Consiglio a tutti di pernottare ad adelboden invece di altri paesini piu famosi e confusionari, non vorreste piu andare via.Staff super gentile nonostante il mio inglese sia di basso livello. Stanza confortevole e pulitissima, la colazione è vasta, il ristorante è squisito e le cameriere sono bellissime

The young male server with bandaged hand was very rude during diner service when I simply asked if a window seat was possible he sniggered they’re all reserved even though I too had a dinner reservation. The staff service was mixed some excellent some just rude. At breakfast food ran out wasn’t readily replenished.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026La struttura è la più bella del paese. Lo standard è più alto di un semplice tre stelle. Il team sempre sorridente ed efficiente. La colazione ottima e avere lo snack il pomeriggio è un plus da considerare. Le camere sono ampie e la vista sulle montagne non ha eguali.
Piscina e zona relax molto grandi e ben organizzate, potrebbero essere migliorate ma a quel punto significherebbe raggiungere la perfezione.

Chambre 202 top. Cependant, sortie d l’air du restaurant appondu à la chambre ( bruit et odeurs de friture). Très mauvaise expérience pour confirmer la réservation au restaurant avec une employée non respectueuse et qui évite les réponses, suite à cela , on a décidé d’annuler le restaurant du soir et manger dans un autre restaurant .

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The food generally was excellent but the main courses at dinner were hit and miss. Some dry fish one night and a very strange raclette set up another night.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026It was a lovely hotel in a perfect location - just minutes walk from the bus station. The view from the dining room is totally amazing - a wall of windows looking out over the valley. Just a wow moment. The hotel is well maintained. Loved the bed, loved the bathroom. My room #109 had a fantastic wrap around balcony looking out over the valley. We had breakfast and dinner. Both were excellent, with good variety for dinner every day. My family loved the salad bar that starts the dinner. My son was really sick on the 2nd day in the hotel (we think he caught an infection while hiking). We were supposed to leave that day, but it was impossible. The hotel staff went beyond the call of duty to find and schedule a doctor for him, and extend our stay at the hotel. They even helped guide us to the doctors office. It was truly excellent service. It continued with the other staff; cleaning and waitresses. They were so sympathetic and helpful. We felt so supported. If you are going to Adelboden I think it is the best hotel in Adelboden.

Das Abendessen "Heissä Stei" war super, auch das Frühstück war hervorragend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unserer Hündin im Hotel Adler sehr genossen. Absolut empfehlenswert!
Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Unser Zimmer war etwas ringhörig, da wir nahe der Treppe im Durchgang untergebracht waren. Trotzdem absolut empfehlenswert.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Das Beste am ganzen Hotel war das super tolle und freundliche Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super. Es hat für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Lage ist perfekt. Ein zusätzliche Pluspunkt ist, dass vom Hotel ein Pass inbegriffen ist, mit welchem alle Bergbahnen gratis benutzt werden können. Immer wieder. Es war super!
Das Einzige, dass uns nicht so gefallen hat, war das zu wenig warme Wasser im Wellnessberwich.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Enorm freundliches Personal wie zum Beispiel Lisa an der Rezeption oder der Service im Restaurant!!! Als Beispiel steht am Eingang ein Schild, dass man die Toilette des Hotels ruhig benutzen darf! Grosses Kino Punkto Gastfreundlichkeit!
Das Hotel steht an einer relativ lauten Durchfahrtsstrasse und bei geöffnetem Fenster kann der Lärm störend sein. Die Fenster isolieren aber sehr effizient!

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025Joël nous a super bien accueilli à notre arrivée. C’était incroyable. Emplacement, chambre et petit déjeuner sont niquel. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil et a votre écoute. Vue stupéfiante. Le spa est très relaxant.
Tout petit bémol, peut être une cafetière et une théière dans la chambre seraient les bienvenues. Une télé connectée ne serait pas de refus non plus.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back if we visit Adelboden again in the future.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2025Stylish and cozy hotel. Great view of the mountains. Very friendly and personable staff. The welcome drink was a nice gesture. After booking, I arranged an upgrade to the room with Mountain View. Upon arrival they kindly upgraded us to an even bigger room. The room is clean and quiet. The spa is perhaps not the biggest/fanciest but provides nice relaxation after long hikes. Good breakfast with local eggs, cheese and bread. The cable car and bus passes are very handy.
The a la carte dinner (summer menu) was a little bland. Breakfast could do with some more pastries but I’m being nitpicking

They don’t have air conditioning and the bells from the tower start at 7 am. The bells are very authentically Swiss and a surreal, but if in a hot summer and if you like to sleep past 7, be warned.

A respectful, kind & friendly atmosphere prevails. Staff is always there to serve you. Enjoy a fabulous breakfast & quality dinner choices. What a pleasure to return to the Adler after a day’s activities & hit the sauna or whirlpools, then a relaxing swim before dinner. This is a real vacation in my opinion. I am longing to return already!
