No breakfast available in the property, when asked for certain items for breakfast which was being ordered, was told I can’t order more than 1 item. No kettle for tea/ coffee in the rooms. No toilet paper. Only given 1 bath towel for 2 people! Unfriendly staff.

The staff is rude, the rooms are filthy, and the entire hotel looks like it’s still under construction. Be warned: at checkout, they’ll ask for your booking number and PIN code — don’t give it to them! They use it to write fake positive reviews. That’s how they keep their 8.2 rating. Avoid this place.
