Reviewed Jan 23, 2026I had exceptional assistance from the staff, specifically Sumit Mandal, who answered all my questions and provided assistance with arranging a ride to the airport. He was exceptionally kind and polite.
I didn't like the fact that the FabHotel canceled my reservation without a warning (my email wasn't working) and I learned it when I arrived. I was told they were fully booked and offered me to stay there for one night and two in another hotel. After I agreed, everything magically changed and they found a room for me at a higher price. That's a known trick and I disliked it a lot for a decent business.

I was bitten by bedbugs. And the mattress was the most uncomfortable I've found - bony and hard. It's also quite noisy - bring earplugs. They require partial or full pre-payment using a link sent via Booking - with all the scam messages I get it's hard to trust this. Then when I paid the balance by card on check-in, they chose currency conversion without asking me, which added 5% to what I paid (card rules say that the customer must always choose).

This property is simply fraud, they want user to discover the property from here and then directly call you. They cancel booking from their internal portal, and confuse you They would force you to book it from their on website. They are knowingly not communicate via booking.com chat.I did not do so and directly arrived there. Meantime, booking.com agent tried many times to ask the property whether my booking is valid and I can come. I want to the hotel. All supported snaps are below Especially the receptionist here was trying to act very smart, he said there's no booking. I said why not, I have asked you many times, look at the chat. He said "oh no thats not us, thats booking.com saying things". Anybody who uses booking.com knows that this chat is a communication between property and the user. And I confronted and said, you are lying I will call booking.com. He acted sly again and passed on their own customer care number as booking.com support number. Well, I was able to reach booking.com finally and share what happened. But other travellers should know as well
