value for the money

The location is breathtaking, with stunning mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel completely relaxed. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with beautiful views right from the window. The staff are exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The food is delicious and freshly prepared, and enjoying meals with the view makes the experience even more special.

Great views from the balcony - when the weather behaved! Large room, comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. Staff helpful. Good breakfast, and plenty of choice from the menu for other meals if you are not eating in town. No hesitation in staying again when I return to Nagarkot.

Some building work taking place on the roof as the hotel is being extended; noise was only during the day, so as you are likely to be out then, it will only be a problem for anyone who wants to sit in the sun on their balcony during the day.

L'estada a l'hotel ha sigut immillorable. El servei ha sigut perfecte, les instal·lacions estan en bon estat i l'habitació, que tenia calefacció, era molt gran, neta i amb unes vistes excepcionals. Al bany hi hem trobat un secador i altres accessoris de bany. Ens ha sorprès molt positivament el menjar de l'hotel, tot el que hem escollit era deliciós i les racions molt abundants. Recomanem 100% aquest hotel!

Nous avons été surclassés dans une très grande chambre lumineuse et très bien équipée. Le lit était très confortable. Le personnel professionnel et prévenant était à l’écoute et efficace. La cuisine est excellente, variée, et copieuse. Le cuisinier travaille à la demande. Excellent

Расположение шикарное! Вид с балкона прямо в долину и на горную цепь. Превосходно для наблюдения за звёздами. Завтрак замечательный, очень сытный. Прямо рядом с отелем начинаются тропы для хайкинга.

Не критично, но в качестве пожелания: Обслуживание комнат может быть улучшено. Часто не хватало шампуня в комнатах или туалетной бумаги, приходилось спрашивать дополнительно. Лучше сразу оставлять в номере все гигиенические принадлежности по числу гостей.

It was a nice place with unbelievable Himalayan view, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel at a great location. You can see the full Himalayan range from any room. The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was very delicious.

The location is very far from the local town, feels isolated. 1.5km distance from Nagarkot bus station. Food is a little bit expensive but the amount and taste was good.

The warm room in the middle of winter. The view was amazing. You could see the mountains out the window. The food was good and very good value and the great staff were helpful but not intrusive.

Smoking. Too much smoking. I could not sit on the balcony because of smoke. The mountains were probably covered with smoke with how much smoking there was. I literally went there for a nice view and some fresh air and it was ruined because of smoke. Made it definitely not worth the price. There are hotels that have a designated smoking area which is upwind and out of the way, and we will choose this hotel again if you make that happen and tell our friends too. Such a shame, the food was so good and to think us and our friends can't enjoy that food again if you don't ban smoking from the room balconys. So sad.

Very awesome staff, very helpful and would really take care of their guests (to the point that they would worry if you come home late). Very exceptional service as well and the staff very friendly I would commend Ram for being such a star and the owner's son very friendly. I can't wait to be back in Nagarkot

スタッフがとても親切でフレンドリー。景色も最高でした！ホテルにはいると目の前にヒマラヤビューで大感激でした。申し込みの時に前日に８名で４部屋申し込んだのですが、キチンとチェックしたつもりでしたが４名になっていたようです。しかし３名まで泊まれる部屋でしたので、追加料金無しで８名泊めてくださいました。お食事がどれもとても量が多く、とても美味しいです！！いくつかの種類を頼んでシェアすることをお勧めします。

少し古いためか、部屋のドアの立て付けがズレてきていて、閉める時にかなり引っ張らないと鍵が出来ず、女性一人では大変でした。またエアコンのスイッチが小さい女性だと届きませんでした。でもいずれもスタッフが直ぐに跳んできてやって下さいます。シャワーは、私たちの部屋は熱いお湯が出ましたが、ほかの部屋はぬるかったようでした。２階の部屋からは目の前の背の高い木が一部ヒマラヤビューを遮っていましたが、ほんと少しなのでほとんど気になりません。それくらい素晴らしい展望です。

Lugar espectacular con unas vistas increíbles a la cordillera de los Himalayas. Se respira aire puro de la montaña. Ideal para una breve escapada de la ciudad . Personal muy atento en todo momento. El thali nepalí muy rico y el desayuno bufet no estaba mal

Falta calefacción en el restaurante del hotel, hemos pasado frío en zonas comunes. Las instalaciones están algo descuidadas, muy viejas. Falta un poco de mantenimiento en las instalaciones. La cama blanda para mi gusto pero sábanas limpias.
