The hotel was comfortable, cozy and clean and the staff were super accommodating .

La cama un poco blanda y el no tener motos propias dificultad todo... Ya que tienes que alquilar en el centro de la ciudad o con una compañía a parte de ellos que es mucho más cara.

The hotel has not elevator, I was on the third floor. The restaurant was on the second floor and was a good restaurant, the first day the America breakfast was great, unfortunately they did not have all the ingredients for an American breakfast on the second or third day.

The antique high quality furnishings both in our room and throughout the hotel are wonderful. Good size room.

No balcony but access to outside walkway to get fresh air. The location is a little out of the way but plenty of tricycles passing by to get a ride.

All you need in your stay is there already. Affordable and has amazing and clean facilities.

They will do everything to deduct your money. We only used the towel to wipe our bodies. The waiter said that we had to pay 700 for dirty towels, but the price on the menu was actually 500. They may give you a dirty towel, but they will ask you to compensate. So check the equipment in advance, otherwise your money will disappear from your pocket.

The room was quite big, we had all the facilities needed for the stay. I liked the location and the front desk was really helpful all the time!

There was quite a lot of noise coming from the street. I didn't bother us much as we were mainly there to sleep and during the night it was okay.

Fabulous decor in both room and lobby - it was not simply good it was stunning with quality dark wood antique furniture. The staff were excellent and friendly.

It is a couple of kilometres from downt town but trtcycle taxis are frequent and cheap.

Location. Across the street from college and they love vollyball. That means male team and females cheering and hollering. Not the establishment fault. Traffic and the school very loud. Also not smoker friendly because of location. Again, not establishment fault.

The room was terrific. Great furnishings and very comfortable. Great bathroom, great water pressure in the shower. Great bed. Very well appointed, comfortable accommodation.

The room advertised a quiet street balcony. It is far from it and the noise from the street carries through to the room. Very noisy with trikes, bikes etc.

Overall rating: EXCELLENT. Charos Dormitel response to our queries before our arrival and had allowed us to check-in very very late (10/10 on this). The staffs were very accommodating during our stay and very fast during check-in & check-out. Interior designs are very instagramable. Room is at affordable price. It was very clean & has good quality of furnishings. Highly recommended.

Charos Dormitel is so underrated from the outside but so good at the inside. Clean and spacious room, the aircon is cold too. The furnishings are also world class and unique. We even have a sala! i will surely recommend it to my friends in Cebu.

I just hope they had meals to offer.
